Had a great evening. Lots of lovely fresh food and great service from Christina and her colleagues. Would come again and would also recommend to friends and family.

Amazing buffet and meat, desserts were great too. They even bring back your favourites from the selection everything was so well seasoned. Service was also amazing from Christina! Definitely coming back!

Ah, what a night to remember! We arrived at the restaurant, excited for a nice meal, only to be told they couldn’t find our reservation—despite the £20 we had already paid in advance. A promising start! The service? Let’s just say we had enough time to reminisce about every bad dining experience we’ve ever had while waiting. The self-service food station was a delightful display of disappointment—cold, limited, and of a quality that made us question if we had accidentally wandered into a budget hotel breakfast buffet. Now, for the highlight of the evening—the famous “endless” meat service. Well, “endless” is certainly a stretch unless they meant the endless wait for it to actually arrive. When it did, the selection was laughable, with the gammon being the only remotely edible option. The man serving the meat had all the warmth and enthusiasm of a traffic warden issuing a fine. To top it all off, our drinks made a grand entrance after our food. Because nothing says fine dining like washing down cold, dry food with a warm, overpriced beverage. And the bill? Ah, the cherry on this disaster of a cake. Four of us were privileged to pay nearly £300 for this experience, with an additional £30 service charge—which was quite ironic considering the lack of service. We had high hopes after the restaurant’s temporary closure and redecoration, thinking things would improve. Silly us. Safe to say, we won’t be back. But hey, at least McDonald’s was there to save the night—providing better food, better service, and at a fraction of the price.

I recently visited Villas Brazil Rodizio, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The salad bar was practically empty, and there were very few options to choose from. The so-called "unlimited meat menu" was extremely limited, with only a handful of meats offered, none of which were particularly high quality or premium. We had to wait a long time before getting any meat, and the drinks took so long to arrive that we had already received our food by the time they finally showed up. To make matters worse, there was a service charge added to the bill, despite the fact that the service was virtually nonexistent. The staff was inattentive, and it felt like they were more focused on other tables. I really wish I had checked reviews before going here, as we definitely should have chosen a different restaurant. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Now that the place has Been redecorated the price has gone up again. Sorry but the cost has now meant we wont be returning, it is just it worth it, and adding a discretionary service charge is not right if I wanna tip i will. Such a shame you have now priced alot of people out of it. For 1 adult and 1 child 120 quid rediculas.

Went to this restaurant with a few friends, and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm, friendly service that immediately set the tone for a fantastic evening. The staff are amazing!!!!!!!!! The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, with beautiful Brazilian decor that made it feel like a little escape. The food was absolutely incredible. The waiters bring skewers of various meats to the table, slicing them right onto your plate. The flavors were out of this world—each piece was tender and seasoned perfectly. What made the experience even better was the lively energy of the restaurant. There was a great mix of upbeat music, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, which added to the fun of the evening. We all left with full stomachs, happy smiles, and the sense that we'd definitely be coming back again. We just left the restaurant and I had to shout about it! The waiting staff were AMAZING, really engaged and attentive, they actually looked like they wanted to be at work. The food and chefs serving were also totally awesome! We drive 30 mins for this restaurant and it was totally worth it! We will be back as soon as possible.

I had a brilliant dining experience at Villas Brazil Rodizio! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Our server, Andrea, was amazing – attentive, friendly, and made sure every need was met with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the variety of meats served hot and fresh straight to the table. The buffet offered a great selection, and everything was flavoursome and of high quality. The standards were definitely upheld across the board. We had a fantastic time, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Brazilian cuisine with exceptional service. Can't wait to return!

Really good food in an informal setting. Everything you’d expect from a Brazilian buffet, and of course, the Rodizio is the star of the show. They are not shy with the more sought after meats like picanha and you can ask for specific meat if you want something they’re not already bringing around. You won’t leave hungry. Cocktails are 2 for £12 if you’re not sticking with Guarana. Ask for the grilled pineapple at the end! Special thanks to Charlotte for taking great care of our table. I've been to this restaurant just over a year ago and the experience was 5☆. I've had buffet only and there was plenty of choice of hot dishes and cold salads. I've decided to go again recently and unfortunately the experience was totally different. Although they made some refurbishment and looks nice inside , the food wasn't up to last year standards. I've had buffet once again and was quite disappointed. Less options ( hot dishes ) , and Brazilian cuisine is so vast, could definitely be explored a bit more. As a Brazilian restaurant, stick to your culture!! Last time was an amazing vibe , with Brazilian music on the background , but now felt like I was in the Pub down the road , with the same old boring songs .

