Bubbles in Hillingdon

Second time I have been here and things haven't changed much in terms of speed. Only one waffle machine which meant huge waiting times for a group of us. Kids were extremely patient despite the very long wait when it wasn't very busy! They don't seem very apologetic either. The decor, ambience and location is good but the speed of service is terrible as soon as they have multiple orders. I imagine they will get a lot of business off the back of baskin robins being closed but they need to sort themselves out or else they will close down.

The customer service was the best i’ve ever had, I was rather picky about what I wanted and provided me with a drink that perfectly suited what i wanted. Will definitely go again and order the same thing.

great love the bubble tea i would just add it dosent really taste authentic as the popping balls were not fresh did get okay service though and the venue was pretty but not much seating area ,much nicer places in the area to got to other than this pick your dates to visit bubbles wisely as on school days between 3:30 - 4:30 the line is humongous due to all the schools walking distances away
