Very good restaurant, must visit, best restaurant in all over area, I recommend it to everyone visiting Hounslow.

Booked the banqueting hall for my nephews 1st birthday party and it didn’t disappoint. The servers were prompt, polite and attentive, the food was authentic and tasty, and even the veggie options didn’t disappoint (must try the papdi chaat, so crispy crunchy and saucy!) As for the decoration, the banqueting hall is beautiful. A recommend for any party.

We had our engagement ceremonies and dinner here hosting 55 guests and it could not have gone any smoother thanks to Bukhara restaurant - especially Rick. To start off with, the venue layout was just as we had asked with enough dance floor space and a beautifully decorated interior! Our guests were stunned by the lighting perfect for ceremonies as well as dancing. The food was amazing with some of our favourites being the dal makhni, Manchurian and butter chicken. The food was accommodated for all our guests with plenty of portions and brilliant service. I cannot think of a better venue for hosting a celebration, amazing food service and venue with a fantastic team facilitated by Rick for us on the day going the extra mile for us! Thank you to all the team at Bukhara 🙏🏽 (google will not let me add the stars in but 5/5 food, atmosphere and service!)

Today I ordered chicken Fried rice Was terrible and chicken pieces getting rotten smell, not at all fresh. I don’t recommend this restaurant 1%also.

Reeky and sahil were excellent host for my 75th birthday surprise and really made me feel special. They made me feel like family!

Kabuli Pilau and chilli chicken ordered , chilli chicken was edible but the pilau was disgusting , the foul smell of the rice , tasted a few days old , it felt like the rice was made separately and then the lamb ( which wasn’t even soft it was just hard and dry ) was added on after , the uber offer of buy one get one free is appealing but a waste of money when the food tastes 🤢

We went to celebrate my sister in laws Birthday. The waitress was very nice and polite. We ordered food (multiple Veg/non veg starters/dishes) and Veg starters were ok, buy the lamb dopiaza was full of oil and the meat was smelling so bad, it appeared to be very old and was smelling foul. The whole portion was left, as no one touched it. Then we ordered main course and again Veg dishes were fine, but their Kabuli Pullau was terrible, again smelly meat with dead mushy Basmati rice (Afghans dnt use Basmati Rice) no taste of Afghani pullau and smell of foul meat, it appeared, that it wasn't fresh and must have been made 2-3 days ago and was just heated up again. It was my first time and I wouldn't go again , such a BIG disappointment, as I was told this is the same Bukhara owner, who used to have a Banquetting Place in Great West Road, with delicious food,but this place is a BIG BIG disappointment.

Just been to dine in at the Bukhara restaurant. Was looked after by a lovely young lady called Neha. Service was excellent and friendly, food was delicious too. Recommend the Paneer Tikka Masala, Butter Naan and plain rice was nice and fluffy too. Will visit this restaurant again soon. Neha is a credit to the restaurant.

We organized a group event for 80 people on 16th march Bukhara Restaurant 261-263 Bath Road Hounslow TW3 3DA (under management director Ricky) They provided such rubbish to me that on hearing the name of Bukhara I feel curse from my heart and I feel so angry that there is no limit to it. The handling that he did in front of 80 people made people feel ashamed. We arranged the food in a buffet system, there were about 35/40 people standing in the buffet line. And he was putting food for 5 people from the bowl into the tray, 40 people are waiting for food with dishes and he is serving food for 5 people And due to such rubbish service, people waiting for the food with dishes in their hands, many people did not even eat the food And we started eating at the time given by the restaurant owner Ricky. After 1 hour dessert distributed among 80 people in 2 bowls gulab jamun, Such poor service, 80 people were not supposed to get 2 pieces each, If you serve 1/1 pcs then even the guests will think that such a stinginess was served in the event. Actually we have done many events but Bukhara Restaurant 261-263 Bath Road Hounslow TW3 3DA (under management director Ricky) But it still pains we heart to remember that he gave such poor service even after charging £24 per head. guests were not getting proper service at the event and the restaurant owner Ricky was missing. charged £24 for head and not given us food worth even £10 We stood in line at the buffet and there was no food on any tray even for the guests to eat, We got such poor service from bukhara restaurant that the reviews are 1 to 5, If there were less than 5 stars then bukhara restaurant should have got less 5 stars.

Amazing. Just amazing. My family and I came here for a dinner and we found an amazing deal on this website called thefork.co.uk . It was great, we went out, the food was sumptuous and freshly cooked, and they held true to the 50% off that we found through the site. Highly recommend. Amazing service, would definitely try again. Only reaaon for docked points was due to a large spill in the hallway on the way to the restroom that caused a slip and wasn't marked with a sign or anything, other than that, amazing!