This was my first visit as i don't eat many meats so thought it would be a waste of money but i had the halloumi stack and buffet and it was so worth it! Delicious food! My parter and son had the meats and they couldn't get enough! Will definitely go again.

Great night had by all, with my partner and two kids. It's the 2nd time we have been and everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff were great all round which made the experience that much better as well. Will definitely be going back.

I had a visit to this restaurant for a friends birthday, we were a large group. The food was so good and so much, the meats just kept coming. Ayla, one of the waitresses heard us talking about my friends birthday and that we had forgotten a cake - leave it 5 minutes and she had arranged a cake and candle and ‘Happy Birthday’ sung in Portuguese with staff members all singing and playing drums and tambourines! It was so sweet and made my friends evening! Thank you!

I went here with my partner last night for her birthday meal, (she's actually veggie but was raving about the salad bar so chose here). Parking was easy, the staff greeted & seated us straight away and were very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was vibrant & inviting, the only con was it was a bit cramped but that's only because it was so busy. Now onto the food, the all you can eat buttet was amazing, lots of fresh salad, veg, rice, potatoes, dauphenois potatoes, lasagne ect.. you could literally go here for just that and be satisfied. She ordered a halloumi main which was very tasty and I got the unlimited bbq'ed meats which were served frequently enough to keep me happy. I had cuts of garlic beef, chicken, really nice sausages that had a chorizo like tang to them, I had lamb, gammon & peppered steak. For the most part it was all really tasty, there were only one or two cuts that were a bit too chewy for my liking. But other than that a fantastic experience and we both left absolutely stuffed. Would highly recommend coming here for dinner, and I'll be coming back (as soon as I've recovered) 😅

One of the best Rodízio restaurants I’ve been to. The meat is cooked to perfection and the staff will always look after you. The salad bar has plenty of options to choose from and a lot more than other rodizio’s I’ve been to. Villas Brazil never disappoints

Villas Brazil is by far one of the best rodízio restaurants I have been to. Well worth a visit if you love bbq and great food with lots of different options to try. The service was great from the whole team serving us and specially from Charlotte who was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. Charlotte made our evening special, she went above and beyond and made sure we never needed to ask for anything. I highly recommend Villas Brazil! You will not be disappointed

We were greeted straight away, talked through the menu and given recommendations. Service was great, staff were lively, we were served by Andrea and another female server we didn’t get the name of but they were both wonderful. All the food was great! A really great buffet and the BBQ meats were amazing, really impressed with everything. Desserts were hard to choose so got a few to share, they didn’t disappoint. It does says on the website but if you get the full buffet and bbq meats you can’t take any home. We took the rest of our desserts home but there is a small £1 feet for the takeaway box which was reasonable. Overall everything was great and we can’t wait to come back!

Very rarely write a bad review, but here goes. Visited here on Saturday 25th January in a group of 10. It was busy but thought ok. Sat down and went to the buffet and got salad, etc, to have our Rodizio unlimited bbq meats. After an hour and a half at 9.20, all was brought out was chicken and sausage, and when I complained, sausage was brought out again. By then, we'd had enough of the excuses and got the bill, which was reduced from £34.95 to £19.95 per head,still excessive when all I had was salad and sausage and 2 pieces of chicken. I did email the company before posting this, explaining that this was a special birthday for my wife, and the whole evening was spoilt for her and the whole group. They did offer us to visit again, but I didn't take them up on the offer

I recently visited Rodizio Villas Brazil in Hemel Hempstead, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. For a restaurant that advertises itself as an all-you-can-eat buffet, the service left much to be desired. The meat, which is supposed to be the highlight, was lacking in flavor and often undercooked. What made the experience worse was the service. The waiter bringing the meat seemed uninterested in serving our table and, at one point, outright stopped bringing anything to us, even though we hadn’t indicated we were finished. It felt like we were being ignored, which is unacceptable for a buffet-style experience. Overall, the food quality didn’t justify the price, and the poor service made the visit unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make some serious improvements.

