Brownie Heaven in Stratford-on-Avon

I first ordered from Brownie Heaven in lockdown in 2020 and they were sooo good i decided to have them do my wedding cake in 2021! Angela was the sweetest back then helping me through 3 date changes thanks to Covid and was so patient and wonderful. I genuinely have never come across customer service like it! Then married life got in the way, got pregnant, had a baby, dieted for way too long to lose the baby weight, and when I got to my goal weight decided to treat myself and my husband to some brownies as I had been dreaming about them! I was a little nervous as hadn't ordered any in 3 years, so wasn't sure they would be as good as I remembered them, but I am glad to see that they haven't changed! They were delicious! Arrived well packaged with clear instructions - having tried a few my favourites are the mint aero ones for sure, and also the cinnamon swirl ones and the kinder bueno ones! But they are all tasty, but the mint aero I could actually eat about 100 I think - they are dangerous! If you choose to order from Brownie Heaven you will not be disappointed! Lovely customer service, lovely people and lovely products! Keep up the good work! Sorry I didn't take any photos - they didn't last long enough!

The most amazing thing I've ever tasted

I ordered a brownie tower of chocolate orange and biscotti brownies for my wedding and I’m so glad I did. The whole ordering process was easy and Angela was on hand to answer any questions. The delivery was on time and our guests absolutely loved the brownies - they were one of the most complimented things about the day!

Don't take any notice of there pictures look nothing like it there just chucked in a plastic bag i ordered and probably rushed order as after payment it said i had opted in to a no rush order so they can send them whenever but i was going on holiday so emailed to tell them well they got sent last monday i got back today 11th august so been here a week i have just had one and nice but never worth money won't use them again and wasn't impressed after emailing to ask why they came after saying just send them anytime after i'm back to get asked can i basic prove i emailed

We love blondies and these are always great, I made a mistake with dates when ordering all of which was sorted out for us, so we got them in time to take on holiday. Always great products and great service. ❤️❤️

My husband has shopped at Brownie Heaven a few times for gifts for friends and family. When we were planning our wedding, we wanted to save some money and ensure dietary requirements were considered so we decided to get a Brownie Mountain (as advertised on their website). We selected the number, how many needed to be vegan gluten free and gave them the date and delivery address. They were delicious! Massive hit at the reception and got many many compliments from guests. Amazing brownies! Thank you!

This is my second order from brownie heaven and both orders have been simply yummy, they're presented beautifully and are reasonably priced. Their customer service is great.

Take a look at the pictures for yourself. These were my husbands birthday brownies from Brownie Heaven that arrived late, despite me paying for next day delivery. I’m sure you can see why I was so disappointed. The pistachio one made my husband and I poorly - when I made the owner aware of the issues (with photographic evidence) she was down right rude and nasty. No apology from the owner, no offer of a refund. Just abuse, excuses and denial. Please don’t waste your money.

Absolutely awful!!! Ordered a brownie mountain for a very special occasion - asked for delivery on 10th and hasn't been delivered. The order hasn't even been given to DPD. The company has just decided to go off on holiday without doing our brownies. Can't contact them. Please stay clear of this company!!!!!

I was really looking forward to these gluten free white chocolate and raspberry blondies. Finally got them today after waiting for nearly two weeks and they were horrid. Chalky, wayyyy too sweet (and I love sugary things) and cheap synthetic white chocolate. Bland and flavourless apart from being horridly sweet with a bad aftertaste. I would suggest using better quality and fresher ingredients and perfecting your gluten free recipe. I’ve had plenty of amazing gluten free blondies but these were bleurgh 🤢 - update - reached out to them - they asked me to pay to send them back and if THEY found something wrong with them they would give me a refund. Denied all my feedback (and lied outright they use cheap ingredients, you can taste it). Entire experience bad from delivery, the product and the customer service - binned the brownies and would not recommend to anyone.

There are brownies and blondies and then there are Brownie Heaven brownies and blondies! These nuggets of deliciousness are a solid 11 out of 10! Highly recommended.