We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday here! It was very pleasant experience rickey and his brother was very responsive and helpful throughout the party and their staff was very hard working and honest just loved their services we had almost 80 guests with children every one was so happy and we got lots of compliments for food and for good service thanks bhukhara team to make our special day extra special with great service,food and helpful gesture absolutely fab.will definitely recommend this place and will book it again for future parties

Highly recommend this place, we have organised first birthday party for our baby last Saturday here. It was for around 50 guests, it was enough space to fit tables and DJ with the dance floor. Amazing food, everyone loved it. The manager was really helpful and cooperative so it was really easy to organise everything. The hall is highly decorated so it gave extra wow factor. Our guests were also impressed. Thanks a lot for amazing evening, we will definitely choose this place again in the future! 😊

Pretty disappointed with the food and service being regular customers. I spoke with Kevin who was suppose to investigate my complaint and get back to me however so far nothing. Ordered food via Uber assuming the same quality and taste we had previously at this place.. Too start with food arrived cold, naan was almost rubber I had to re heat in airfryer so we can eat. Tandoori chicken and butter chicken extremely spicy, chilli chicken very dry no sauce.... Really really disappointed.

So DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered chicken fried rice as I have had it before and really enjoyed it! But yesterday it was SOO bad! It was NOT fried rice to begin with...it was just left over biryani rice with bits of chicken put in! Who has cardamom in fried rice?? Argh! And 2 portions of fried rice costed me £19.90 which is ridiculous definitely not eating here again! And to top the experience up the lady who took takes the order doesn't even know what's in their menu! I mean it was just a horrible experience all together.

One of the most underrated restuarants ive been too. From customer service to ownership. Was treated like family, the fried rice was beautiful. Its a shame to see people throwing fake comments to ruin a restaurant. I would personally recommend the restaurant to everyone. Defo worth a visit and if you want to do a event its the place to go. Good place to host a party for 80 ppl

Great service, ordered by phone as they don't deliver to Kingston from the usual delivery apps, even thought it's further out from their delivery area they will accommodate if your order is big enough. Food is awesome, very tasty Afghani dishes and good portion sizes. We are never disappointed, and I highly recommend the Kabuli Pilau, Do piaza, Chapli Kebab, Afghani Naan, amongst other Pakistani classics like Biryani and Karahi Ghost.

We had a Bday party of around 30 members... We enjoyed a lot as staff was very helping and food was delicious. I would suggest everyone, to have a party with them as the interior decoration was awesome . Also manager(Ricky) was very very cooperative. Arrangements were done very well. Big thank you to whole team for a memorable party...🤗

Easily my new go to restraunt, from the food to service everything is above 5 stars. The owners make sure everything is on point. We were lucky enough to see another family party happening as they do private parties and it looked beautiful. Will be visiting again very soon and cant wait to book my next event here. Held my Son and Daughter's birthday at this amazing Venue and were really happy with the food, level of service, and facilities. Everyone amongst family and friends loved the event completely. There was a great atmosphere and they felt well looked after. The restaurant was decorated beautifully. Our guests loved the food,One of the best in the town. The toilets were clean and well stocked. Ricky bhai and his team were in regular contact with us and happy to answer all our queries. Ricky bhai is perhaps one of the most genuine people I've met over the years and was so helpful before and during the event. He helped us plan the event to ensure it was a great success and was reassuring, recommended other services which also turned out to be fabulous. I'll definitely be using them for our future functions. 10/10.

We went for a meal at Bukhara Restaurant as we are always looking for new places to try around our area. The restaurant looked beautifully decorated, very clean and the owners were very friendly. After speaking with Rikki my husband and I decided to have a joint 65th & 60th birthdays party there for around 45 people. Rikki could not do enough for us, planning the menu, accommodating my every need, making sure the spices in the food would be just how I wanted. The day was perfect!!! The decorations and setting created the perfect atmosphere and vibe for our party. My constant requests on the day for either a high chair, extra tables, food for those with allergies, different types of drinks were always met with a smile and nothing was too much for them. It is just the right venue for our guests who were looking for good food & dancing! Apart from highlighting the great service by Rikki, Suhil & all the staff I have to rave about the food, which as all Indians know, is the most important thing!! Everybody commented that the food was fantastic, so fresh tasting and perfectly spiced!!! Definitely the best food that we have tasted in any restaurant, and dare I say, have tasted at home!! I cannot recommend them highly enough & we are all looking forward to future family events there!! Kusam Peter

Worst restaurant ever we ordered our starters and we waited for 1.30 hrs to get our food and that too they only brought our fries and the rest of food we waited more half and hour worst restaurant ever and no proper sitting arrangement. Honestly don't come here.

The taste was too bad, we ordered paneer tikka masala and the paneer was burnt and its greavy tastes like heinze tomato soup.customer service is so poor and when we called they were so rude over the phone.

Yesterday We ordered Paneer tikka curry From here but It was a huge mistake because the curry was too sweet which is not coming usually when you order tikka masala curry. Second, paneer, was very hard and most important my stomach was upset last night. When we complained then they said it is coming like this we can't do anything. So, disgusting place. Never recommended..

