Amazing place. We regularly come here to eat our meat. This time we asked for well done and it was a bit burned but Ms Natalie immediately prepared another one for us. Lovely service, amazing food. Recommended!

The service in the restaurant is second to none. Their staff are absolutely fantastic, especially George, he's a credit to the business. Food is also delicious. Definitely recommend, even as a solo eater, they make you feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. I'll be back.

What a fantastic lunch. We had the ribeye and rump- both were perfection! Our waitress Natalia was off the charts! Coffee made a great ending.

It was very nice I had the filet steak and the portion was perfect, the chips were nice and fresh and our server George was very nice and helpful. He had perfect manners and was very fast and efficient. I reccomend! 10/10

After visiting the famous Fillers Bar (Ted Lasso) we came into Buenos for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our steak! George our server was absolutely friendly and provided us such a great experience

My family and I are regulars here. The steaks are always great and the staff are too. On this visit, our server George always had a smile on his face and took good care of us.

We stopped in with our 3 boys ages 6-14. We got the sharing board with 4 different meats and a variety of sides. All the meats were cooked to perfection and the sides were incredible. Mom and dad enjoyed the wine menu with great pairings...

It’s only got better with age. Second time here and had a much better experience this year than last (which was already good). Both the Sirloin and Rib Eye compete with the best there is, sides were great, service was excellent, and good value for money too. Probably the best steak restaurant in Richmond I think.

Nice modern dining area. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was good. Food was lovely and overall we found if to be a very pleasant lunchtime dining experience.

Great service and nice atmosphere, liked the light and airy feel of the place. The two course lunchtime deal is good value, and went for a spinach empanada followed by steak with chimichurri washed down with a nice red wine. So tasty

Heaven! Really! If you like good tender meat cooked to perfection? This is the place to go to. Yes sure, it is at the very high end and doesn't fit into every wallet but as a treat once a year I would definitely safe up my money in order to be able and have this experience again. Very friendly staff, lovely menu, and really all I can say is: Try it out!!!!! Oh and I would advice you to book a table in advance :-)

We had a really great time eating at the steakhouse. The food was honestly amazing and they couldn’t do enough to look after the whole group, including getting a colouring book and crayons for my young niece. We had a mix of different steak cuts...

My girlfriend and I went here for our anniversary dinner & birthday and it was fabulous. They gave us complimentary prosecco for my birthday. The manager looked after us as my girlfriend is a celiac and he was amazing. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided great service. Food was incredible, cooked exactly to our requesta. We will definitely return and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for some good quality MEAT.

Food was cooked as requested, service very good, good choice of steaks, good value for money and restaurant bright and welcoming.

Shame, food was very good, service needs to be improved. Forgot drink order after a reminder simply said its on its way. It never came. Manager gave no apologies for the mistake after mentioning this and no eye contact when leaving the restaurant They still slapped the 12.5% service charge on top. Could easily be rectified; sadly not this time. Plenty of other eateries in Richmond to try.

Was fantastic, food was excellent quality and the service was polite and nothing was too much trouble, drinks took a little longer than you’d like however it was an extremely busy night so can easily forgive as everything else was so good!

We loved everything about Buenos Aires - the fillet steak was incredible and the staff were lovely. Love, love, love this place! Had my usual - Spatchcock Chicken with fries. Went for an early Valentines meal. My husband had his usual - La Primerva burger. Food is delicious. Ended the meal with chocolate fudge cake & ice cream. Definitely recommend!!

Buenos Aires Staekhouse in Richmond was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Restaurant was noisy and it was a Monday night so unexpected. Service was fine but a bit slow but we werent in a hurry!!! Three of us had starters and mains and two bottles of wine - around. £150, which we didn't think for this area was bad. We will definitely go back again and would recommend it. Also close to all transportation.

Ruiz and his team were 10/10! They helped make me and my girlfriends date very special which meant a lot to us especially me! From the moment we arrived until we left everything was on point the food, drinks and service. Also, the fact that I called up a few days prior to my booking asking for a special request they were prepared and delivered! I’ll recommend this branch to anyone I come into contact with! I can’t reiterate enough that Ruiz is the man he made sure my surprise comes to fruition the way I wanted it to and more! He deserves a promotion or a raise! ;) Once again thank you I’ll definitely come back no doubt about it!

We visited for a birthday meal and they were so attentive here. They delivered Prosecco to the table for my partners birthday and he also had a desert with candle after our meal. Probably the best steak we’ve had, beautiful cut of meat cooked perfectly with delicious sides. The chorizo starter was incredible- even our 14 year old has asked to visit again for this starter. Such a good evening- will absolutely be back.
