Authentic smash burgers. Best in West Yorkshire by far. I don't understand some inaccurate reviews, probably didn’t recover some senses post covid or smth, and some talking about other takeaways and parking etc. Those reviews should be reported and flagged as they aren't reviewing the actual restaurant, own food and services.

Ordered bucket 1 says on line you get coleslaw and beans but when I rang to say not received they said didn’t do them! And not charged but these was not an extra these were on menu Food was tasty just not true to online menu

Worst food you can ever have look at the Pic first and last time where do i start and finish looked good outside but these places need shutting down

One of the worst food places in Halifax. Burger is so salty you can’t even eat it. Ordered burger sauce from Deliveroo but got chilli sauce instead. The wings tasted like they were dipped in some special salt sauce. Wouldn’t recommend at all

This is the worst place to order food from. My daughter ordered food from this place and twice the order wasn’t delivered by just eat. Spoke to just eat and was referred to Brooklyn to deal with the complaint. When I rand the place up and was give excuse after excuse and nothing was done and I lost over £60 in this place. I don’t recommend this place and will never waste my time with this takeaway place.

Food was grim. Ordered 2 burger meals and they took a whole hour to make the food. The burgers were cold. You could tell they were just sat there for ages. It wasn't even that busy either but regardless if they can't handle making proper food while it's busy then they aren't made for the business.

Extremely disappointed with the undercooked pizza!! I called for collection was told 20 minutes, got there on time yet had to wait a further 14 minutes past the quoted time. I’d understand if the staff were honest and told me they were behind with orders but saying “it’ll be 5 minutes” then 5 minutes later telling me “we’ve just put your pizza in now” is 2 different things!!! I was given 3 wings free for my wait but it doesn’t make up for an undercooked pizza! If the kids get food poisoning the matter will be reported to Environmental Health!

The best chicken burger I’ve ever had… not too pricy.. the layout out looks nice and clean real American feel… the burgers are just divine.. and the pizza was amazing… great good…

Food was excellent. Tried the spicy burger meal and sauce was beautiful. They serve fries instead of chips which really goes well with the burger. Overall 10/10 for me and I would definitely recommend.

I was hungry and looking for something delicious, hygienic, and value for money. Walking from King Cross, there were many shops but most of them were closed. Lurking I came across Brooklyn Burgers, standing outside, confused. As this was my first time trying food from Halifax. I was unsure and kind of skeptical weather food will be good or bad as this was my concern. The atmosphere of restaurants looked really nice but I wanted something healthy and delicious, gazing through the windows to read the menu. I decided to have wrap as it costed around 3.5£. So I gathered little courage and entered the shop. Asked the cashier questions regarding the taste and dietary obligations they follow. His positive aura kind of changed my mind, I ordered Smash burger meal and Spicy wrap meal. I was sure after ordering these meals I’ll not be hungry till the next morning. I paid them 11.98£ in cash and he told me I’ll have wait for 15 mins. Which I thought is much but I instructed him food should be cooked well and wrap should be real spicy. He said “Yes, your instruction will be followed.” I started to take snaps, observed hygiene, find toilet, and reading the menu. Found out glitch a person can 16” slice for 1.5£ which will be around 500calories. I knew what I ordered will also require effort to eat. I was still reading the menu the their order taker arrived with my tray. I was hungry to attacked the wrap more than half way eating that delicious wrap I thought I should’ve taken pictures of this tasty meals. So I took few pictures shared below and add them in this review. In mean time I thought eat snd taste the Smash burger before it gets cold, as I took the first bite I knew it was “IT”. Burger was well cooked, juicy, after every bite I wanted to take another bite. Loved that tasteful experience, I ate burger within 5 minutes, then I tasted Straight Fries(Salted). Salt made fries taste even better. Sipping Irn-Bru and 7-up with fries. Tried there sauces with everything I ordered sauces individually had good taste but I think there food was so good that it didn’t required any sauces though they can add refreshing taste. Good thing for I was Brooklyn Burgers wasn’t not packed, which makes easy for me eat like a kid,ask for ketchups and take pictures. I’d recommend this place for my experience. As I finished my more people came in and started queuing therefore I was unable to ask about kids seating , wheel chair access etc. Overall, I had a lovely experience.

