Food is cold and it took over a hour to get to me , won’t be ordering again l

Sorry , it's a no for me this time . Disappointing , after ordering the macaroni one before . It was so tasty cheesy , with a bit kick through it like a touch mustard had been added . This was bland and the chips weren't cooked like fries .

❤️ BEST BURGERS IN METHIL/LEVEN ❤️ So we had an order delivered last night which was very impressive; so we thought we would do it back to back and see if the quality and consistency was there and we were not disappointed. We are always looking to find other wee gems here and there and thought it was time to try B&S as the reviews are mostly positive online. Food arrived both days in around about an hour but it’s worth the wait as the food was hot and you could tell it had not long been made. The smash burgers were delicious. Cannot fault them at all. Order instructions with the salad and sauce options followed too. There are a couple local places whose burgers are also decent but they are typically a chip shop and kebab shop but this place focuses on their burgers and shakes. Portions are great, I don’t see any issue with pricing as it’s the world we live in and you do get a full belly for your money so should not have any complaints there either. If I had to be really, really picky and I will as it’s good to offer some constructive criticism here and there when needed, I will say the chicken bites although tasty, are a bit on the smaller side. They are called bites though, but perhaps bite size for a child. So if they can be a wee bit bigger I’d order them again but you do get a generous tub of the sauce or dip of your choosing. Finally my only other complaint was with the driver on the second night; he left the gate wide open in bad weather but it’s not a big deal but worth mentioning as they should close the gate they themselves open! So overall I would absolutely recommend this place and will probably sit in after two almost perfect takeaways back to back. Is there a better burger in the whole of Levenmouth? Absolutely not! Just use B&S if you are in the mood for a proper burger in the area. Well done to all the staff (except the second driver lol).

We had been recommended to visit by a number of people. We live near St. Andrews so decided to go for it. We were not to be disappointed. The burgers and fries were really good. The milkshakes were absolutely amazing, so much choice and the flavours were superb. This will definitely be the first of many visits to Buns and Shakes.

Always perfect salads. It's so nice having somewhere that does a good salad as a takeaway!! When you cba to make something but don't want something heavy/unhealthy. It always arrives early too and is always presented really well. If they could do keto options for the other food that would be epic (e.g. mushroom instead of bun on a burger etc!) ❤️

I ordered during the dinner rush hours, so I was not surprised that there was a significant wait. However, the order was delivered within the timing promised, and much closer to its beginning than to its end. As I was working on something in the meantime, I was actually surprised that the order was already at my door. Thanks for the prompt service!

Most appealing menu ive seen for a while, good prices and most importantly great food. Burgers and hot dogs were really tasty, kids loved the milkshakes.

Chips and cheese garlic bread were OK. The horrible mustard on the hotdog completely overpowered it and made it inedible and salad wasn't very nice. Bad experience overall.

First time ordering from here both my husband and I chose the smash burger with fries and cola this was the most delicious burger and fries we have ever had hand cut fries and the tastiest juiciest burger WOW amazing so happy we chose to get a delivery from here, we have both been poorly for the past 2 weeks and have not really fancied anything in particular to eat but tonight we both totally needed a burger and this was above and beyond a burger thankyou guys xx everyone please try this eatery I guarantee you will not be disappointed this is our now go to place 😊

Genuinely blown away by how good this place is! The quality of the food is honestly the best I've ever had from any takeaway, the flavour was incredible. The food arrived piping hot and the portions are very substantial for what you pay. Would recommend anyone to go to this place. I can garuntee you will not be disappointed.

Went in for takeaway food. Friendly staff, pleasant decor and looked very clean. The food was excellent and large portions. Double cheeseburger was huge and Philly steak was lovely. I will definitely be back.

What a great find! Passing through on the way back to Edinburgh from Saint Andrews old course, and found this place on the map. Great burgers, fresh cut fries, fabulous shakes, and awesome service to boot, would highly recommend to anybody in the area!

Great burger full flavour, wasn't sure about this place going in, but do like to try new places, came out glad I went in, very tasty burger much better than mcdee, we defo go back for another, the quality of the food was very close to city burger, in fact this restaurant makes a trip to Edinburgh a moot point, probably the best burger in the area.
