This is not the first time this restaurant has let us down, but it will be the last. Between them Bun & Bar & Uber-Eats managed to deliver our not inexpensive Valentine’s Day dinner well over an hour late & stone cold. No explanation, no apology and definitely no more chances. Avoid!

Don’t offer a delivery service if you cannot deliver. They may do the best coleslaw ever, the best onion rings ever and some of the best burgers, but…. Ask them to do a simple thing like include a beer in your order and you’re screwed. There were only four items on my order and it arrived as quickly as I could have wished on a wet, chilly night. But where oh where was/is my beer? The phone number did not work and the messaging service on the website took my FOUR messages without reply.

I always order from here however was so disappointed 2 days ago when I put a clear note on an online order for no rosemary on the fries of 2 meals. Upon arrival there was rosemary sprinkled all over the fries and annoyingly both meals had to be discarded. It was too late to call the same day to report this however the next morning I proceeded to write an email (I also took pictures of both meals and recorded a video). By evening I hadn't heard anything so called the shop and spoke to a colleague who advised he would 'nudge' the person that manages the inbox however a refund would be processed. the following day after hearing nothing at all and receiving no refund, I called again only to speak to very rude defensive individual named 'Arno' who spoke over me during the conversation and told me the chef believed he followed my instructions so "it's your word against his" UNBELIEVEABLE! mistakes can happen however the lack of accountability, understanding and effort to be courteous by providing an apology and solution is highly disappointing. Do better Bun+Bar will be reporting to the HSE

Arrived during happy hour - didn’t know it was happy hour but the staff lets us know whilst ordering so we could make the most of the deal Cocktails came out amazing - and amazing value considering the price! Food was top notch Will definitely come here again Sad to see some bad reviews about the place as staff went out of their way serving us and we couldn’t fault anything - obviously the bad reviews are from people who can never be pleased!

I went with my friend at 5.30pm, ordered a Bloody Mary and a margarita…it was supposed to be happy hour at 6pm, we wanted to order one more Bloody Mary and one more margarita (it was 6.15pm), so I asked the server if he would have put our 2 margaritas and 2 bloody Marys on the happy hour’s tab..he kept insisting we were supposed to order 2 of the same drinks at the same time, and I tried to explain to him that we had 2 margaritas and 2 bloody Mary’s, but all he did was laughing at us , and he told us “sorry it’s too hard to explain “…I’ve been working in the hospitality industry from few years now and I never seen anything like it before 🤦‍♂️ I’m new to the area and they definitely lost few regulars (as i will definitely tell all my mates living in Turnpike Lane not to go in there,unless if they wanna have an “unhappy hour “.

We ordered from their website 3 hamburgers. They sent one of them wrongly ( we didn’t want any onions or pickles inside the burger but they put them) . When we called the restaurant they offered us new one and they sent it in on mins. Classic burger is fantastic and chips are so good. Very nice taste.

Terrible. Burger arrived an hour later than promised and was stone cold. “Milkshake” was banana syrup and some room temperature milk. Avoid.

Last night we have been to bun & bar. We had a really good time, it has a great atmosphere. We have been served by Mariangela. She was very friendly and professional with us. We got two burgers and a couple of cocktails. All great! We will definitely be back.

Visited here with my friend for her birthday. We had a really good time it has a great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. They serve amazing food! You will definitely not be disappointed at all, best nachos I had in a long time! The food is definitely really good value for money.