Ordered a 16 Inch pepperoni pizza with fries and drink to eat in...pizza dough had mould spores all over the pizza base! Went to the counter to show the staff and ask if the dough was prepared fresh to order...No it wasn't! There was no apology ... Demanded a refund and left. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Food honestly tastes disgusting and quality has dropped off massively since opening. 100% would not recommend.

If I'm going to be honest, initially my expectations were relatively low however the food did appeal to my standards plus the customer service is very good I would reccommend for the foodies out there UwU

Good food but the guy who serves is an unpleasant guy who feels like the owner's son.

Tried this place after receiving recommendations from numerous friends/family. And it certainly did not disappoint. The food lived up to its high expectations and the burger/fries were delicious. There is also a separate dessert station, Ice Fusion, and this equally was just divine. I tried the Ice Pan and bubble tea, and it rounded off my meal perfectly. The staff were also incredibly professional and were able to advise on the spice levels of the burgers and recommended different options too. Additionally, the place on the whole had high hygiene levels and was generally clean. It is small things like this which add to one’s impressions of a business and Brooklyn Burger’s have not been complacent in retaining these high standards. I will definitely be returning as the food is too good to not come back for!

Been here a few times it's a really good place with excellent service and delicious food. A must try especially the fillet burger meal.

Nice place was clean and tidy when visited. Ordered a simple burger meal. Burger was delicious but the CHIPS ! What is going on I swear they tasted like I was eating sticks of wet cardboard honestly they were really bad. How can you get chips wrong. Please change them otherwise would have been a lovely meal.

Ordered the new pizzas and wings and the service was quick got told half an hour wait time got the food in 20 minutes, friendly staff and good food.

Just had a peri burger meal at this place. Amazing flavour and taste. The chicken fillet was quite juicy and fresh. Worth the money. Getting another one for a take away. Try it!!

Ordered the spicy wrap recently. Very nice. Rest of the food is good too. I think they are the only ones in HX who steam cook their chicken.

We have eaten here several times. When we dine food is always fresh so lovely and hot. I have the kids happy meal at £3.50 ...way too any fries and a generous size chicken burger in bun..Inc a small Carton of pop, I always have bubble gum has it was a childhood favourite!! Staff friendly but most people take food home or have it delivered.

Food is very tasty and burgers are very big and tasty, love their menu and lot of variety. Excellent customer service, place is very clean. Their Ice Fusion section is serving very nice bubbles tea. Pan-n-ice have variety of ice creams and love their flavour. Try at least once and you will love it and come back again.

Ordered spicey burger and no bun was cooked fell apart less than a minute, chicken smelt not a good experience! First & last time! A little extra focus can go along way basics of food industry! Dissappointing

First time trying this place was well Organised and very professional. quality food and portion sizes were good. I’ve been to many takeaways and this Is the First takeaway I’ve come across that actually knows how to talk to their customers.

Came first time the food was not that good but I've recently been to this place and the food has improved alot much better than the last time i went to this place.

Amazing place to go would recommend good service and the staff were really friendly. The food was amazing been here multiple times and never been let down.

I know they have recently opened but to put it in the nicest way possible they need to get a grip on a system. The organisation is horrendous, not knowing what has been delivered for an order and what is still pending. I ended up walking out of there today as just didn't give me confidence that I would get my order in time. They need the guys working on the burgers and fries to stay at the station. The guy taking orders to keep doing that. Then they need at least one more staff member checking the orders and making sure each one has been delivered. At busier times you need more workers to deliver.