Totally Punjabi Indian food 😂 no Afghan food at all ,Very beautiful and nice and cosy place but it’s not Afghan restaurant, it’s totally Indian Punjabi restaurant, no sign of Afghan food at all or see any Afghan there , if you are interested in good Indian restaurant or food, but be careful it’s not Afghan restaurant or neither food😂please change the name of Afghan food to Indian Punjabi food,

Held my mother’s 80th surprise Birthday party at Bukhara Bath Road and have to say how impressed I have been. From the moment I met Rickyie (owner/co owner) to the day of the event Rickyie has been very co-operative in assisting with everything, from the entertainment, to providing contacts for other services to selecting the menu for the day. The food and service was also exceptional. I would definitely go back there and other members of the family have already made enquiries for their events.

We celebrated my daughter's first bday party at Bukhara restaurant Hounslow, it was really really awesome party for 70 people. Ricky sir, Sahil bhai, Prakash ji, Krish and all the other staff including Chief did an outstanding job. Food was delicious, service was superb and the atmosphere created by Mr DJ Gurdeep (recommended by bukhara) was beyond our expectations. From outside it looked very small but inside there was plenty of space. Most beautifully decorated restaurant in London.

I have been to a lot of restaurants in my time and I have to admit a lot of them seem to fall short of my expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I booked a table for my mum's birthday. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how large the restaurant is. It is beautifully and elegantly decorated. You really feel like you are dining at a Michelin star restaurant. Once we were seated we have a large range of dishes to choose from all at a reasonable price. The service was friendly and quick and they went above and beyond to cater for my sister and her allergies. The food was brought out reasonably quick and tasted delicious. One of the staff who serves us, Krish, was especially attentive and friendly and took the time to help us choose what to eat. Overall a really lovely restaurant and definitely worth a visit!

Hosted my mum's 50th birthday party here. Very nice restaurant, very beautiful decorations. Food and service was very good. Parking was a little issue for most of our guests, but they all eventually found some.

Just ordered through Uber eats. Firstly the order took forever despite telling us it would be with us in less than 30mins. After multiple chases the driver eventually called to say he was outside. He wasn’t he was down the road and wanted me to leave my house with my baby asleep and come to him! And then the food arrives…what a disappointment and cold! To say I won’t be eating here again is an understatement!

We celebrated our daughters birthday here with family (20 of us) I have to say this place was amazing we had starters, mains & cake for the quality and tastes of everything were outstanding especially the chilli garlic mushrooms!, the service was excellent, staff catered to everyone’s needs from vegan to meat everything was on point! with kids running around having fun this place did not disappoint! Doesn't look like much from the outside but you're definitely in for a surprise when you walk in! Highly recommend for functions/parties because the decor is just gorgeous! To add to that, every dish we tasted was piping hot and totally on-point! The service was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. They try to add new traditional dishes every now and then, which is exciting! Only downside is portion sizes are smaller than you would expect for the price.

Very underrated! Is much bigger and deeper than it looks from the outside! It is DECKED with decor, conducive to a very posh and luxurious ambience and atmosphere! Food was also delicious, so, all round, definitely up there as one of the best places for big parties and events!

My family and I visited Bukhara on 3rd of December, it was about 25 of us, we all enjoyed the evening dinner with live bollywood music.. The food was good but service was little bit slow, overall a nice clean place and the staff who work there were very friendly and helpful especially Krish.. Will definitely come again.. Thank you.

We celebrated my Sons First Birthday here and seriously could have not asked for the better place and the food is just WooooW...This beautiful restaurant has left the best impressions! Visitamos el restaurante último viernes, (Bollywood noche) La comida era bastante estándar y tenemos que tomar nuestro propio alcohol (comprensible). Muy baja en personal y necesitan una formación seria. Aunque el menú dicho pescado y langostinos no podían servir, ya que no tenían ninguna.

The food was disgusting. One of the dishes had gone off and stunk. Even after complaining. nothing was done. Didn't get un apology either.

My husband took me and my 8yr old son to celebrate my birthday.on arrival @18.20,the restaurant was freezing.we kept our jackets all through dinner.the decor and atmosphere is dull ,dark.the service was appalling.the waitress did not know how the tablke should be set.we got one cutlery item at a time.we had to ask for serviette,spoon.for the price that Bukhara maza charges,this is very low standard.the mixed grill was good and the naan.however the rest of our meal was just very saucy and too rich with some meat.I believe the kebabs are good as well.but this restaurant is no different to other restaurants.you could get mixed grill or kebab at a cheaper rate in your local takeaway shops.I don't find this restaurant worth celebrating special occasions such as birthdays or others.

This place has got good Indian and Afghani food, in fact it's amritsari fish is amazing. I wish it had the good service as well, the reason is lack of regular waiters.
