I have never set out to stick my knife into a restaurant - but some just deserve it. First time I ate here I gave them the benefit of the doubt and put it down to a bad day. I decided to order something today and it was laughable. Quality and flavour is so poor my ancestors are crying, customer service is POOR (sooo rude) and prices are absolutely ridiculous. I did not know whether to cry or laugh when I received my food. Like horrendous!! Chicken was wrapped with sabayaad nothing else. No flavour no nothing. Pasta was dry as hell as per usual. This whole place is giving you’ll get what you get. AVOID!! Btw I never complain and this my first ever bad review.

Food was hit and Miss- samosas were 10/10- rice n haneed was good- the muqmaad tasted undone-

every time we make an order from this place, it’s always missing an item. hardly ever satisfied with their delivery. honestly ridiculous. it’s a simple order, why can’t you check if all order is in the bag before you send. really disappointed and will not order again.

Horrible food. You’d think it would be better than your mother’s cooking, that’s the goal of course, but it was so mediocre. When food is this mediocre you shouldn’t even allowed to have a restaurant. Disappointing. Never again x

I have ordered haneeth but received this, first time @ brothers & not coming back. After complaint I was told to return the food & they will give me the correct orders but I don’t have car to return so very disappointed

Sent the wrong order, they didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me. Abysmal isn’t even the word

we ordered our food with rice. we even ordered extra rice. All came with pasta,therewass no rice.

Food was great and I recommend as it matched my pakistani taste buds … but following observations. 1. No menu card ( I don’t know why) 2. Ordered lamb Haneed, One portion with rice, but if one person is eating they charge £15, if two persons are eating they charge £19 for the same quantity of food, reason, I don’t know. 3. I didn’t get the free banana, other tables where Africans were eating, they gave banana, not to us. Sad. 4. I was with family, so sat in family area which was alright… but it was noisy in the restaurant. 5. Chili sauce, was very very very hot, didn’t like it… but lemon soup was fantastic and soooper yummy. 6. Staff wasn’t understanding english much… it was tough to communicate..but they were friendly. 7. I will still recommend for the taste.

This is the second time I have been to Brothers and I can truly say the portions of meat is shocking, you're better off going somewhere else. The haneed is soooo small walahi for £13 it's not worth it, it's like they cut it in half to save money. When you ask them can I see it, they're rude. They then give you some tasteless small rice claiming to be Somali rice, why is there peas and sweetcorn? I felt embarrassed even taking it home to my Somali parents they said to never ever go back there! To top it off he charged me £1 for salad like it isn't free on the plate. Watch out for what they charge you as they add extra. I would recommend the North London branch it's much better and you get what you pay for.

My 1st time I'm a Somaliland's restaurant. Very cool uniformed young staff polite smiling and very fast service. The good served for the group was awesome. Very nice presentation totally and served in the table professionally. Well cooked the vegetables and meat. Great salad. Meat very tender, juicy and succulent. The rice was amazing like Iranian style style but better! They were so kind to give more rice compliment despite very good portion was given.i just loved the rice with mix vegetables and sultanas Lamb shank was great. Bit oily but hey that's where you get that wonderful flavour max out on the taste buds! 👍 Omg... Forget chili sauce or wasabi sauce.. This place has a innocent looking cream-green sauce that will blow your mind with just a drop. Awesome! Fresh orange juice was great. Sink right down the end at the bottom with tissue to wash hands. Only down side.. Cash only.. Come on.. It's 2023 get a card reader please. I beg you! 🙏 Parking. None outside or on the side streets. I parked at the leisure centre next to Lidl.£5.90 for max 4 hours parking ( free from 6pm). Lidl is 90 minutes free parking if you buy something I totally recommend this place

For Eid day 2023, we had visitors from Manchester. We live in Hayes. We bought 10 meals. All 10 meals had been cooked the day before. The rice, meat and chicken were uneatable. When we called to complain we were told that we're talking about another restaurant and they hang up the phone. Never ever go there again.

Really good food, but they only take cash which was a bit annoying, also they didn’t really have a menu (which apparently is quite normal with Somali restaurant) Staff were nice, but they put me, my husband and kids in the ladies section, was a bit of a tight spot to squeeze into with 2kids especially when the rest of the shop was empty.

Simply Delicious. lamb shank, Chicken, The rice is so flavoursome and fluffy. The bisbas is minty and spicy hits the spot. I really enjoyed it.

