Brooklyn's Finest Pizza in Middlesbrough

We ordered a double pepperoni pizza and it only normal pepperoni, only six slices, also ordered a grilled chicken kebab and received a chicken tikka kebab, when contacting the shop they where very unhelpful and the chef said it is normal chicken, won’t be ordering again.

we order the meat tray and added the rice from here and as always banging food asked if possible to get extra peppers they did for us great taste will be back as always

Love this place, the chicken burgers and pizza are lovely, the fries crispy, and they're always happy to oblige any order notes.

Ordered a kebab and garlic but gave me kebab garlic and salad in a litter bread

The food was more than 2 hours late and I phoned 8 times and they kept saying it was going to be 5 minutes. When the food came it was cold and I was very disappointed. I would recommend no one orders from this store for free.

I am not sure where to begin; the 12-inch pizza takeaway seemed like a good deal at first, but after a few slices, you would start to feel sick. There were a lot of indicators of cross-contamination, and the customer service is terrible; the staff looked apathetic while taking orders. Never coming back to this place again! A complete disgrace to the actual ‘Brooklyn Pizza’

Such nice lads as a young girl with some suspicious characters hanging around they made me feel so safe and did what they could to help me get home, great food to thank you so much!

have ordered the chicken tikka wrap from here countless times and it is both incredibly tasty and reasonably priced. would rate higher if they were more consistent and improved their service (i’ve had order notes dismissed on multiple occasions)

Literally the worst kebab I've ever had. Sheikh kebab was bad and donner was like rubber. Mix Kebab 0/10 Pizza 2/10 Food arrived quick

Wonderful taste of both pizzas and parmos!

Ordered twice this week both times pizza topping stuck to lid no replacement offered as they were to busy. Had the cheek to offer 10% off my next order. I will definitely not be ordering from them again worst service ever.

Ordered food on the app around half 11 and food came about 12:45 I rang up enormous times. They kept on saying it will be with you in 5 mins. Came to 1 in the morning and I asked the delivery driver why did use take so long and he was very rude and shot the food in my personal space and walked out my garden saying “Not my ****** problem absolute joke

I ordered a pizza it was not tasty at all. I went back to the shop to complain the owner was very understandable but the staff start arguing with the owner and then we have to wait more then 45 minutes because he was not my pizza. A clear indication of I DONT CARE about customer or work. I learned my lesson hopefully he gonna fire the staff otherwise it's gonna be tough for me to order the pizza from there. And the guy who have no shame after making me wait 45 minutes he came outside being very friendly and asking for a cigarette. INSANE

Don't ever order any piza from here the worst in the business.

Well very disappointing, popped in ordered a zinger meal , chicken was lacking more batter and very low quality .chips were nice , but the bun was stale ..... Wife's kebab meat potion size was also lacking ..... All in all it's no better than a cheap chicken shop .... Won't be going again and major improvements are needed .

Ordered a meat tray without donner and chips and got pretty much half of the usual , ordered the same thing from here multiple times and it was always full , £17 (£4 for a 2 mile delivery) for a meat tray that was half filled with salad , usually it fills up 3 people but today it couldn’t even fill one person.

Clearly undercooked. The base was soggy and couldn’t even pick the pizza up without it falling to bits. Never again

Waited 1hr for delivery. When I phoned to check where it was I was rudely told it's been delivered. Not delivered, they didn't call me back. Disgraceful customer service

Update review.... tried again to order for the 3rd time, first 2 times items were missing, 3rd order came last night just after 11, I woke up at 5am with food poisoning and then spent the next 15 hours throwing up continuously. Tbh I thought it was were my brother ordered from.... turns out it wasn't when I asked. AVOID FOR YOUR HEALTH!

Suffering from food poisoning day after eating from here, Everything seemed cooked only thing I could imagine is cross-tamination. I ordered 16” double pepperoni pizza and had 4/5 slices. And my partner had a slice and she doesn’t feel very well. Never ate anything else apart from pizza yesterday. And nothing today because I feel so ill

Whenever i want to eat stuffed crust pizza i always choose Brooklyn's finest pizza rather choosing any other shop's pizza

Pizza was bone dry it was that dry the was no grease on the grease proof paper never buying again as my child choked on it it was that dry

Great food and delicious meat tray, I would definitely recommend to everyone.

First time we've tried this place and the first thing we noticed is that the prices don't make sense, 70p difference between the single and double cheeseburger but £1.79 between single and double beef burger.. food arrived early and hot but the taste of the bun was as good as it got. The burgers had a lot of hard fatty parts in them as well as small onions which is not stated on menu. The lettuce was old and unwashed, still tasted of dirt and the chips were dry and overcooked. Poor performance.

Food is good but , no accurate delivery time , 1 hour late due to the delivery time and no apology or anything, every time I phoned only thing I was told 2 minutes away very bad customers service. I won't be ordering again.

Food was diabolical. Kebab meat was scabby and awful. A microwave meal would of been better. Paid £30 for food and it was a disgrace. Meerly disapointed will never use again and would also advice others against it

Ordered from here many times, the food was amazing, the customer service is really good and very helpful . The meat trays and parmo are excellent value and always piping hot. They have even thrown in a cheeky cake which we enjoyed. Will definitely use brooklyns again
