Broadway Pizza & Kebab Eastbourne in Eastbourne

We have ordered from here a few times and it has been very good but today, not so. Chips and garlic bread were over cooked and the burger wasn’t too nice either. I have hope for our next order.

Food was cold, waited an hour for delivery, some of the order was missing

my kids love the fact it has a range of different choices. always arrives hot

Food was good but bit confused over the delievery system. Told me on the app that it was on its way and waited then said it was delivered and 'Enjoy my food' When I had no knock at door or any notification to say it had arrived. Rang restaurant and was told it had just left...So, Why did it say it was on its way and then delivered????

Damaged/ reduce stock Sent out but charged full price. Bit cheeky!

Did not read the notes regarding the salad

The burgers and donners are filling but the chips are dry and there is always something missing. this time it was a whole meal

Took an hour and a half to get here and I live round the corner. Freezing cold and full of grease.

Nice kebab. Came in good time, my only minor criticism is no tomato in the salad. Used these guys a few times and always good

We’ve not long moved to the area, we’d heard this kebab shop was the nicest around and it is! Just a shame about the delivery delay but was worth it

Omg I cannot highly recommend this kebab place I tried for the first time this evening enough!!! Not only was the friendliness and hospitality 5 stars, the food was cooked, tasted and seasoned to perfection!! The lamb shish was not only tender but also pink as it should be served! This has beaten EVERY kebab shop we've tried and even some of the Turkish restaurants in Eastbourne!! So well done boys and girls at @thebroadwaypizzakebab

When the food turned up (late) it was cold- the chicken seish and rice was meant to come with peppers and tomato, it didn’t. And I also ordered cookies that weren’t with the order which meant I had to contact them. Very poor.

The chicken burger was basically charcoal which in turn made the burger so dry

The order showed delivered. Called the restaurant they said it happens and will be there soon. Order arrived 30 mins late

The burger was fine the chips were a bit ropey but it was late. But we did not receive our drinks.

Took 2 hours to deliver and would not answer the phone to see if it was even coming. Knocked on the door at 1:32am after we had given up and gone to bed. Just eat site no help at all and would not offer refund. Will not be using again.

Food was amazing as always. Was a slight mix up with something missing but I phoned up and it was all sorted quickly and 10 minutes later it was at the door. Amazing communication and customer services. 10/10 food and staff are always lovely

Avoid - complete waste of money. Waited over an hour for our food, got complete different food to what we ordered on one meal. Even if we did order what we got, still disappointing considering there were only 3 chunks of chicken smothered in mayo looking lost in a pitta bread. No sauce on the other meal, more salad than meat and it was stone cold. Rude customer service, no apology and you just get asked ‘what do you want me to do about it?’

Pretty small portion size! Some stuff missing! What turned up was nice but hardly any meat on kebab! Wouldn’t order again.

Cold dry food, and not the usual quality. Cheese on chips not melted, very little sauce. Shame.

Ordered from here because our usual Kebab shop Trawlers was shut. Delivery took a long time being 5min over expected maximum delivery time. Food was lukewarm, large chips was tiny and not what I’d call large at all. In fact the small chips was super tiny and when your paying those sort of prices you expect a decent amount of chips. Also I ordered a Kofte wrap but arrived in a pitta bread. So not impressed and won’t use again. My mum enjoyed her cheese burger but said it wasn’t very warm.

Don’t put yourself on just eat in an area you don’t cover please. If you can’t drive 17 minutes, you’re best off running around or getting cyclists. 🤝

food never came and my money has come out my bank, no updates whatsoever, how can a business not want customers?

I’ve eaten here before and defo will again but today’s experience wasn’t up to the usual standard. It was late and arrived cold. I ordered a large which was no bigger than the regular I usually get and the salad was almost all cabbage. The kebab tasted nice but would have been better if it was hotter. Like I say, this is my first bad experience here so I’d definitely use them again but sadly not great this time

food cam 30 mins late was not got at all and was told if I scan there QR code I would get 10% off. I will be not ordering again from there utterly disappeared about the the hole.thing.