One of my favourite Somali restaurants in London, and arguably the best in West London. The sukkar, beef steak, salmon, rice and pasta is elite, as well as the bisbas (chilli sauce). From my experience the lamb shoulder wasn't the best (in comparison to other Somali restaurants) but all the other dishes I had were elite. There's also a semi secluded women's area. As a non-somali, it's a lot more welcoming than other establishments and you are attended to fairly quickly. However, on Fridays after Jummah around the 12:30-14:30 mark, it can be very busy, and the service can be slow. At all other times it is a pleasant pain free experience. The food is reasonably priced/on the affordable side of the spectrum.

We popped into brother on our way back from waymouth, everyone hungry. We have been to brothers in North london, al kahf , al rayaan so we know a fair bit, we've had the same experience in brothers and Al rayaan which is baffling. Price flatuates depending on who you are ! 😬 Our food only (without 5 shanis ) was £60 ?? No shanks just meat off a peice of bone (we all know what a shank bone looks like) . Food was tasty alhamdulilah but the service was rubbish, no soup, the banana was given 10mins later after we asked for it, we basically had to ask for the condiments (must of thght these Asians don't know anything ). The sauce pot was dirty, the spoon use was from another table you can tell had food all over it, he gave us takeaway pots after . The price still is baffling ??? Asked him how much beforehand he said £20, so I thgth let's wait for the food to come 5 shanis later and no soup the bill comes upto £67 something isn't right .not sure why they do this when they see Asians!! The toilets was surprisingly clean compared to other somali restaurants 👌

Masaajidda Hayes waa looga lugeeyaa oo midna waxuu u jiraa 150 mitir, midka kalana 500 mitir. Maqaayaddaan waxay maqaayadda uga magac dheertahay cuntadeeda oo aad uga macaan badan oo dadka mar ka cunteeya aysan meel kale ka cuntaynayn hadduuba Hayes joogo.

Great food. Chicken was grilled nicely and was tasty. Chopped beef & shoulder was nice too.

Really surprising how tasty the food was. Fantastic flavour, great quality, solid portions and food arrived within 5minutes. I've been 3 times in 3 weeks. Family friendly, everyone minds their own business and very curtious service. Cost £13 for a lamb shank with rice and salad and a bottle of water at 8:30pm on a Sunday. Negatives are...it's definitely costly. The minimum you're paying for a meal and a drink is £10. They've also not had some options on the menu 2 out of the 3 times I've been. Also the toilets are dire and need a desperate make over. Overall the food is delicious and a must try. Just wish they brought the price down to match other local places so I can go more often!

We bought food from this place but their customer service is shocking. I ordered food worth up to £90. When I tried to pay by card, they refused to accept demanding only cash even though they had card readers, I had to leave the food to withdraw the cash. I came back with two £50 notes that they decided to refuse, saying that the notes were too old and that they wanted new notes. I found it outrageous because I can't help what notes come out the ATM. It was inconvenient and I think it's government tax fraud.

The food was delicious ❤️ 10/10. We ordered a family meal for 4 people and it was enough to feed 8 people. The portion was great and the flavor was amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area ! 😍

Good food good service, will try again

This is the second time am getting food poisoning from this restaurant. There is something wrong with their kitchen Hygiene. I never been sick like this before too much diarrhea and lost lots for weight.

If you are not Somali, start your journey from this restaurant, good food. But try to make early orders. Parking is free around the area a little walk will help. I tried their lamb rice, and salmon rice, it was very good. Will update if i try more.

Horrible service and food not fresh

The food was cold and there had no menu to show the customer. They give you a random price. It was a rip off. I don't advise anyone especially if you are not a Somali to go and eat there. I recommend no one to venture there in Hayes Brothers 2. Customer service was terrible. I wish to give half star but it is not possible. DO NOT GO THERE!

The rice came 5 mins before the main salmon and had to keep enquiring about my meal. When it came time to pay they hit the card machine and said only cash because it was a big order. He tried to force me to pay cash when I did not have a bank card and I explained numerous amount of times. After holding me up for 7 minutes before finally allowed me to pay with my Apple pa. The food was ok but the lamb shank was very small table service was very bad,, the reason I came to Brothers 2 restaurant is because I had a good experience in Brothers restaurant Tottenham never again

This restaurant is amazing fresh authentic traditional Somalian food. I had Soup to start and main course was roast lamb shoulder with roast potatoes and salad. A side dish of fragrant rice and which was top class. The food was made fresh everything tasted amazing. And the service is very good.

Terrible, This isn’t a place isn’t worthy of selling food. Customer service is non existence. General hygiene is horrid specially the toilets and sink area at the back. I have even checked the hygiene ratings and I cannot believe that it is 1 star. Bad management skills and customer service they definitely require handling food qualifications as even the way they dish the food is horrible specially during the pandemic when other restaurants are serving food in a different manner. You’ll watch your food come through a hole to the kitchen and the waiter will speak with several tables prior to bringing the food to your table.
