None of the phone chargers...usb or plug worked on one half of the entire lounge. A woman I had met and myself went back into the airport to buy phone block chargers since we both had long layovers. Really bummed , since that's a given that you should have availability to charge your phone. The food options on this day weren't great.

A quiet lounge with good food options, showers and a good mix of seating. This is the most reliable Oneworld lounge in terminal 3 as the Cathay first lounge is good but now regularly full and the Qantas lounge is either at capacity prior to Qantas flights or only offering buffet service the rest of the time.

The lounge is spacious and not crowded despite being a peak travel time. Several choices of tables and chairs to sit at. Although the chairs are not very comfortable with low backs and limited cushioning. There is a comprehensive selection of drinks and a moderate selection of food from buffet. But more options are available for order based on QR codes at the tables which is a unique idea. I had a lovely English scone with cream and jam. Wifi is reasonable speed and facilities are clean. If you have access it’s worth it to get away from the crowds in the main area of the terminal

Average experience for a lounge, but I expect more from BA at Heathrow. Selection of food was okay, but nothing special. Busy and crowded.

At first, I was turned away at the entrance, but when I showed my Emerald member status card, they let me in. Can't you tell by looking at the ticket? There was a variety of food, but the taste was at the Priority Lounge level 😅 But the person who made the roast beef sandwich was very nice 😁 The taste was good 👌 It was very crowded.

Firstly definitely not as good as Terminal 5. Food choice not bad same as drinks. Except no Pepsi i guess Coca Cola said no. Lastly as far as staff chattering to eachother in mother tongues not a good show especially within earshot of passengers...poor show . Lets keep it in English.

The British Airways T3 Galleries First and Galleries Club Lounge at London Heathrow stands out not only for its comfortable and elegant environment but also for its excellent food offerings, particularly the Indian cuisine. The lounges are well-appointed with stylish decor, offering a range of seating options to suit different needs, whether you're looking to relax, work, or enjoy a meal. The space is generally spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and views of the runway, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The food and beverage options are one of the highlights of these lounges, with the Indian dishes being particularly noteworthy. The quality and authenticity of the Indian food are impressive, offering a taste of traditional flavours that stand out even among the diverse culinary options available. Whether you're in the mood for something spicy or more mild, the Indian menu provides a great selection that caters to different palates. The lounges also offer a wide range of beverages, from premium wines and spirits to freshly brewed coffee and tea, ensuring that you have everything you need to enjoy your time before the flight. A little clinical but quiet and lots of places to hide out and rest or work out just chill. Kids' corner. Full bar. Coffee station, lots of ways to hydrate. Decently labeled allergens but not enough allergens are listed and not enough allergen friendly food, unless you have to explicitly ask for it. Nice staff, unobtrusive. Flight screens available.

A little cavernous based on where it is. It's fine with the kids room and showers worth mentioning. However if you are a gold card holder you're better off going to the Cathay Pacific first class lounge as the dining room (not self service) is by invite only for super elite tier. At Cathay all One World Emerald can order table service.

One of the worst lounges I’ve ever been to. it is dated and they try to keep their air conditioning at probably 26 or 27°C. It is too hot and the Food variety is nonexistent.

On June 22nd, at exactly 8:55 a.m., my younger brother and I approached a front desk clerk in the British Airways Lounge-F. My father told me that he spoke with the gentleman (whose name I won't mention) who would let us into the No. 1 lounge. I had accidentally approached the wrong lounge, however, when we asked this gentleman, from the British Airways lounge for his name, he was extremely hesitant and even rude to us. As a service representative, asking for a name is fairly common; however, this gentleman was rude and obnoxious. I decided to leave it alone because it was too early to expect this behavior, especially since we are only two kids. I then informed this gentleman that he was being rude and exited the lounge entrance. He then got out of his chair and followed me and my younger brother, who is only 14, outside the lounge. Nonetheless, he kept calling out my name in the airport to get me to stop. AGAIN, he followed us. He then got in my face and asked, "Do you reckon I was really rude?" I answered yes and walked away from the situation. This gentleman, who had yet to reveal his name, grunted as we walked away. This is extremely unprofessional and, more importantly, rude, particularly to foreigners (from the United States) who are simply lost in a large airport. I hope British Airways handles this properly, because I can't imagine how he talks to other individuals.

