Always enjoy a really good cup of coffee here, and best Pastéis de Nata outside Portugal!!!! Dog-friendly too 👍🏼

We are lucky enough to live close to this gem, which must make the best pasteis de nata in the country (and maybe further)! Nice cosy cafe to have a late breakfast or snack, we also enjoy the other Portuguese specialists and the coffee is good. The natas really are the star though!

My sister and I used to grab a coffee and a pastry here on a regular basis. The coffee used to be excellent. These days it’s very hit and miss. It ranges from cold to far too hot, burned, or barely roasted. The quality has definitely deteriorated and now tastes cheap. The pastries are still lovely but a lot of the issues seem to stem from an indifferent manager who is rarely at the counter and usually distracted. A shame.

In my opinion Bruno bakes the best artisanal bread in Cardiff, The Spelt with Honey is sensational. The pastries are excellent. The cream slice is to die for. He does a selection of pastis de nata with different toppings. Love the lemon curd, and the peanut butter ones. I've not tasted any better than the plain ones even in Lisbon. The quality, and sizes, of the pastries make his very moderate prices, a bargain. , And the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Me and my girlfriend have been going for a few months now and it keeps getting better. The pasties are always fresh, the Natas are unique and very nice and the coffee is always perfect. The best Portuguese bakery around. All with modest prices and a nicely decorated location. Obrigado!

The most amazing hidden gem situated off a side street that would be easy to miss if you didn't know it was there. They make the most amazing cakes, breads and savoury treats. Coffee is delicious and made exactly how I like it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Mainly a takeaway but there is a small seating area if you want to sit in.

Visited a handful of times since they opened and picked up delicious food for takeaway every time. Primarily a takeaway bakery but there is some limited seating. They serve coffee, savoury bakes including pasties, sausage rolls and breads. They also have a delicious selection of sweet bakes including mocha eclairs, cream slices and scrumptious custard tarts. I received a welcoming and friendly service and would highly recommend this place.

Called in today, very friendly and welcoming. I just bought 3 cakes to take away, lovely selection of cakes and bread. We all really enjoined the cakes. So refreshing to have a independent baker/ coffee shop.

Went to attend the Jason derulo concert in the utilita arena Cardiff and the show was fabulous, amazing view from seats, staff were direct and quick to show us where we were and the lighting and graphics were impeccable. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND the L2 restaurant upgrade before the show it was a fantastic arrangement of food which catered to all cravings, from gourmet burgers to an exquisite chocolate orange tart, washed down by amazing drinks which were delivered quickly by the amazing staff that were there. Which helped make a comfortable stress free environment! Go if you have the chance!!!!

Was looking for an early morning breakfast so went to the address, Sully’s is no longer in business, has been replaced by a kebab place which wasn’t opening until later that morning.
