Bryn Mor Beach Hotel & Restaurant in Gwynedd

Our Group of 15 entered the lobby today, totally unexpected for the owner/ management, after á (very) rainy walk on the beautiful beach. We were soaked by the rain. The owner was very helpfull and just like one would hope for: the hospitality was very, very good! We say: Bryn More Beach Hotel is the king of hospitality in that Wales region.

We stayed due to awful weather camping nearby. Ram was a cracking host who couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are spot on and very comfy. Breakfast was basically eat as much as you want !! Would definitely stay again.

Having been recommended to this restaurant by our accommodation provider, we both felt welcomed, not into their restaurant, but actually into the owner's home! Excellent food served with first class service. Thank you for welcoming us into your home and caring so passionately about customer service.

We stayed for 2 nights but wished we had more time to stay for longer. Good value for money, excellent customer service. Room was clean with all amenities. Dining room is spacious with views of the sea. We enjoyed an evening meal; best athentic curry we have had since travelling to Asia. Ram ensured that we had every thing we required and more.Breakfast was first class, plenty of good food and great selection.Our dog was very welcome, even she enjoyed a treat from Ram for breakfast.The location is superb for walking and driving to and around Snowdonia.We will definitely return; with our 6yr old grandson who will love the stunning beaches, climbing the hills and riding on the old steam trains.

Booked this hotel for our parents. It’s a small hotel with one level. Hosts were great. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. An easy walk to the sea front. Great breakfast served. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and has all the basic amenities. Nice lounge area to chill in the evening with a few drinks. Lovely breakfasts and the owners were very accommodating for special diet requirements. The owners couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, really lovely people.

A group of us visited this restaurant while on holiday, but when we got there there was no sign of any staff. We went to the reception and there was still no-one then after waiting for someone to arrive we noticed a sign stating that the restaurant is only open to residents, we were very disappointed having looked forward to this. Unable to rate the food as we never got to try it and we weren't staying at the hotel so can't comment about that but please make it clear on signage outside as it says it's a hotel and restaurant, or better still open for non-residents and take away - you appear to be missing a great opportunity as the reviews from your residents for food appear very good

Nos alojamos aquí por 1 noches a finales de julio, no tienen altas expectativas al haber estado en la playa muchas veces y Bryn dinas Mor nunca parece ocupado y parece un poco barato, pero me sorprendió el propietario preciosa, super amable, no podía hacer lo suficiente. Es una buena relación calidad-precio y limpio. Baño me encantó, las camas eran muy cómodas y el desayuno era fantástico, fresco y abundante. Sin duda uno me volvería a alojar allí.

Un grupo de nosotros recientemente aquí antes de un paseo en bicicleta de Caernarfon a Chepstow. Honestamente, no estábamos seguros de qué esperar cuando llegamos, ya que es un hotel y restaurante indio. Sin embargo, inmediatamente recibió Ram que nos enseñó nuestras habitaciones y un lugar para guardar las bicicletas. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran cómodas y después de unas cuantas cervezas frías en el bar y charlar con Ram, tomamos nuestros asientos en el restaurante. Nada era demasiado problema para Ram e incluso se aseguró que había zumo, cereales, yogures y fruta para nosotros cuando nos levantamos a las 3. 30:00 am. Ramtastic!

Acabo de volver de este pequeño tesoro escondido, y no podía esperar a compartir mi experiencia! Cuando llegamos el dueño nos mostró a nuestra habitación y me preguntó si estaba bien, era perfecto para mí, mi pareja y nuestro Pastor Alemán Cruz. Bonito y limpio, no podrías elegir un defecto con todos. El clima era agradable, así que ir a la playa y cenamos en el restaurante para la cena. Puedo decir honestamente que fue la mejor comida india que he probado, todos recién hechos con un buen sabor de la India. La RAM propietario y su esposa no podía hacer lo suficiente para mantener a todo el mundo contento, una familia agradable y muy amable, incluso nos llevó un brillar a frank (el perro) asegurándose de que él tenía agua, salchichas y un ventilador cool acostado en frente de! Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, gracias por una estancia maravillosa. Esperamos volver a verle pronto :).

