Had the bacon bagel with spinach and onion jam. No spinach and I don’t think the bacon was cooked - texture was raw. Ended up throwing it away. Also nearly £3 for a can of soft drink. Bring your own food to the park.

Reasonable selection of tea and coffee that was served to us with a smile. Reasonably priced and a number of tables to sit at.

Ordered lunch. Cullen Skink and a Cheese, Ham and Mango Chutney Toastie. A small portion of the soup arrived with a small roll. The toastie also arrived. However it was only a Cheese and Ham toastie. The mango chutney was missing from the toastie. They offered us another one and did apologise. However I fell they should have taken something off the bill.

The location in Regents Park is lovely and dog friendly. However, the food is not nice and the service is poor. Food is mainly wraps, sandwiches and dried out spinach pasties. The staff are young and doing their best. However, they are clearly understaffed and untrained.

Truly appalling service. I bought a sandwich from this cafe which was OK, although bread a little stale. It was the service that was shocking bad though. I was served by a young gentleman (and when I say served I use the term very loosely)... He literally slapped the sandwich on the counter, and not a single word passed his lips the entire transaction. He literally didn't look at me! Management seriously need to review their training... And teach their SERVICE staff some manners!

The tables and chairs look like they haven’t been wiped or cleaned since pre-pandemic. Even when not busy, there seems to be a prolonged queue, mainly due to slow service. After a significant wait, the wraps (we had avocado, tomato, cheese and a chicken wrap each) food seemed a bit stale. Don’t mind paying a premium price given the location, but to wait an eternity for less than average easy to execute wrap back to your dirty table - the experience is less than pleasant. The whole cafe is run by 2 girls, with not a care in the world, regardless of a mile long queue, one was facetimeing showing whoever on the phone that she’s pulling a pint. Poor service.

Took my family to Kensington gardens and decided to have ice cream and coffee. The staff are rude, not one pleasantly exchanged. Or a please or thank you. Ice creams extremely small for £3, I don't think even one swirl was achieved. Will not be rushing back

Went here for an ice cream after visiting Kensington Palace. Good choice of ice creams and they were really tasty. Plenty of bench type seating. Decent looking food menu.

This cafe near Princess Diana Memorial is an attraction offering good snacks , fresh wraps , samdwitcges and drinks of juices to the families with young kids . Most popular placeto have ameAl . At given time during the week daysor weekends it is swarming with people. A bit crowded on weekends . The spaewling Kensington Garden and the breathtaking park all around it makes it an ideal choice for a break to have picnic here .

If I could leave no stars I would. 3 members of staff on and not very busy at all. One of them took our order for 2 teas, took payment and then just wondered off. Someone else had to make the tea eventually after we asked where our drinks were. No apologies offered either.

Lovely little cafe in Regents Park. Staff are friendly and great service. BBQ available outside. Seating inside and outside. Nice choice of food and drink. Couldn't fault it and makes a change from usual high street cafes. Would recommend.

Ce snack est à coté de l'aire de jeu du mémorial de Diana. Il y a des sandwichs, des pizzas... à des prix intéressants. On peut manger sur place dehors, très pratique pour une activité avec les enfants en bas-age.

Whether you are taking your kids to the playground or just walking around Kensington Gardens, this is a perfect place to grab a bite to eat. They have a nice selection of sandwiches, snacks and drinks, as well as ice cream. The Halloumi sandwich is excellent. The service can be a little slow because there are no set lines, everyone sort of rushes the counter, but the food is good. There is a good amount of seating outside the playground.

Staff had no face masks nor were they telling customers to wear them Complete disregard of Government safty rules. AVOID..local supermarkets protect their staff and customers, Chegworths do not

Visited for a quick business lunch with some colleagues. Fast Service but there was not much space between tables for us to have our informal meeting. Quality of the food, cleanliness could be better and pricing is OK for central London

We are here in London from the United States and so happy we found Brown & Rosie in Nottingham! We spent three weeks traveling around England… Brown & Rosie is at the top of our list of favorite places. We had dinner twice and breakfast once. Hamburgers were awesome. My French toast topped with fruit and ice cream was delicious! Not sure when we will back to London but we will never visit London again without stopping in at Brown & Rosie! Thanks so much from an American Tourist!

Evitar a toda costa.
