The customer services was appalling the man who claims to be a manager, was so rude after he made a mistake in my order given me milk bubble tea even though I have asked for oat milk, and he knows this because I was a regular. This man does not know what customer service is. Absolutely horrible, never going back there again!

We came here and had downloaded the app,for some reason the qr code on both the occasions we have been they don’t scan it,they instead spend five minutes to input all the details and when asking to redeem a offer or ask about the app they have no clue at all. The drinks are nice but both times we have asked for bubbles in our drink and both times been told no you have to have jelly !! If this is the case why say seeing your own because you are taking my choices away .the drinks were nice just a shame I actually can’t have what I want

19 Hanover Buildings, Southampton, SO14 1JX, United KingdomOrdered off of deliverroo and both Macs had what looks like mold, went through deliveroo to get money back and two secs later Mac Shack had removed all Macs from thier menu...🤔 Seems to me like they bulk cooked ages ago (long enough for mold) and just add the fresh toppings.

the marlands-western esplanade, Southampton, SO14 7EG, United KingdomIt’s Saturday, at lunch time. Only three other tables have some very depressed people sat, eating some very depressing food. No bell on the counter, staff hidden in the ‘kitchen’, a surprised lad served me (you can do better than this job, time for your loved ones to stage an intervention). It’s seems that to ask to have a Tuna Melt melted is a surprise, who knew. This place has given up. I’m wondering what will spring up in its place once the contract has expired.
