Staff were very friendly and the fish was so tender and fresh, best I have had in a long time, proper fish and chips…

Found review rating at 4.5 so gave it a go. Unfortunately was abit disappointed. The fish came out greasy and chips were ok. But not the best. Had better fish and chips, and the price wasn't cheap. Medium portion of fish and chips was small and came up to nearly £12 pounds. That's a price of a large fish and chip. Don't get me wrong I'm a food, and I'm only giving this my opinion and shouldn't effect your own judgement.

Use it quite often nice place bit tight on the seating in places but recommended it

I just ordered from here for the first time today. The food was absolutely delicious! Great service!!! The best fish and chips I have had in this area! I will definitely order from here again. The prices are good as is the quality of the food.

I was in your shop today and I asked for 3 breasts of chicken and I did not get them . I asked one of your staff members if they were breast but no they lyed . I asked for a donna kebab and salad but I did not get my salad . I am very angry with your service:

We were so much starving to get into the fish bar and ordered the chicken with chips and Chicken kebab. The chicken was too greased and it was hard to eat. Talking about the kebab I was very disappointed because still confused about what type of kebab is it. I never had a chicken kebab in London like this which is not cooked well. just small 4 pieces of chicken with lots of onions and cabbage with pita bread compared to the price of the food it's not worth it. The food was very bad and they were not concerned about the customer's satisfaction. We spend on food It is just a waste of money on their shop. Never recommend anyone else to try to get food from here. Thank you Good Luck

Ordered two medium chicken kebabs + a portion of chips and it was quite a satisfying meal for two people. The salad that comes with the kebab is really fresh and a good size. Everything was delicious and nicely cooked. Nothing was greasy. Thank you!

I ordered 2 Cod and Chips tonight and all were excellent and were the best Fish and Chips that we have had in a very long time. The order arrived on time and was delivered by a cheerful and friendly lady and the food was still hot. The portions of both were excellent and more than enough for two people. The Cod was cooked well, the batter was crispy and the Cod tasted nice and fresh and also the Chips were done to perfection. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed the food. 10 out of 10 and we would totally recommend trying this Fish shop and we will be definitely ordering from this Fish and Chip shop again.

unfortunately my Philipina wife and two elderly friends visited Britannic on 24th April and all felt ill an hour od so after their fish and chip lunch. Ask them to check the fish is fresh as they felt it wasn't good but were already on the train away by then

Used this chip shop for years Over the last two months it gone Down hill in Quality of its food Had cod and chips ,Cod ove . r cook The batter was burnt hard today had sausage chips sausage was burnt and over cook chips was over cook brown 8/9/20 not be going back

Normally this is easily a 5star place, but today the portion was small, and the fish a bit too well cooked. I hope its not losing it's way as the best fish and chips in Maidstone.

Go regularly as food is good and reasonably priced. Served quickly and with a smile. I had a burger last time and it was a little tough but normally have kebab meat and chips which is lovely.

It does the best fish and chips around - also you can eat in during the day. They do a good fry up. 😁

This place is the hook at the end of the line after a night out. You will be just drawn in to get a box of munch to devour on your journey home.

Three is no cod in the cod, but soap. Terrible stomachache!!!!