Ordered 3 spicy chicken burger meals. Only got one as meal. Other 2 had both drinks and fries missing. Rang up and was told they only had it down as 1 meal. I was charged for 3 meals. I was told I hadn't ordered 3 and no one has complained to date about orders but after checking uber reviews from last week which show a few complaints of messed up orders, I know this is untrue. Not sure if it's ubereats fault or the takeaways but someone needs to get on top of it. On the plus side the burgers do deserve a 5 star as they're really good.

Very nice fried chicken burgers - the spicy ones are proper spicy so beware. My favourite were the plain fried wings which were flavourful and crispy. Will go back and try the beef burgers but so far so good!

Bad customer service, did not follow any instructions, kid at the front taking orders looked 12! Made a complete f up order, burgers wer too spicy when asked for normal non spicy, wings were over cooked and burnt,fries were toooo salty! waste of money, would never go again,

The spicy chicken burger was cooked horrifically. It was inedible. My chicken was black inside and pink in places where it should have been white. I have a photo. The chips portion were tiny but tasted nice. Won’t be coming back to be honest.

Rang them up, they took order down told me it would take 10-15 mins. Waited that time went in after 15 mins. Guy at the counter says 'oh has it already been 10mins'? I said: 'ye'. Waited an extra 10 mins for them not to find my order and ask about 5 times what my order was. He tried checking on their call logs and he couldnt find that i rung. So, i showed him that i rang also rang in front of him and it went through perfectly fine. Then they took my order down again, i paid and waited an extra 20 mins. Didnt get an apology, a bunch of kids working isnt good especially when they dont know how to communicate with customers effectively. Food was decent though. Just not the wait time or the customer service...

Ordered numerous different burgers. The food was undercooked. Barely any fries with each meal. Service was poor. Staff was arguing amongst each other. All hype avoid this place.

Had the spicy burger and Brooklyn heights tonight was delicious! Big piece of chicken in the burger and very tasty. We really enjoyed it will be going again. 5 stars!

Got 4 smashed burgers all were Luke warm/cold, buns were dry and off, overall very disappointing.

Visited this place after hearing so many good compliments after the opening! The burgers are phenomenal and the service is outstanding. Also, thought to give IceFusion a try, it was my first time trying ice pan. It was literally perfect for a hot summer day, the tickling sensation in my taste buds made the travel worth it (travelling from Bradford). I have recommended this place to friends and family and will definitely be coming back for more. A special thank you to the staff member on the counter who served us, the exceptional customer service received from him was incredible. He not only took his time out to serve us, but also recommended which meals we would like. On top of that, wanting to try ice pan, he was also kind enough to give us a variety of options to choose from! Thank you once again, and I hope to make another visit soon. Faiza Khan X

I have had the food from here numerous times and can not fault it, chicken was perfect and the taste was spot on. We tried the bubble tea from here and have definitely got to say that the passion fruit and mango flavour was very impressive. My son tried the oreo rolled ice cream and really enjoyed the experience as it was made infront of us from scratch. It was our first time trying it and certainly wont be our last!!

The food and service was very good. However, the guy on the ice pan was using his fingers to pick up the ice cream. Should use tongs

Tried the chicken burgers, absolutely delicious! Chicken was tender and tasty. Customer service was exceptional - a very hard working team would highly recommend!

Got the spicy chicken fillet burger. Was delicious! It was nice and cheesy, the burger was saucy and not dry at all. The bun was nice and soft and it all complimented each other very well. The chips were nice and hot too. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal! I have ordered a couple times since they’ve opened because it’s THAT good!

Excellent so far. Got the spicy fillet meal. Nice tasting. Waiting for the release of smash burger for the real test. But so far so good.

I would give it more stars if the food was hot, got the spicy fillet burger meal and the burger was lukewarm even after waiting 15 mins for the food. Seems the burgers are made well in advance and the wait was for the wings. Chicken wings on the other hand were crispy, fresh and piping hot. I would still recommend to try as could definitely be better if the burger wasn't cold!