Stale brownies .. Overpriced and poor quality

These are far the best blondies I have ever had they are absolutely delicious so much flavour and a good size not like some I've had and so small.. You won't be disappointed if you order ❤️ these are my new guys now thankyou brownie Heaven❤️❤️

Over £100 spent. Very disappointed. Brownies and tarts were dry, under average, badly presented, seconds looking, sloppy and had a bad after taste. Mostly binned, will not reorder and would not recommend. Shame.

I can not recommend brownie heaven enough, The quality of the brownies/blondies and slabs are 100 %.I have always received in perfect condition, So much time,care,thought and detail goes into each and every one and shows.I have been a customer for 4 years and never once have i been disappointed always very happy with each order. What also makes brownie heaven is Angela and Jason’s very hard work ensuring our orders and delivery is on time and never once have i been let down.On top of this they work so hard and always come up with such lovely new brownies to try and just keep getting better.They go way and above what they should to to keep their customers happy me included.I could never think of purchasing a brownie/blondie anywhere else.Thank you both you are such a good team and thank you for all your hard work and all the delicious goodies 😊.

Ordered a brownie tart as the picture on the website looked amazing and the reviews were great What we recieved was abysmal! Contacted them and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed heat, when it was only a next day delivery and there is utterly no way heat could change the whole tart that much. We were given vouchers, but honestly, we will not be returning. The Tart wasn't protected during delivery either, it was in a box, on a ripped off piece of baking paper, covered in paper and plastic! No protection for the tart at all, no cool bags for dealing with chocolate, no common sense. I feel like a 5 year old dealt with the order.

After having high hopes for this order/company I’ve been let down massively. First order and it took me many times to decide to put my faith in a small business I haven’t really heard a lot about…I regret it. Paid for DPD to deliver the brownies as at my work we have issues with Royal Mail, these were meant to arrive today (Valentine’s Day) and I had a notification on Friday that Brownie Heaven had decided to ignore my choice of delivery option and just go with Royal Mail. This resulted in the Brownies being lost within my work network which is the original reason why I choose not to use Royal Mail! So I’m gift less on Valentine’s Day and have had to buy a last minute gift from the supermarket! I’ve sent one message, left one voicemail and sent one email since Saturday and no response at all. I appreciate they are closed on weekends but I highly expect they have seen my contact attempts and decided to not reply as they are completely at fault. I will continue to try and get a refund from the company, as soon as I do I will not be using them again and I won’t be recommending them. If you are ordering for an occasion or have a particular date in mind just don’t bother- if you are ordering just for the sake of eating brownies and don’t care when you get them it might be worth a go!

What can I say? Other than THANK YOU so much for our AMAZING brownie tower for our wedding reception. They were DELICIOUS! Luckily we had some leftovers to bring home so have been able to continue enjoying them. All of our guests commented how delicious they were! Couldn't be happier with our purchase from Brownie Heaven. We had the Brownie Pie, with peanut butter cream and chocolate cheese cake filling.....actual heaven in my mouth. We will be ordering for every birthday. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

TLDR: Average quality product, terrible service. Don't buy for special occasions. My partner and I have ordered with Brownie Heaven three times. The first experience was great. The brownies were lovely and the delivery arrived on time. The second time we ordered was a disaster. I ordered a box for my partner's birthday and booked an available delivery date. I then got a follow up email confirming the date, which looked like it was sent by a person, and was not automated. On the day of delivery, the delivery was cancelled via email, mid afternoon, and rearranged for consultation for the next day, when we wouldn't be in - this was in the pre-covid days. The customer service agent was rude, and it took many back and forths to get a refund. More than a year later, my partner decided to order from there for a birthday. We ordered for the day before we needed them (our order was placed 6 weeks in advance), and got a confirmation email confirming the date, again from a person and not automated. The day arrived, and we waited in until 6.30pm for our delivery. Mid afternoon, my partner had emailed the company for an update so we could go out. We got no response and had no courier information. We bought a replacement cake as they clearly weren't coming. The next morning, we got a rude email highlighting how unreliable delivery was due to Covid. Fine. However, this had not been outlined to us on the website before ordering (a warning is now in place on their site), they had not warned us in the email they sent confirming the date either, and had not communicated a possible delay since we placed our order. Plus, they are fresh (ish) and you would expect food to be couriered accordingly. We have ordered many items from companies during the pandemic - if they have warned of potential late deliveries, we have ordered accordingly, and if they have given an exact date, we have received the item on that date. We were also told to contact the courier. We had no courier information at this point. When we emailed back to say this, we got a rude response again, but funnily also got a parcel confirmation from the courier. The scheduled delivery was two days away. We asked for a refund and just got another rude response. The following day, our order arrived with no warning, a day before th courier advised it would arrived. Good service? Not really when you're out. We are still waiting for a refund. The order was delivered in terrible condition - both the box was battered and the items looked like they had been roughly shoved inside their packaging. The product itself was average at best, and not worth the money. Overall, I would never order again. The company have repeated been rude to us and let us down on special occasions. Once is a mistake, which can happen to the best of us. Twice shows that they couldn't care less about the customers. Having been a quality manager in two national customer service departments, I can 100% say I would rather do all the customer service myself rather than hire any of their customer service agents to speak to my customers. They desperately need some training and some better policies.