Okay, so I'm going to be a little harsh here as I've been to a few Rodizios before. This one only just sits above average for me. Some meats were significantly over salted, and usually I love salted meat. Also when you're charging a premium and supplying high quality food then please don't provide the cheapest and worst sauces (sachets) on the market. That was insulting to yourselves. Other places I've visited included Prawns in the Rodizio for example and have cost less. £35 Per head is quite high and then there's the approach of automatically applying an extra 15% tip on the bill. Service was a little slower than I would expect, especially for a busy night. That all said the staff were friendly, the food was generally brilliant and I would suggest anyone to try this place and make their own opinion. Most reviews seem 4 stars and up. I am just critical from experience.

Food was great but we left disappointed, the service was very slow, drinks took 20mins to arrive and we had to chase, plates were empty due to slowness of food coming out. When it came out it was very good. We wouldn’t go here again due to service.

My wife and I had dinner at Rodizio Villas after being on the ski slopes in Hemel Hempstead. We were half an hour late but the staff kept our table for us even though it was fairly busy. The service was so prompt and we were introduced to the menu and how it worked. We chose the full grill and buffet. The buffet was well stocked, varied and very flavoursome. We were surprised to see all the hot Brazilian stews and lasagna amongst the buffet dishes which were delicious! We then had the various grilled meats which came out in fair succession. They were all so delicious especially the pepper and garlic beef and all cuts of meat were well made. We were too full for dessert as the portion sizes were generous but was reminded we could have the grilled pineapple and cinnamon which was included in the buffet. There were two birthdays being celebrated in the restaurant and all the staff were in entourage with their instruments with a live rendition of happy birthday and the Portuguese version being sung to each birthday party making the place very lively. We loved this restaurant, it was great value with excellent food and beverage selection and would recommend it to anyone! We'd definitely come again! Thank you team for being so attentive and making our night a wonderful one!

I have been a customer for a few years now and always look forward to my visits. The food is always brilliant and my wife and I loved the recent refurbishment. I have scored this vist 3/5 as the service we received from the new manager (long blonde plaited hair) was painfully embarrassing. From the moment we walked in until we left she was in our faces, talking loud and I honestly couldn't keep track of the amount of times she called me 'darling'. Not only is it said almost sarcastically/condescending, there's a time and place for this type of language but in a classy restaurant like this when I am very clearly trying to enjoy an evening with my wife, it's far too much. The usual staff we have seen in the past are elegant and a great fit for the team but I feel I wouldn't want to return and have this brash behaviour and character in our faces ruining the ambience. Shame that Sagres is no longer on the menu too, was a great fit for the Brazilian restaurant!

I took my Mum & Dad to Villas Brazil on Saturday because they have never experienced this cuisine before. We absolutely loved it! The food was cooked really well and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The decor was lovely too. Highly recommended.

We booked a meal to celebrate a family birthday. We found a very pleasant waitress, very good salad selection and truly wonderful meats served at the table. Would definitely book again! Soon!!

First time we have been since the refurb & renamed, on the left there’s a very nice Bar area with TV’s a plenty…….right!! the restaurant aka Villa Brazil well it is quite simple a meat eaters dream, the different flavoursome meats just keep coming out (nice touch when the chef comes out too) but you control the portions..I’ve been lucky to have dinned all over the world (I know mic drop ) However!! The Sirloin Steak was the very best I’ve ever had …divine!! Followed closely but the Peppered, also do try the Chicken Hearts the have a punch to em, wicked restaurant…we’ll definitely be back, bravo to all the staff 👏👌🥰🦎

Visited Villa Brazil last Friday with a friend. We really enjoyed the full buffet option (lovely selection of meats, salads, etc..). Everything was very tasty and clearly made with quality ingredients and care. Service was excellent. Friendly, efficient and professional. Restaurant itself was a good standard. Would suggest to have more ambient lighting to improve atmosphere. Highly recommended and regarded.

Lovely bar and restaurant. The food is fre freshly cooked, tastes amazing and was brought out with out a huge wait. We popped in to watch the football and have food after. Great atmosphere and food after in the bar (with children), but there’s a restaurant at the back if you’d prefer it quieter. Deffo return! Recommend the mixed platter sharer 👍

Was lovely selection of meats all tender and seasoned well. Buffet was fresh and staff friendly and willing to help. Couldn’t fault anything even the toilets are cleanly and smell fresh.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. We got the ‘unlimited BBQ’ which includes unlimited food from the salad bar. Quite frankly, I can’t imagine anyone would want the food from the salad bar without limitation as it was dry, not very fresh, nor very tasty. The fact that the BBQ was branded as unlimited was outrageous. We got 7 pieces of meat in an hour, which is no more then one would get if they paid for the ribs meal, for instance, which was about £15 less in price. As such, it was seriously overpriced for the amount we received and very disappointing. For anyone wanting to have an unlimited meat experience, where the quantity and quality of food is far superior, I would recommend you go to El Vaquero. It is better in every sense. Save your money, do yourself a favour, and give this place a miss.

