Broaster Hut Fried Chicken in Birmingham

Ordered a late night munch of Donner kebab in naan and a veg pizza. Delivered promptly and food was lovely. Donner was fresh, naan was fluffy and it was all packed separately so no sogginess. Pizza was on point also! All for £10 delivered. Simply can't go wrong. Keep up to good work. Raz.

Accidentally ordered to collect called up the restaurant and they got it delivered to me 30 mins later. Their food is always amazing also. Big up Broaster Hut!

everything looked old .... dry hard fries ... chicken looked like it had been sitting there call day .. the lettuce on zinger burger was brown ... couldn't eat it ... not good and I won't use this place again

Absolutely terrible , they so mean , I rang in and said no salt please on the chicken and they put so much salt on the chicken and done the opposite , they also put too much chilli and my tongue was on fire in the pizza when I had said no chillies , proper unprofessional won’t order again

Amazing service, quick and delicious food

Food wasn’t of great quality or taste. You need to put burgers in boxes and not just wrap them in paper as they arrived all squashed and soggy in the bag . Not really eatable so we just binned them

The pizza is cold and does not have much flavour. It is not nice, did not enjoy it.. The cheese fries is stuck on the box so its not eatable as the paper comes with the fries.

Unprofessionals food came an hour later than estimated time was given. No taste cold and hard pizza, fries were all good chicken sticky no taste. If you want to give your self a headache like me order from these guys

Normally when we order pizzas from this establishment they're fine but today the pizzas tasted dodgy. Even my friends were complaining about the taste, as if they were laced with something. The pizzas tasted weird. Terrible taste . It's making us tired and drowsy. Something was not right eith food today.

Sometimes a quick stop can be the best of both. Unfortunately, on this occasion a Broaster hut didn’t quite hit the spot. We went with the spicy dip chicken burger and it was over cooked and tasted tangy. It had a tabasco sauce flavour. Overall customer service was standard but food was poor.

Never ordering from here again ! I’ve called over 20 times and I can’t through because it says voicemail is full ? Kept changing my delivery time and it’s been over an hour I’ve been waiting for my food. Now it’s saying they’re not taking orders and it’s not letting me cancel my order for a refund. Very disappointed in the service

Food took long to come and the delivery time was changed twice and not only that food was cold not even fresh would have that food would have been at least fresh if it took that long! Regular here aswell was so disappointing today

We had a family gathering and we ordered a pizza found hair inside the pizza rang up the place saying to us it’s happens and they gave us a bucket meal what we asked for with nibblets but they gave us a bucket with no fries where we have children around us having wings with no fries. VERY Disappointed

Always a good place to order from however the Fries are usually soggy and very oily. If they can rectify that then it’s a 10/10

Must say these guys pizzas are highly underrated, well cooked with generous toppings....crusts are nicely done. Place can get busy so sometimes you are expected to wait...but its done in good time and not left hanging about for too long