Mi marido y yo nos alojamos por una semana de junio principios tan pronto como llegamos nos dieron una bienvenida tan calurosa. En ambas noches usamos el restaurante no es el típico de la cocina india, pero caseras y mucho más sabroso la cebolla bhajees eran increíbles, el desayuno era muy sana e incluso nos preguntó si queríamos más. Ram no podía hacer lo suficiente para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. No puedo esperar para una excusa para volver otra vez. Gracias

Acabamos de regresar de otra gran estancia en Bryn mor, no hay nada que sea demasiado problema para ram propietaria. Preciosa habitación limpia y cómoda y excelente comida india. Volveremos pronto cuando el clima está caliente de nuevo.

Fantástica estancia con un grupo de amigos. Las habitaciones están limpias y la comida era buenísima. Todos disfrutamos de una comida casera un montón de variedad para todo el mundo. Rav y su encantadora esposa no podía haber sido mejor. Ubicación agradable y tranquilo. Volveremos a visitar de nuevo. Muchas gracias a Rav y su esposa para una estancia muy agradable.

We stayed her for 2 nights and from the moment I booked to the moment I left everything was what you would want

Called in for breakfast when we stayed in a pod nearby. Very friendly staff. Food was tasty and arrived quickly. The gentleman who served us even topped up the hot chocolate for free

Este es un pequeño y encantador hotel en Gales. El anfitrión es amable y acogedor, no se podía pedir más. Hay muchas opciones de entretenimiento en el interior con una mesa de billar y dardos, así como el bar. Si el buen weathers sólo tendrá que aventurarse al otro lado de la calle de la playa. El desayuno era genial, con mucha variedad.

My husband and I booked two nights away staying 02/09/16 - 04/09/16. We feel we can not score more than average. Although we can not fault Ram's (Owners) desire to offer exceptionally good hospitality, this does not out weight previous accommodation reviews which led us to book this stay. The property is definitely in need of some TLC and modernisation. Our room was average and there were issues within our ensuite which unfortunately would not of been resolved within our 48hr stay. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything. If your neighbours are early risers unfortunately you are too. The rooms are carpeted but the floor boards below creak as soon as you stand on them and this can be heard from the rooms either side of your own. There are no windows in the ensuite. As soon as you turn the light on the extractor fan comes on. We were not aware at first until we heard really loud noises that your neighbours extractor fan, flushing of the toilet, the shower running along with full conversation and the TV being on can be heard clearly. If we were to stay here again we would definitely choose to book the self contained flat as the couple staying here said it was absolutely lovely and you away from the main building. We also chatted to others who were staying in the large static caravans at the back and they said they were kitted out really nice. As for food, they do offer an Indian restaurant for residents but unless you choose the specialities, the traditional curry dishes fell short of our expectations. However regarding breakfast we can not fault this in any way. There was plenty to choose from, cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, fruit salad, self service toast, yoghurts and of course the full cooked breakfast which a choice of how your eggs were cooked. We were even offered more as our clean plates showed just how much we had thoroughly enjoyed the delights of what had been placed before us. There is a bar available but no draft beer option. Dogs are welcome as that was a pre requisite for our visit. We express our gratitude to Ram and his family for their attentiveness.

Wife l and dog stayed for 2 nights this week. Great short stay . Breakfast was cooked to order asked if we wanted more lol.Ram was great nothing was any trouble,so relaxing.Home from home.Many thanks if you read this Ram.

There are not many alternatives to eat in the area, a couple of cafe type venues, a fish and chip shop and a pub about a mile and a half away

We stayed overnight here and had the best breakfast we'd had on our trip. "English" style, they offer Indian food also. Really good!

This is a total gem of a place. Although named as a restaurant, it is more now a bed and breakfast hotel. Spotlessly clean, very warm and comfortable rooms.Our host Ram is a gentleman willing and happy to help in anyway. The breakfast was fantastic from cereals, toast, croissants to a full English, beautifully cooked and presented. Bryn Mor is an ideal place to stay close to Caernarfon, right on the beach. It is a dog-friendly hotel which is hard to find in Wales! Well stocked bar area with large TV, comfortable lounge area looking out to sea. Beautiful.

Ate at the hotel restaurant and had a great indian feed. Bhajis were huge, and the biryani was delicious.

Hay una señal en este edificio que dice 'licencia restaurante indio'. Esto nos dio la impresión de que éste era un restaurante que sirve comida india. Cuando nos aventuramos a preguntar sobre una mesa nos dijeron que la comida era para los residentes. Si ese es el caso, entonces seguramente un cambio en la señalización es requerida para que otros turistas no engañarse pensando que esto sería un lugar en el que pudieran comer!

