Worst calvery ever twice we have been and both times food barely warm we asked for it to be microwaved pulled there faces and made invalid comments only thing hotish was the gravy today no meat left yet still serving with no adjustment for no meat no desserts available on both visits the mash tastes from a packet with flavouring added to hide the fact only good thing was the doggie bags at £1 which my dogs enjoyed will not be returning ever or recommending.

Me my Partner and Mother in Law came to watch the Meatloaf tribute on Friday 2nd August. My partner went to get us a surprise cocktail. He was served by a person with short spiky hair with a very poor attitude. Unfortunately we didn't get their name. He asked for a Pornstar Martini. They asked him what was in it as they didn't know! He then asked for a different one. Again they had no clue what was in it. He then asked if they knew how to make any of the cocktails. They then said "we've got this" and gave him a ready made cocktail out of a carton. He was in disbelief at the lack of knowledge and the person made a rude gesture to him as well as giving him a sarcastic smile. The drink in question initially tasted okay but then made him so poorly afterwards giving him heavy palpitations which almost resulted in needing medical care. I have never known such rudeness in a customer service role in all my life. Why serve cocktails if they don't have a clue how to make them. Absolutely abhorrent attitude. Will never be returning!

Visiting Brown's bar and grill every weekend is the highlight of our week. My husband and I always have food here. The freshly battered fish, chips and mushy peas are great. The carvery on Sunday is the best I've ever had. I really just wished there were more choice for desserts. The management and their staff are so friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work you do as we do appreciate it.

Visited for the first time today with family. Had a carvery. The carvery was amazing. Couldn’t fault any of the meat or vegetables. Meat and vegetables were fresh. All homemade, not processed. Even better than the well known places that do carveries.

We have been here a few times while holidaying. The staff are very friendly, the drinks are reasonable, the atmosphere is very chilled out. Our teens enjoy playing pool. The toilets, bar and seating areas are all clean and not sticky. Lovely place to spend a few hours of an evening.

We visit towyn a lot and have been to Browns a few times, this time however will be the last, We went to watch the match which wasn't on but we stayed anyway ordering a chicken sharer and a Browns sharer plus nachos, chicken wings and a round of nine drinks, food came pretty quick but that was the only good thing, both platters were ultra greasy, like they hadn't been drained properly, garlic bread was burnt to a crisp and sent back, we had to ask for plates for a sharer, ask for napkins, to be met with dirty looks and whispers behind the bar, very unprofesional, appaling service, then to add insult to injury and after spending £100+ we were approached for payment for 2 children to play on the un supervised play area (£2.00 each) shocking day all around, There are lots of other places to eat and drink, were food and customer service is of a much higher standard in Towyn.

Ordered a pint of Guinness and could taste disinfectant in the glass so had to change to something else (I was given another Guinness at first but this also tasted the same so clearly a problem with the lines). Ordered one lasagne which was ok but never came with the garlic bread as advertised (when queried was told that the delivery had not been). I also ordered steak pie and chips; streak pie was a low quality frozen pie, some chips were undercooked, others tasted and looked as though they were cooked days ago (clearly old chips aren’t fully discarded). Gravy was that thick in the jug that it had a skin and you could stand a spoon up in it. No garden peas as advertised only mushy. Overall a terrible experience and would not go back.

Staff weren't very friendly and didn't make a particular effort to speak.. you felt like it was a "local pub for local people" the coffee was so bad! Asked for a latte and it was non milky, cheap & nasty! The food was ok, nothing to get excited about but edible also a bit overpriced! I Didn't like the re-used sauce bottles or vinegar finding expedition. The toilets weren't nice as a toilet was continuously running and they weren't very clean. None of the staff smiled at any time during our visit.

Sarah in the opticians was very helpful I was on holiday from Leeds and found the frames I liked but the Leeds store didn't do them as they were a GF frame she made several enquiries with her manger who authorised to sell me the frames that I could take to the Leeds store and have my perscription made. Thank you so much for all your help and kind service.

Going to the Dogs? Full of barking yapping dogs, seriously stretching the "well behaved dogs allowed". rule Not a pleasant experience. Pity , but also starting to look a bit scruffy and not smell completely of coffee, which is synonymous of establishments that become infested with dogs. Find somewhere else for a coffee next time.

Avoid avoid avoid It says freshly home cooked food it came out and looked like 3 months old hard black roast chicken and chips looked like it been cooked. Over and over again never seen anything like it , we did not even attempt to eat it . Run by rude teenagers ask for refund would not give us a refund no management around . Dirty cafe cannot believe this place is still open they take your money before the food comes out . Disgusting worst place I have ever gone too