Amazing customer service when I accidentally put the wrong address in for my friend’s 40th birthday delivery of Creme Egg Brownies. Angela coordinated the rescue effort and Laura tells me the product was beyond amazing! Thanks so much. Recommend wholeheartedly.

The best brownies I have ever tasted! I have been ordering from Brownie Heaven for years and they never disappoint. The eggs are my favourite! If you’re a chocoholic this is the place to be.

I feel that most of the positive reviews must be fake because it is the complete opposite experience to what I have had. I was very disappointed with the blondies I bought but the seller seemed to see this as my problem rather than trying to rectify it in any way. Some of the most expensive brownies I've ever bought and some of the most disappointing.

I haven’t had my brownies delivered yet, but have had an incredible experience with Angela who’s correspondence and customer service has been impeccable. I have no doubt the brownies will taste as good as they look and would absolutely order again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you for going above and beyond and making my lockdown birthday so fab.

I ordered the sticky peanut butter brownies and oh my god were these a TOTAL FOODGASM! These are the best brownies I have ever tried! And I have tried a LOT !!! Ijust placed my second order for the pecan pie brownies and yes they look amazing!!!! I cannot wait!! They are such a treat!! I would highly recommend! oops there goes my diet! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The best brownies I’ve ever tasted. Each flavour is its own adventure, and if that doesn’t suit you they let you completely customise your own.

Wasn't a fan of the brownies they were very soggy and extremely expensive for what you get. Left an honest review about this, firstly it was never published on their website and secondly I had a response from the owner stating they had otherwise had good feedback. (How is this even relevant?) I find this in very bad taste and because they only seem to publish good reviews they are also dishonest.

You do not get what is pictured on the website , very small and squashed into a plastic bag . Ordered for a celebration and delivered 3 days late. When complained got, its not our fault they left the bakery on time. Dont waste your money with this company , my 16 year old daughters brownies taste and look better.

Have been using this company for the past year. Their customer service is the best I have ever received. They always go above and beyond and do all they can to accommodate. Trust me when I say I am a pain, yet I’m never made to feel that way and they always fulfill my requests. The brownies - well what can I say. Again the best brownies ever. My personal favs are the birthday cake ones. Soft a gooey, with a crisp outer layer. While chocolate and sprinkles. Best served warm with some ice cream. 10/10 all round from me. I would deffo recommend

Brownie Heaven have created some of the most exciting and delicious brownie and blondie flavours I've ever tasted! From mince pie and stroop waffle blondies to amazing dense fudgey festive Christmas pudding brownie bombs! They are so professional and absolute angels, no bespoke request is too much! Highly recommended and this is coming from an Instagram Snackfluencer @snackschat ! You will not be disappointed!

i have ordered so many brownies this year that i'm probably a brownie addict haha :). the truth is that these brownies have spoilt other brownies for me, i had an asda brownie not long ago and it tasted so cheap! if i could rate it higher than 5 stars i would.

Recently purchased the Christmas puddings with a vanilla truffle centre and I only have one word, WOW! Baked to absolute perfection. I am a huge fan of Brownie heaven, so much so I am even part of their mouth watering monthly subscription (amazing idea by the way). The flavours and combinations are so creative I can’t get enough and I can’t wait to see what’s next.
