Bubbleology in Southampton

Fui a Southampton para un buen día con mi familia, entrando en el centro comercial vi Bubbleoligy, una tienda de té de burbujas, habíamos dado la vuelta y regresamos más tarde para comprar un poco y la cola era corta, sin embargo, cuando era nuestro turno para pedir. me preguntaron qué quería y les dije mi pedido, luego comenzaron a hacer sin preguntarme nada más. aunque dice que la bebida es totalmente personalizable. por ejemplo, prefiero mis bebidas calientes, y por lo general los calientes, pero no me preguntaron si quería caliente o frío. que sé que no es una gran cosa para estar molesto. Pero estaba un poco molesto considerando que estaba fuera para probar. nuevo lugar. seguro decir que no voy a volver.

El servicio de atención al cliente fue horroroso el hombre que dice ser un gerente, fue tan grosero después de que cometió un error en mi pedido me dio té de burbujas de leche a pesar de que he pedido leche de avena, y él lo sabe porque yo era un habitual. Este hombre no sabe lo que es el servicio al cliente. Absolutamente horrible, nunca volver allí de nuevo!

We came here and had downloaded the app,for some reason the qr code on both the occasions we have been they don’t scan it,they instead spend five minutes to input all the details and when asking to redeem a offer or ask about the app they have no clue at all. The drinks are nice but both times we have asked for bubbles in our drink and both times been told no you have to have jelly !! If this is the case why say seeing your own because you are taking my choices away .the drinks were nice just a shame I actually can’t have what I want