Nowhere near the quality of the Virgin lounge. The food's good but not great with a limited selection and no ability to order from your seat, the seating is OK, the toilets are disgustingly in need of cleaning, the lounge is also dirty and hot, they don't announce flights and although not the lounge's fault compounded by a c. 1hr delay on flight while they swap out a plane. Hydraulic leak, does this happen often?

The lounge boasts large windows facing the runway and the selection of food, snacks, and drinks is quite stimulating. The facility includes singular cozy work pods, as well as restaurant-like dining, as well as comfortable lounge chairs. Compared to the BA lounge in Terminal 2, this is certainly of higher quality overall.

With the recent introduction of the First Dining Area for passengers flying in First class, or GGL card holders, this is now my lounge of choice at T3 (previously it was the Cathay First lounge). It's a great space to work or relax, and the service on all of my recent visits has been exemplary.

I'm giving 5 stars only for the quietness in this lounge. With plenty of seating areas and everyone keeps the noise to the minimum. The hot food buffet is absolutely a joke just like any other BA lounges, let alone this is the 1st class for BA. Qatar airways business lounge in T4 putting BA 1st class lounge into shame. There's a separate children playing room which is very thoughtful and handy for any parents flying with their little ones. The lavatory facility is clean but BA gotta level up on the food compared to other airlines lounges.

The food, as usual, is absolutely tasteless here. It seems their ambition is to cover all minor ailments in their food choices, therefore reducing the food to tasteless stomach filling goo. The majority of people don't have allergies to most things so stop 95% catering to the minority that do. Start putting some decent meat in your food, label it correctly (I'm looking at the sandwiches right now & they're ambitiously labelled). The small selection of "desert" is ok. Other than the food, it's a decent place....if you can get a seat. Just to recap, most of your food is sh*t. I travel a lot, I spend a lot of time in lounges all over the world.

I don't know why anyone would visit this lounge. For Emerald customers, the Cathay First Lounge next door is much better. I'd even prefer the Cathay Business Lounge. Some negatives: - food is very limited, even the a la carte options - there's always a bad smell in here - there are some working desks, but these are way too low. Don't know what they thought of that Pros: - staff is friendly - usually not crowded

My husband is gold member. When we were last time flying as a whole family (13th December) a receptionist lady at this lounge quite rudely said the can’t allow our kids in. I find it utterly ridiculous we were not able to enter with 3 kids. She said” if you had a one kid maybe but you have “ looking at my kids..”2,3”. I found it very impolite and unprofessional. Very disappointed with BA policy that is discriminating families. What is the point than having gold membership. I think I am going to do my research and look at other big airlines’ benefits.

We had a fabulous time in here whilst waiting for our flight. Food was gorgeous, with a huge/delicious selection to pick from. Wasn’t overcrowded, and plenty of seating/areas to choose to relax in. A little slow at clearing/cleaning tables, and overall a little dated, which would have otherwise scored 5 stars. None the less, was enjoyable.

Awful lounge. Tables were overloaded with debris and dirty glasses/crockery. Food selection was poor. The lounge is very dated and not particularly clean. A lack of power points around seating area is a nuisance. We did witness one member of staff pushing an empty trolley around. We assumed she was going to clear tables but, nope, she continued to walk back and forward but doing very little. Compared with the very modern, clean facilities at JFK, I found Heathrow very disappointing.

Worn out and not that clean. Food offering was not bad, but far from what I’d expect in first class. I’ve been to many domestic businesses class lounges that make this one look second grade. The lady at the reception was super friendly, but the staff inside are almost non-existent. Tables are left dirty from previous travelers. With little to no cleaning done whilst I’ve been here for the last two or so hours. Customers are helping themselves at the bar because there are no bartenders… unbelievable.

They actually messed up my take away order by forgetting one item but they were quick to deliver it and apologised profusely. The standard here is higher than the average take away, for example the house special ‘hor fun’ rice noodles are fresh (and not of the dry variety) and the mixture of meats are decent - king prawns, beef, chicken, char siu. Will certainly order again from here in future. I see they have dim sum on the menu too…
