Food was outstanding. Genuinely the best steak I have ever had. Service was a little rushed but this is expected for a Saturday night so it didn't bother me at all. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend to others.

We had a nice lunch here. The empanadas were great.

This was our first visit and it definitely won’t be the last. The food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We all had steaks which were cooked perfectly. We would recommend this restaurant.

The fillet steak was delicious and the Malbec Reserva rounded off an excellent meal. A well managed restaurant with energetic service. Will be back!

A lovely buzz to this place, really great welcome and service from all who looked after us. Hoping to have a perfect steak and that's what we got! Ribeyes perfectly cooked with a good amount of char, still perfectly juicy. Sauces all good, sides delicious. Nice selection of wines by the glass. Not too many beers but that's only an observation. Only criticism was the churros, which were a little bland. I thought maybe they were missing some cinnamon sugar but maybe this isn't the Argentinian way of serving them? Will definitely be returning for the steaks, atmosphere and great service!

Stayed in Richmond for 2 nights at a hotel/spa and was recommended to visit here for the best steak in Richmond! We got exactly that! Not only was our sharing board of four different steak cuts cooked perfectly and delicious, our server Radwayne was outstanding. Not only was he super friendly and professional but suggested a great reserve red wine to pair with our meal nicely! If we ever are back in London we would look up a Buenos Aires Steakhouse again for sure! Thanks you guys, well done!

We had a great experience at Buenos Aires Argentine Steakhouse. The service was promp and polite. The food was amazing and the ambiance was just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

Food is ok but could easily be better. The starters are really basic and sub par but the steak is decent but you’d expect that from a steakhouse. The sides were lack luster needed seasoning and more flavour. The salad was not dressed at all and the lettuce was almost grey in colour. Probably wouldn’t go again as there are better places to eat at fir less money.

We went to the Buenos Aires Argentine Steakhouse in Richmond to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. It was just wonderful. The steak and deserts were outstanding and the service utterly charming, faultless and genuine. We had a fantastic time and we can't thank you enough for making our special evening even more special. Absolutely love this restaurant. The staff are attentive without being in your face. The ambience is perfect, warm, buzzing but quiet enough to enjoy your company without shouting. The food is divine. Steak cooked to perfection. The chunky chips are the best ever and a delicious array of desserts to choose from. This is our special occasion go to restaurant. If we could afford to go there more often we would. Whilst it is a pricier meal, it is definitely value for money given the standard of food you get.

Great restaurant, great food, great service. Unfortunately they allow dogs in the dining area, so make sure to specify you don't want to be anywhere near a dirty dog. Dogs put their noses in other dog's poo, and sometimes eat it. I cannot understand why they are allowed in a area where food is served. They are not allowed in the kitchen, or supermarkets for a very good reason.

Food was great! For mains we had the "The Buenos Aires ‘Steak’ Sampler Board" and the meat was cooked to perfection (we like it rare). Cocktails were crafted well as well. Staff was very pleasant and went out of the way to make our evening special.

The staff were all so kind and accommodating. They gave my mum a lovely glass of prosecco and dessert for her birthday. The steak was OUT OF THIS WORLD. So so good. We love coming here for birthdays x

First time in this steakhouse for my partners birthday. Without a doubt best steakhouse i have been so far and definetely in my top 5 dinning experiences. Stunning atmosphere with very friendly staff. Food was delicious and packed with flavour. I reccomend the steak platter! The meat was so flavourful and tender! Also would like to thank the staff for the surprise they prepared for my partners birthday! Very kind! Will be coming back!

Staff were particularly good. They noticed we were not ideally seated and without us asking offered us another table. The portions weren't huge, but were just lovely plates of well-cooked quality food. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, we were welcomed warmly, with excellent service throughout. The steaks (Rib-Eye and Rump) were great quality and cooked to perfection. I had mentioned it was my partners birthday on booking, not only was he wished a happy birthday, we were both given a surprise complimentary drink topped off with the birthday boy having a dessert on the house too. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Great late lunch. Staff were helpful but unobtrusive. We were a table of 6 - 2 children and 4 adults. They helped advise on wine and different dishes.

Service isn’t on par with the other steak restaurants in London at the same price point. Food was bland from start to finish. Cocktails weren’t great and came out after the food. All in all just not good.

A place that specialises in Steaks, and they are good at what they do. Walked in Sunday lunchtime, but we were still able to get a table, whereas it was hopeless trying to get a table at the nearby pubs that were packed. Good selection of wines here to accompany your steak. The cheesecake slice was amazing. Service was professional. Rcommended.

Welcoming and attentive service and everyone enjoyed their meal. Knocked a star off food because I would usually see a larger portobello mushroom used for a burger. However, if I am choosing a vegetarian option in a steakhouse I know my choice isn’t the thing on which the kitchen prides itself.

We have been here a few times together and this place keeps exceeding its expectations!!! Juan was amazing and he managed to find us a table, on a Saturday night without booking! The food & service is superb in the steakhouse, and is amongst one of the best 2 combinations of any restaurant, we have visited worldwide. Francesca, Sara & Vanessa were superb, along with ALL the other staff, who we couldn’t name. Fran probably thought we wanted to go on a date with the steakhouse, as we asked so many questions about the food, that it probably felt like the steakhouse was on a first date!! We would thoroughly recommend Buenos Aires Argentine Steakhouse to ANYONE.

Always fantastic food at this retaurant and significantly better value for money than Gaucho. The meal was great and the only reason why I didn't give it a 5 is that we were placed on a table (for 2) that had no light. We were in the corner with a very dark wall to the side of us and no light above . We literally had to turn the phone lights on in order to see the menu. We also were sent a wrong food item but that was rectified quickly. The steaks were cooked to perfectgion and tasted great.

Have been to both Richmond and Chiswick restaurants and consider Richmond to be better. the food was very good as was the service and the general ambience was great for a longish pre Christmas lunch. Steals all cooked as requested and overall good value.

One of the most succulent ribeye steak I’ve had in London. Go for the ‘Spiral-cut Ribeye’ You won’t regret it. Great Malbec selection too to pair it nicely along with attentive and friendly customer service. What more could you want!?

Fantastic steak. Well cooked, seasoned and great flavour. The "steakhouse fries" however sound much better than they really are; they are plain fries and nothing else. Also the chips were disappointing in flavour. They are not worthy to be served together with such a great piece of meat. Maybe add some seasoning to them? Nice place, friendly staff, but very very noisy.

A fine dining with great service, delicious food & drinks, and nice atmosphere. Went to this restaurant several times, and never disappointed. The price was reasonable. They have promotion menu sometimes. Toilet was also clean and tidy. Overall 10/10. Highly recommended.

We had some public transport issues and were late for our booking. The staff and manager were super helpful and whizzed us through despite them being very busy. We had a great meal and were very appreciative of their helpfulness.

Superb experience. Easy to find location, service staff were excellent, ambience is great, though some tables are far too close together but can put up with it as the restaurant is really busy. Food was extremely good. Price is adequate for the quality of food on offer. Definitely worth a try if you never been here before. This is the 4th Buenos Aires steakhouse I have been, and they all very good.

This is a great find, & we will be back soon - the food was really delicious, & steaks were very tender. The staff all went above & beyond that of most restaurants now days - they were friendly & helpful, especially when someone on another table accidentally knocked one of our wine glasses over!
