Travelled 20 mins to be refused service as they have turned the machine off despite shop being open

Very rude and so disrespectful on the phone. Please as a one to one person be nice to customers? Don’t end call mid- way talking since that’s very rude. Kind regards.

I had the bubble rolls citrus lemon and lime believe it mint leaf as well nice refreshing drink in hot weather day drink price on expensive side you are paying for quality can't complain much places for local desi families with large kids to go to for milkshakes and desserts ice cream etc drink was okay but had better can't fault Yemeni brothers service me for me it didn't hit five stars mark no offence rate it three stars it wasn't bad it's wasn't brilliant it was just okay drink in middle to have hot weather day

Looks like fake reviews. They say 12o clock but when we get there, they said close. Their behave were unprofessional and rude.

I don’t believe it’s proper milkshake, price £6.5 its higher than Stratford road and Coventry road where you can find between £3 - £4.50 and better quality. Try if you have doubts

Went to Bubble Rolls with my little boy today, desserts were so delicious definitely recommend. The customer service was amazing , big Thanks to Momin who was so polite and helpful really made our experience today will definitely be back.

Very nice place to get some ice cream, but if you get, for example, a red velvet cake ice cream after a short while it becomes like a pudding

Best dessert shop in Birmingham hands down no debate. Ice rolls with many unique flavour combinations and great thick milkshakes. Staff are super friendly and engaging. Great prices too with everything around £5/6.

Lot of hype, showmanship, but standing room only whilst you wait in queue for your order to be made. End result, some dessert chiices tasty, others OK. Personal opinion once you try?

Very very very nice ice cream rolls. Went there first time but i must say best dessert place on Ladypool road. Staff was very friendly. Prices were bit expensive but when you get good taste then price doesn’t matter. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Customer service was on point ..rainbow milkshake was wicked ..ice cream was delicious ..worth the travel to try this unique place The brother offered to help me to my car as I had a baby with me really appreciated it ... Really can't fault this place ..a MUST TRY!!

An experience to remember, not only was I given the best of service, but the quality of desserts were definitely beyond my expectations. Having been served by the manager; Mosham, I was pleasantly suprised by the quick turnaround as well as taste of the crunch lotus.

I love this place because once I asked for a leaflet and was about go home until they ended up giving a free milshake?for no reason so kind 🙂

Wanted to give it a try for a first time here I was really surprised! It was very clean you see the staff doing your stuff in front of you that's unusual but comforting. Their rolls are simply amazing! They taste like you eat a real Kinder Bueno so so so tasty and not pricey we definitely come back again to try another things 👍🏻☺️

Amazing and delicious rolled ice cream. Really loved em! The Mango shake or smoothie type drink was next level as well a recommend! They make it all in front you. Great for children as well as adults. Great customer service by the lads. Only downfall there is no seating.

The ice creams that we ordered were so delicious, my kids were so excited in anticipation and equally as impressed with the taste and presentation when their treats were delivered. I ordered the mango crush shake and I must say I was so impressed with the flavour, especially the texture combination of the mango balls with the luxurious smooth mango smoothy. Would definitely order again!

Waffles were brilliant, crispy on the outside and fudgy on the inside. Cookie Dough was nice.

Chip N Whip Cookie Dough , Mango Crush and Berry Rush Milkshakes . Absolutely amazing I love the added touch of popping juice balls . Vibrant flavours and a lovely not overly sweet dessert touch :)

Best milkshakes I've ever had even better than heavenly deserts milkshakes.

I had a millions milkshake from here they were not blended very well with the milkshake so it ruined the texture of the shake. Over all looks like a nice dessert place to take out besides the millions bubble gum milkshake.

That fudge puppy thing was amazing and my friend really liked his shake, will be coming again soon 👍

Went to buy from them at the halal food festival today (20.7.2019). The woman who was serving was totally out of it, she gave part of my order to another customer (no apology), then she put milk chocolate on my waffle instead of white chocolate, and the waffle broke too, so she threw it away. Then she made another waffle, and started putting milk chocolate on it, I reminded her again that it should be white chocolate, so she threw that one away and then she hurriedly made the correct one. Although the waffle stick wasn't as advertised, it wasn't on a stick, which is the way I wanted it, as it would have been a lot less messy on a stick. Finally she gave me the long awaited item with not even a word of apology or a thank you.

This is a great place to go if you want great quality ice cream/ice rolls. Not only is it freshly made in front of you, you know that there aren't any artificial flavourings in it. They had exceptional customer service really nice to talk to and I would definitely recommend this plce to anyone due to there variety of desserts other than ice cream/ice rolls. They have waffle sticks, milkshakes ice cream rolls and much more!

Greatest ice cream and desserts in the midlands! Now doing functions and weddings, what a great idea!

The first time I came here I was like wow this is different and the way they make it is always fun to watch. You can basically pick a slice of cake and they turn it into a cake roll. Made from ice cream and cake, but they pour cream over the cake that's onto of like an open (circle flat freezer) cold plate. Next time I go I will have to film or snap how it's made to maybe give a better idea of how the whole process works. Any way at the end, the cake and cream mixed is scraped into "cake rolls" and pop it into to ice cream pot. Mine was red velvet with white chocolate sauce then they put a slice of cake ontop! Very very nice. Better have the munchies of some sorts or be in the mood for a sugar rush because I can never finish one lol very sweet. 4 stars because the young man who normally does it is really good but a young woman (who must of been new) did it the last time I went and she didn't mash the cake in with the cream enough. So my sons one just tasted very cakey and gritty like. Would recommend though. : )

Honestly loved it here. Top quality everything and quite frankly, anything less than 5 stars is just stingy. The only downside is how busy they are and if we're being honest then that's not even really a downside

My boys absolutely love their Frozen range of ice cream although you've got to be patient as they're astonishingly busy
