Normalmente tomamos té de frutas y sentimos que expandiríamos nuestra experiencia con la burbujalogía. Alisa dio el consejo más maravilloso y desglose de todas las bebidas que teníamos interés en. Una chica encantadora que dio a los clientes todo el tiempo que necesitaban. Fue maravilloso ser recibido con una sonrisa feliz tan cálida y claramente se preocupó por hacer que el día de otra persona fuera mejor. Gracias Aliza (perdón si he liado la ortografía)

Solía ir a Bubbleology bastante hasta que todo el personal y las recetas cambiaron. Los precios aumentaron extrañamente y el sabor nunca fue el mismo cuando volví. Todas las recetas habían cambiado bastante y en general ya no era tan genial. No tengo mucho que decir ya que ya no pido desde aquí, pero no es horrible, sin embargo, definitivamente mejores opciones.

Appalling, ordered on Uber Eats and at first, they didn’t have half my order but didn’t mark it on Uber Eats as sold out, they just let you continue to order, don’t contact you and then refused to cancel, asking me to cancel it my end and pay a fee. Secondly when I reordered with items available, one arrived with 1/3rd empty. Would definitely avoid and try one of the other much better bubble teas.

Nice choices, loads of boba options, friendly staff. Shalina was nice. We had mango fruit tea and strawberry and mint bubble fizz, very nice!

I had nice experience in there, Yoon served me and she was really caring. It was my first time ordering there as well, she even helped me to pick the right drink.

Hands down the absolutely WORST BUBBLE TEA IN THE UK!!!!! if you want to pay nearly a fiver for colored water- served by miserable staff then look no further. So bad I had to email them immediately! Week later all I get is a weak reply asking for the receipt!!??? Why? So needed to warn people of Bristol to avoid!! Bubble tea near the centre is much much better!!! Shame on you bubbleology- needs urgent management investigation! Never again from this place. Will paste my email too... Cabot Circus- my goodness!! How is this place allowed to be open! Absolutely hands down the worst bubble tea ever! Paid nearly £5 for flavoured ice!!! Was supposed to be a special! Cream had gone off and tasted NOTHING like Nutella or chocolate! Utter disgrace! And waited 25min for it too- with only 3 people in front of me. 4 people behind the counter looked like they had no idea what they were doing! One guy disappeared for 5min, came back and didn't even wash his hands! Had to email you as its awful

Bubble tea is always perfect. Staff helpful and friendly. Decor fun, relaxed place to hang out hangout.

Based on our two visits i feel compelled to review this place. In short, Bubbleology offers a dire customer service. When you arrive you get no hello, no welcome. You would get more interaction from a robot than the mute people who work here. Having experienced their product I can perhaps see why as they are stunned into silence at the embarrasingly poor quality of their own drink product. The tiny shop is too hot, with no fresh air and zero atmosphere. On both visits the kids seelced a different bubble tea drink. Even they could not finish them as they did not like them. When I tried them, I could see why. It was like drinking liquid e numbers and totaly artifical in taste and make-up. They were totally awful. They are nothing like the bubble teas you have in the Far East. They are a very, very poor imitation. In fact, I'd go as far to say that the only natural think in the cup were the ice cubes which make up 1/3 of the cup. The cost of these two examples of dire drink ology was almost £9 quid. A total rip off. We will not be returning. Avoid!

I had bubble tea for the first time when I went to Bubbleology. I tried the honey due one and the flavour was alright however the actual bits at the bottom ruined it and I felt slightly sick afterwards. All in all, it was good value for money and alright for what it was. Also, the staff were very friendly and I had a nice chat.

Had a warm taro tea with tapioca. The colour was closer to grey than purple - and the drink was awful. It was so powdery it made me feel sick. It was like someone had tried to dissolve a sponge cake in it. I had...

I went with my family to try bubble tea for the first time and was very impressed, I would recommend the apple bubble tea and if you ask for no ice you will get more drink.