Stayed at this hotel for two nights in August. Dinas Dinlle is a magical, astounding, beautiful, fascinating place: a beach running for miles, a tryumph of nature still pure and mostly untouched. Bryn Mor stands right in front of the beach, immersed in this breathtaking atmosphere, brilliantly yellow. The veranda is welcoming and so is the owner, who does its very best to help you and fulfill your wishes, offering whatever he can for breakfast. Never mind if the rooms and badrooms are small, and they are indeed, as they're cozy and well decorated. Never mind if the tiny wardrobe litterally touches the bed and there's only one chair. Never mind if there's barely enough space for on piece of luggage (let alone two). What bothers is the broken toilet seat and towel rack, the missing bulb of the bedside lamp, the ripped wallpaper... small things that cost really nothing to repair. A bit more of care and attention, as shown during our breakfast, could transform this place in a true jewel.

Firstly, this is not the Ritz and the hotel is a little tired and the facilities are a bit limited, but this is a seaside B and B and in that light it is perfectly acceptable and comfortable, where this hotel excels is with your host, Ram and his daughter who put heart and soul into making your stay as enjoyable as they can, nothing is too much trouble and a warmer welcome you will struggle to find. The position is Ideal and although we didnt try the restaurant it did smell great. We did however have breakfast which was great, choice of cereals, juices, fruit, yoghurt as well as a superb cooked breakfast with seconds on offer,Just be aware that if you decide to pay by credit card there is a 3% surcharge which doesn't seem to appear anywhere. Plenty to see and do locally as well as just sitting on the beach opposite the hotel and watching the sunset, incredible.

This place is beyond compare so friendly Ram and his lovely wife and family run such a fantastic place to stay we couldn't wish for betterThey looked after us all so well nothing was to much trouble for them the rooms we're clean and tidy beds comfy views beautifulBreakfast perfection What more could we wish for when everything was there we wantedWe will return again more like family now that was our 2 nd visit all we can say is roll on our 3rdWe wish Ram and his lovely lady wife and family all our love and many thanks xxx

Nos detuvimos para comida anoche y me alegro, esto es autentica comida casera y se puede decir!Teníamos el cerdo vindaloo,carne Madrás, Tikka masala y carnero curry y eran todos repleta de sabores, los propietarios realmente te cuidan y te hacen sentir muy bien acogidobien hecho!

We randomly chose a quick holiday & came across these wonderful people, we have a baby 8 months & toddler 2 n half that run's mentally round, how much you say no he wants fun. But however the moment we entered the manager said no worries let him run free for the 1st time I felt comfortable, absolutely amazing family run business & food is beautiful thanks to wonderful wife for cooking skills, also morning no rush & breakfast beautiful fresh & amazing views thanks for lovely stay Paul, Kelly, farren & baby imánii

Yo, mi marido y mi niña fuimos para una comida aquí la semana pasada y todo lo que puedo es que nunca he probado comida como. Los sabores eran increíbles y la familia que lleva este establecimiento no podía haber sido más agradables. Ponen la televisión para mi niña que ella ocupado y luego, cuando nos estaba esperando un taxi de vuelta a nuestro campamento de vacaciones el señor le dio un bar de chocolate. Vimos la puesta de sol y las vistas eran impresionantes desde el restaurante/zona de recepción definitivamente volveremos muy pronto. sigan el buen trabajo

Well what more can I say apart from fantastic place to stay Ram and his family made everything so perfect for us nothing was to much for them Can highly recommended staying here clean tidy rooms and very comfy beds Breakfast was delicious and must say plenty of it That nice we have booked another week in August we spend a lot of time looking for places to stay But this is one of the best yet Thank You Ram and Family

Lovely food - tastes homemade - They go for flavour rather than heat, we had some beautiful food which was well cooked and so tasty - I would recommend this restaurant not only for it's service but because it's just such a laid back atmosphere with food that tastes so good and the nann bread is perfection on a plate - we had Jalfrezzi - Tikka Masala - Butter Chicken and the chef's special prawn curry - nothing was left over as we demolished everything and the onion bahjii was one of the best we have had - Ram is an excellent host and all the dished well priced - give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

Nos alojamos en una al lado de alquiler de vacaciones y estábamos muy contentos de cenar en el Bryn Mor Beach Hotel & Restaurant. Tenían comida india increíble! El dueño, y además nuestro camarero, fue muy amable y nos habló del pequeño pueblo. Disfrutamos hablando con él. La comida era auténtica hindú y muy abundante.
