Really friendly waiter (fran) gave us good recommendations and overall really good place to go for dinner, I really enjoyed the mock tail would defo come here again and recommend to others

What a great service! Eduardo was fabulous and understood our requirements to perfection! We had the sharing platter and it was good quality stake and good portions.

Visited here for the second time in a few months. We had a lovely waiter called David who could not do enough to help us and even arranged a dessert that was not on the menu. Steaks were amazing and cook exactly as requested. Good value and a great location in Richmond.

Excellent place for a meal, no problem if you come alone, with good beer, good malbec and excellent meat. I tried 8oz ancho medium finish with chimichurri and it was delicious.

Amazing customer service made our birthday celebrations even more special. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, the wine was exquisite and the desserts were super! We strongly recommend it!

Whilst it was really nice of them to offer the birthday boy a ready poured glass of beer on arrival, it would’ve been better if they had checked if he drinks alcohol beforehand. He has a health condition and so this was a stark reminder of that on arrival, which Was a bit upsetting… Obviously no fault of anyone, but perhaps a simple question about whether the birthday person drinks alcohol beforehand would be a tip for future. The food was not as expensive as I feared, which was a relief! We had a very reasonably priced bottle of white wine, which was exceptionally good. I think the mash potato needs improving, it was bland, and the decorative side salad that accompanied my aubergine starter was brown and unappealing.. the steaks were delicious and we had a very nice evening. The menu available is not 100% what you get on an Argentinean restaurant. Many of the options were there but taken because lack of demand. Nevertheless, the meat is amazing, the “empanadas” also and the “milanesa” is even better than many Argentine restaurants.

A special birthday for my Brother and the staff made it special from the moment he walked in. Shook his hand and shared a beer, asked how we wanted everything to be. Food is always exceptional, and tonight they outdid themselves. The birthday boy shared a chateaubriand with his partner, the rest of us had sirloins. Luis was so knowledgeable about the menu and the right wine to pair with our selection. He went over and above to really look after us. Thank you Luis!! I’ve eaten all over the world and I don’t think I’ve eaten in many places that could top the food we had tonight. The service was standout and £270 for 5 people with starters, mains, wine, sides, cocktails I think is fantastic value. Highly recommended!!

I went in a group of 20 for a birthday on a Saturday night, the service was excellent all evening, very quick with drink orders, everyone's food was really nice and well cooked, it also has a really good atmosphere and a nice buzz, I would definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area.

Amazing anniversary meal here! I started with garlic prawns which were underwhelming, but then had the best chicken I've ever tasted! My partner had calamari and then steak. We hadn't booked but luckily got a table as we went in early, about 6:30pm. The restaurant was packed by the time we left nearer 8pm. Very attentive staff and lovely restaurant. Good for a special occasion as it's a bit pricey. Loved our visit.

Lovely restaurant, steaks are not bad. Wouldn’t say it’s the most Argentine menu options but pleasant food and drinks overall.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Not only was the steak and drinks magnificent the service was amazing. Radwane was our server and I highly suggest him. If you don’t have radwane I feel bad for you he made our night 10x better. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who loves steak and just wants a great dining experience.

Absolutely love this place! Great food, wine & ambience. The staff were exceptional, allowing us to be seated with our Golden Retriever, tucked out of the way, but still part of the fabulous atmosphere.

We celebrated my birthday with a fabulous dinner which was made all the more special by the genuine and attentive staff ♥️ The restaurant has a lovely serene and chilled vibe and the food was Delish! Thank you 🙏

Steak was excellent and perfectly cooked. Tables have been rearranged and are closer together so feels quite cramped. Expensive but if you want a good steak it’s worth it.

Food was excellent and Radwane was the best waiter. Nothing too much trouble for him. The 3 or 2 course lunch ( 2 was more than enough) were very reasonably priced with good portions. The Empanadas and Aubergine with goat cheese were amazing. The steaks were cooked to perfection but the chocolate cake that 1 person had was so nice. We had 3 spoons. The only critisism from the others were that they would have preferred steak cut chips and not thin ones. Great atmosphere in a beautifully fitted out restaurant. Hopefully our travels will bring us back one day. Thanks again Radwane. You did enhance what was a lovely experience

Lovely restaurant, the food was outstanding and our server Juliana was amazing and helpful, Usually we come as a couple but we bough our young daughter who loved her food too, 5 star food, service and atmosphere

Steaks and Stone Bass were good and reasonably priced. Wine was very good and well priced. The Vegan Beyond Meat burger was a bit of a joke and very overpriced - just the burger pate with some onion and tomato in a burger bun. No sauce or creativity there. Especially when it cost £16.95. Waiter was a bit all over the place bringing food and delivering drinks. Atmosphere was nice but the tables are a bit close together, constantly banging into other peoples chairs and the waiters can’t get to certain seats because of the layout. An ok experience overall but wouldn’t rate it highly.

Great steak and burgers. Service is fast and professional. Prices are reasonable compared to other Argentinian steak houses. Will visit again!

From the moment you enter till the moment you leave you feel welcomed. Food is served relatively quickly and the meat is extremely good. If you want the meat rare, specify how raw you want it as they cook it a bit more than what you order. In any case it is delicious. As dessert I would recommend leaving room for the dulce de leche cheesecake. It is spectacular.

I recently dined at Buenos Aires Steakhouse and had an overall fantastic experience. The atmosphere was very inviting and set the perfect tone for an enjoyable evening. The service was impeccable; from the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our meal. The food was delicious. I ordered the beef rump and requested it to be cooked rare. While it wasn’t cooked to my preferred doneness, the flavor was superb, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The quality of the meat and the way it was seasoned more than made up for the doneness issue, which is why I didn’t feel the need to mention it at the time. The decor was stylish and cozy, creating a warm and welcoming environment that was perfect for a relaxed dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this steakhouse. Despite the minor hiccup with the cooking of my beef rump, everything else was exceptional. I look forward to my next visit!

Good atmosphere, food and service. Would have liked a second piece of goat cheese in the goat cheese salad!

Hadn’t been here in over 5 yrs but great meal with the family. Calamari was great, and filet/rib eyes spot on. Service was also great swapping out a steak salad with filet with no qualms. Had many steaks in the Hawksmoors and Gauchos but this is on a par, even better than the latter, without the inflated bill.

We were there on Sunday 14 January and had the Buenos Aires burger. Asked for medium rare and medium well and got well done instead. Burgers were dry. Very disappointed. Suggest that the chef pay more attention to customers’ instructions

We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We were given a choice of tables by our waitress. The menu was varied something for everyone. The food was delicious, served hot and on warm plates. Our waitress was lovely friendly and professional. It was my birthday, at the end of our meal she brought over a banoffee dessert with a candle in it and sang happy birthday. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area.

Best steak I’ve had in a very long time. So tender, perfectly cooked and the staff were incredibly friendly.

We were a party of 12 celebrating a birthday. Leia was our waitress and she was EXCELLENT. We all got our orders correctly and with a smile. The birthday boy was greeted with a free drink and after our meal was presented with a free dessert and she led us into singing happy birthday. We had a really lovely time. Thanks Leia and team. Xx

There is always a warm welcome here. This was a treat for my son and husbands birthday. The staff made an extra fuss of them and gave them an aperitif on the house. The food is excellent and great value with steaks starting at 17.99 and the house wine is very reasonably priced too. Our meal for 4 which included a couple of starters, drinks, and main courses for everyone was just over £150 including service. That included larger sized premium steaks for 2 guests and the burgers (highly recommended) for the other guests. Sadly we were too full to sample the home made desserts which I have sampled before and are excellent.
