Extremely clean place and amazing food

Ordered delivery, which to their credit was taken promptly, at an agreeable cost for the distance and arrived within the allotted time. Burger was good, nice flavours, nice mix of ingredients. Fried chicken was dry, flavourless, and really gave the impression it'd been frozen for a while before cooking. Fries are nothing to write home about, they're fine and inoffensive. Milkshakes were great, genuinely lovely. Obviously the place excels at its specialty items, so don't stray from those and you'll probably enjoy dinner.

I had fried chicken with chips, the chips were okay but the chicken was awful. Dry and coating is nasty. Milkshake was the only good bit.

Yo, so I had this bomb burger at Buns & Grills, and it was the best burger ever! Everything was on point—the patty was juicy, the bun was soft, and the fries were crispy. And the service was great too—the staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was chill. I'll definitely be going back for more!

A good burger is always a great idea! I decided to give Buns & Grills try and man… They sure didn’t disappoint! It's probably the best burger i ever had in my entire life 😅 No complaints on anything here. good, good, friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere. Will be back next time

I had the Classic Burger and Fries. The beef patty felt like it was almost home made (maybe it was?!) it was top quality - not the usual mushy ones in takeaways. The brioche bun was great and the fries were super hot and crispy. Absolute belter for Burger and Fries - Streets ahead of Burger King or McDonald’s. Well done!

The food is amazing – everything we tasted is delicious! The menu is great and the friendly customer service. The take-out option is a great deal for quick dinners too. A fantastic experience and I highly recommended!

In contrast to our visit when the store first opened, which was wonderful and tasty food, we’ve found that the store has gone totally downhill. Our fries have been soggy and almost half of them with black spots all over and general quality of the burger patties and chicken is very poor. We struggled to finish our meals and wish the store would go back to the way it was before. Overall very average.

Very warm and receiving individual who served me, food was quick. Onion rings were crunchy and onion tasted fresh. Kentucky Fried Chicken also crunchy but meat somewhat fatty. Came with coleslaw and "texan toast" which admittedly was just toasted white bread, slaw was good however. A little bit of salt, pepper and spices would really liven everything up.

Arrived 20 minutes after ordering and still had to wait another 20 minutes. Burger was just made from one of those frozen beef patties (not a freshly made gourmet type burger) sauce and bun was nice. Chicken had nice crispy texture but didnt taste of anything. The texas toast was literally just normal toast and wasnt even toasted that well. They also forgot our drink. Not good. Edit * changed to one star as my partner is now ill and being sick (she had the mac and cheese)

Travelling from London and we stopped at this place for lunch. The options are great as we ordered a variety for the kids and adults. Food quality was great and quite delicious. They have a good range of burgers to choose from, wings, and also various side options. Definitely recommend! Staff are very friendly.

The food at buns and grills is amazing , never has let me down. The burgers are full of flavour and always very generous with chip portions. The kinder waffle and lotus milkshake is my favourite. The customer service is amazing really friendly staff always taking care of us .

The worst place I have ever been!! Burger was really greasy, the Kentucky chicken wings was soggy and tasted of flour, I ordered online and was delivered within 10 minutes which to me seems like like that’s not fresh! Won’t be returning.

Visited for first time about a month ago and had a delivery this evening. Ordered at 8.33 and was delivered at 8.48. Service was excellent on both occasions! O/H has limited appetite (not well) but loved his classic burger and ate most of it! Son smashed the smash burger but he's always had a good appetite! The meat is juicy and tasty and cooked well. Recommended.

very underwhelming, looking forward to trying it out but was disappointed. Burgers are flavourless, BBQ chicken wings were soggy and not crispy. Fries were unsalted. Best thing was the milkshake and that was average at best

Best burger I have eaten from a takeaway place in Marlborough

We visited from London with our family and had a nice Dinner at Buns & Grills Marlbrough. The food was delicious, we tried different types of burgers, wings specifically Sweet chilli wings were outstanding. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Clean and Tidy atmosphere.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and have been very impressed with the burgers and milkshakes. Delivery was very quick as well and food was pipping hot.

I was looking forward to trying this, but it was very disappointing. I was expecting a premium burger but i would have got a better one from the freezer centre. Meat in the burger didn’t taste of beef at all. In fact it was curry flavoured. Never again.

Very disappointing 1 out of 10 Normal Chips not Fries (very basic) Classic Burger had spices in the burger slight curry taste. (Acutely taste like a poor veggie burger) Onion rings (6 frozen onion rings, like what to would buy from Iceland) I give this 1 out of 10 the only reason why I give it 1 point is that the chap on the phone was polite and I did not have to wait long for my order. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to trying this sadly I will not visit again.

This is the worst food I’ve had in years, inedibly bad. I emailed directly to give feedback saying that the food made my partner ill and they didn’t even bother to respond. It wasn’t that it was badly cooked, the food itself was just awful. We threw it away EDIT because there’s no way to reply: I used the contact form directly on your website, at least a week ago. But for the sake of constructive feedback; Chocolate bar milkshakes are supposed to be thick shakes, not just milk put in a blender with a chocolate bar. The chicken had obviously been frozen and some parts of it my partner was struggling to bite through The beef burger has lots of unnecessary ingredients mixed in with the meat that made it taste nothing like a normal burger and made it a strange colour. We both had about 3 bites and the chips were the only part that was fine. We’d been looking forward to trying this as somewhere new, despite the opening hours not suiting the Marlborough location.

Gourmet burger! absolute joke of a place, this is your typical middle eastern owned burger/pizza joint, but cleverly disguised as some kind of place that is passionate about burgers!. The website is clearly a template purchased direct from the internet. Within 30 seconds of taking my order I heard a microwave fire up in the back (bad sign!), what I was served was a very small, bad fairground burger, in a Warburtons style burger roll with a small squirt of ketchup for £5.95!!! The bun had a circumference half the size of the burger! Do yourself a favour and go to the Chinese next door or buy a decent burger from Waitrose for less. Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs, the small amount of positive reviews are probably fake