“Meh” Me and 3 of my friends went here 7pm on a Thursday. Luckily we booked… because the place was completely empty. Other than a few interesting looking people at the bar. The restaurant had a refurb recently and it tells. It’s actually quite a nice place… it’s a shame then that the same can’t be said about the food. After we fought our way through the crowds.. we settled at our table and were greeted by a lovely young waitress. We decided to order the full works.. where different cuts of meat are brought over every 30seconds and cut from the skewer. Sounds like heaven right? It’s a shame then that nearly all the meats were chewy.. pretty tasteless and they didn’t even provide any kind of sauce. Thankfully the garlic bread was amazing.. but (especially) the fillets.. they were like chewing on my old work boot. In-fact.. it’s now 2 days later and I’m still chewing on that last piece. Perhaps when they had a refurb… they should have also replaced the chef? Anyway.. won’t be returning any time soon. At least they had Heineken 👍

Our server was lovely and explained how everything worked with the unlimited BBQ. The buffet side dishes were amazing, which is rare for buffet style dining! The chefs came out with different meats pretty much every 10 minutes on rotation and they were all fantastic. Definitely recommend coming here. Excellent service, excellent food!

Amazing food and brilliant service.

It was ok but went there based upon the menu they have online. Was really looking forward to a T Bone steak. It was our wedding anniversary so wanted something special. Was told that T Bone no longer on the menu and the whole advertised menu had changed. Ended up with something which we didn't really like. Now 6 weeks on and they are still advertising the things that they don't have. I guess it's their way of getting people to book. Won't be returning.

Very disappointed. Ran out of Prosecco to sell by the glass, so had to purchase a large bottle. Don’t understand why they couldn’t open the bottle to sell me a glass. Cocktails ordered came out not what we ordered. Went with a party of 5 and 3 of us had the sirloin steaks. All 3 of us ordered medium rare. All undercooked almost blue and really tough and chewy that we couldn’t finish it for jaw ache from chewing. Last round of drinks ordered never came out till after we received the bill and ready to leave even though we had reminded them a couple of times we were still waiting for our drinks. They had to go to the shop to purchase ice they said. Asked to speak to the manager to be told there wasn’t one as they were at another restaurant. A Couple sitting behind us also wished to make a complaint and was told the same. A couple of staff told us they were new and wasn’t sure how to handle our complaint. However not blaming them, they tried to sort out our issues and very apologetic . Managed to speak to someone higher up to be told we should have sent our meals back. Not something we wanted to do when there was a party of 5 of us and had another venue to attend after the meal. Was given a bottle of Prosecco for the inconvenience, but unable to take money off the bill. Very disappointed as I have been here previously before it reopened and it was lovely. May have been a one off but don’t know if I would go back. Very disappointed.

Food and drinks took to long to come out when the drinks did they where the wrong drinks the steaks where really chewy and where rare had no ice so had to Waite 30 mins for our drinks while they went to the shop then we we got our drinks they where the wrong ones all the staff there where new and had no idea what they where doing overall would not be going back again

We went on a busier day and took a Sunday carvery. When ordering dessert from the menu (which is a separate price) we were informed that we would not be able to eat there as we had been over an hour and that it was the change for the second wave of customers (which was NOT informed when we arrived in the restaurant and take the carvery, otherwise I would have eaten a la carte). The atmosphere is great, the food is good, what's missing is a better approach to the customer.

Came here for my partner's birthday and he was delighted. He said the meat was excellent, really succulent & tender. The halloumi stack was a delicious vegetarian option (me) & the Brazillian sides & salads were also very good and fresh - the table was well stocked and the staff was very on top of keeping it filled. Table service was quick and friendly. The prices were very reasonable - for a set price you can have unlimited meat & sides, which we felt was very fair. Definitely a good choice for food lovers who want something a little unusual. I'm sure we will be back!

Terrible. Half way through the meal they stopped serving the meat. Even though the card was still on green. Half the meats on the menu didn’t exist. One of our group was so disgusted he threw £20 on the table refusing to pay any more. To which the cook replied’shame on you’. Certainly won’t be going there again. Shocking service 😡😡😡😡😡