Very slow delivery ! From the point i placed order it took 1 hour 15 mins to deliver. All i ordered was one wrap ! Food was okay but the delivery time is as slow as dial up internet.

Ordered a donner calzone what I got was half a pizza chopped up with some dinner on top! Really disappointing

We should be able to award ZERO stars. Genuinely avoid this place. I ordered for delivery for the first time tonight at 8pm. The delivery estimate on Uber Eats was around 45 minutes. After 80 minutes I rang to be told that my order was out for delivery. I waited another hour by which time the order hadn't arrived and then contacted Uber Eats who were also unable to contact the restaurant. I appreciate that places get busy at the weekends but to neither contact the customer or be contactable to say they are very busy is such poor service. So disappointing as it completely wasted my evening but on the plus side, from the other recent reviews, I'm probably lucky that the food didn't arrive.

very disappointed in the quality of the food this evening chips were overcooked and chewy pizza was also overcooked also ordered food for 7pm was nearly 45 minutes late have ordered from here before and usually isn't too bad but after tonights meal don't think I will order from here again

The food was pleasant - tasty and good quality. It took around 40-minutes from the food leaving the store to arrive, unfortunately. The driver had another delivery to make first, but the end result was that our food was almost cold.

Sorry but that is the worst kebab I. Ever had the Donna meat was literally a CM thick chicken was fatty over cooked genuinely wouldn’t feed to a dog what a waste of money

Food was stone cold when it arrived, but as it cost so much we attempted to eat but couldn’t. Chips were chewy, the whole meal was like it was cooked on a heated argument. Such a shame as used to love this place

ordered at 5.07pm with 30-45min delivery time, didn't receive order until 6.38pm, phoned restaurant at 6pm to which they said order was on route and would be with us shortly, however didn't arrive until 6.38pm so the food was cold, chips were rock hard.

Shocking food greasy kebab and the chips was disgusting they need to change they oil and was cold as the driver was messing around with it machine for 5 mins so my food was cold not happy at all will very go there again it gone down hill big time

Really disappointed. No lemon or chili’s or onion on kebab . And very little salad and cabbage . Chilli sauce was rubbish from bookers and not home made . Burger was great kebab not so good

Chicken was fine but my pizza had mushrooms on, I did ask on notes for no mushrooms....can't eat pizza :((

The food was cold and tasted disgusting. It took over an hour to be delivered, even though I live less than a mile away. The meat was in chunks and looked like someone had gone at, whatever animal it was, in a knife fight and scooped up the pieces to cook and then serve with salad. Bearing in mind I was drunk, it had to have been bad as I didn't eat any of it and went to bed hungry.

Missing drink :( burger and kebab nice, chips were a bit pasty but edible. Very friendly driver :))

Food was cold, delivery time shocking, would not recommend had a 1 year old waiting 2 hours to have cold nuggets turn up.

Had no issue with late delivery, it's Friday night! First time having a wrap and was certainly not disappointed, it was really good. Again, super polite, friendly delivery guy.

Worst donner kebab and chicken donner we have ever had. Wouldn’t even give it to my dogs. Can’t even describe the taste apart from absolutely vile 🤢 1 star is even to many.

Absolutely gorgeous! Arrived super hot and tasted amazing. Especially given that it was at 2:30am! Great portion sizes too. The chicken doner meat was wayyyy better than I expected and the grilled wings were cooked to perfection. First time ordering here, but definitely not the last.

Sadly we had to wait two hours for an order, we ordered at 8pm, was told an 845 delivery, that changed to 9pm, then after a call 925 was the new time and finally arrived at 10pm

garlic bread was burnt kids wouldn't touch it so went to waste. pizza was good kadab not so much so greasy and hardy any salad

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Ordered food at 8pm for delivery. Phoned them as it was over an hour and still no food, only for them to be be rude and hang up the phone. Phoned them again half hour after and they said it would be here in 10 minutes. The order finally arrived at 10:40. The food arrived Luke warm and with sauce spilt over the chicken dippers.

Can never fault this place!! Always amazing food and such friendly staff! Highly recommend !!
