La comida era genial, el servicio era fantástico, nuestra camarera Katie era encantadora al igual que Lea y el personal del bar Holly y Colin gran ambiente muy relajado.

El servicio y la comida es siempre muy bueno. Esta noche tuvimos el kofta para empezar, luego mi esposo tuvo la parrilla mixta, yo tuve el salmón luego manzana crumble y natillas.

Last time i was here, wasn't happy with 'A' staff. Rushing us to order our desserts. Huffed and puffed when we said we weren't ready. My friend came to visit me , decided to take her here as she's never been. She really enjoyed it. Staff were all very friendly. Food was great. Would definitely go again .

Booked a table for myself & some friends....it was a late xmas night out for us....when I booked table..there was a requests section...I asked if possible to have crackers on table...I wasnt expecting them..but pleasantly surprised when the table had been decorated for us.... The menu had plenty choices for all tastes...I personally opted for the steak & ale pie...it did not disappoint...although il admit portion size was a tad small...nevertheless...it was top notch....the dessert sticky toffee was also up there.....service was quick and pleasant servers..overall a really nice night out....so Thanks for your attentiveness...and see you again sooooon.....

My son and I had Christmas meal y/day and it was lovely. The souffle was delicious and the other two courses didnt disappoint. No rushing to get you out and the staff were excellent. Well done!!

Attended a Christmas Party for 26 people on Sunday 15th December for a 3 course Xmas meal. Although the staff were extremely helpful and the food very good the service was sadly slow between courses.

Brilliant little pub. Went in on Saturday 14th December for dinner after 5 with my wife and daughter and were warmly greeted by the waiting staff and shown to our table where the atmosphere was so nice and relaxed. I ordered the ultimate burger and my wife had the steak sandwich. Daughter had the kids flatbread pizza. Some macaroni for the side too for us. Clean plates all round and i must say it was a struggle by the end as the portions were big but perfect for digging into when hungry! We were served by *possibly Leah and Brandon as thats the name on the card given by the friendly barman who took our payment. Both Leah and Brandon were pleasant and made us feel welcome and all round top notch with us! Also many thanks to the chefs for a great and plentiful meal. Really warmed us up on a cold night before heading back to Peterhead! We will be back VERY soon!

Yesterday had our pickleball Xmas lunch. The staff were good but I had mushroom Wellington and I would say it was the worst thing I have ever eaten , the others who had the same agreed, very disappointed

I had a wonderful overall experience at the Aberdeen Pub and Grill. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. My server, Bradley, provided excellent service throughout my meal. He was attentive and responsive, checking in regularly to ensure I had everything I needed. Bradley made excellent menu recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the different dishes. The food was also quite good. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the Aberdeen Pub and Grill. The combination of great service, tasty food, and a cozy atmosphere made for an extremely pleasant evening out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality pub and grill experience. A special thanks to Bradley, who provided outstanding service and truly enhanced my visit.

Overall 5/5 experiences, the servers were fantastic (Bradley and Brandon) giving me and my friends an amazing experience with the food matching the standards in front of house. Definitely recommend the full Scottish breakfast (I think was made by yiree/Jiri)

We've never had a bad experience here. Always a warm welcome, a pleasant ambiance, great food, and exemplary service; a doff of the cap to Colin and Anna for taking such good care of us today. Whenever we fancy a mixed grill or a steak night, this is the place for us. We know that we're always going to have a good time and a fantastic meal.

Waited over a hour for food. Other people were getting their food before myself and my friend.

Nice establishment i guess, first time in fir lunch, had steak and ale pie chips and mushy peas!!! Very disappointed with it!! The pie puff pastry was tough as old boots, chips were just as tough and no idea how they managed it but the mushy peas were bland and tasteless. Pie filling was ok but thats as far as it goes.

Het grill vlees was taai en droog. Nachos waren geen echte nachos. Personeel was vriendelijk en plek was lekker rustig.

Table of 2... 50minute wait from finishing starter to main course. Not acceptable. Asked for drinks while waiting, 10min wait to be served these. Still waiting for them to reply from contacting them as per their comment below. So all in all, substandard service all round.

Waited for over 10 minutes to be seated, no one in front of us, to be told they were only serving bookings. Place did not even appear to be busy. Disappointing front of house organisation.

We were a three generation party of six (92-9). Staff were considerate and helpful. Food was just what we needed after being at the wind swept beach. Would definitely go back.

We had trouble to find decent and affordable places when in Aberdeen. Brig O’Don was one of them with nothing special about the location, the settings or the menu. Feels a lot like an American chain ... We took the mixed grilled plate (it was huge!) and the grilled salmon. Both were correctly grilled and tasty enough. We finished with the apple crumble and the chocolate sundae. Service was efficient and the pricing correct.

The place was empty at 8 pm so didn’t really catch the vibe of what it’s like when folks are there but the staff was top notch. But Food was pricey for how enjoyable it was. I don’t mind paying more for food but it has to pass the taste muster. The mushy peas were good tho. Immaculate clean. This pub more than anywhere in Aberdeen reminded me of suburban American restaurants.

Just down the road from home, this pub that serves meals was great for lunch today the was a group of us who pre-choose their dish in advance., all well excellent and come out hot. Good service and pleasant staff. My salmon was very much more full of flavour than one I had at a speciality restaurant . Several friends had the mix grill which was very good too.

Visited the brig O'Don pub and grill this evening. And to be honest, I'm not impressed. On the way into the pub, a message board states, Thursday special. X2 signature steaks and a complementary bottle of wine 🍷 Well, on request of the wine, we were told, can't have it as we didn't request it when placing our order. So, question? If complementary, why did we not get it. And offered at the time of placement of our order. Answer from the waitress. Do you think we're mind readers. If you want it you should ask. So left feeling as if it was all our fault. I approached the bar and asked about our complementary wine. It was plain to see the waitress was not happy Bar manager was happy to give us the wine but only white. Surely, they should know that white wine is not served with steak. It's red wine What the hell is wrong with the service industry White wine, fish, and chicken Red wine steak and red meat After spending £40+ for our evening meal also to add insult to injury the 28 day steak was tough it must have chased many a farmer up a tree 🌳 I'm not impressed at all

Just wanted to say had a great main meal there Sunday. Food good and the serving staff made it really pleasant chatting and joking

We were a party of 3 and booked for Sunday lunch but when one of our party ordered the Sunday carvery we were told that it wasn’t available as there was only one chef on duty. We all chose a different dish and waited a reasonable amount of time for the food to come. Our wine came in nice wine glasses but they had obviously just been washed and not dried as they were dripping with water, a basic no no for a bar I would have thought. When our food came it was lukewarm at best let alone hot, the majority of it was inedible but I tried to eat most of my salmon dish. When the server came to clear our plates and asked how our meal was I said ‘not the best’, he pointed to plate as much as to say ‘well you managed to eat most of it’ As I was being treated to my meal I didn’t take it any further but safe to say that we won’t be coming back to this restaurant again.

A very cozy place with very good food. It is not cheap but we already know that quality pays

I had it planned to make a stop on our route through the area, and the truth is that it was worth it. It is a little on the outskirts but if you go with a car they have a fairly large parking lot. The food is very delicious and the dishes are very filling with a very reasonable price. We asked to share some chicken wings, a pulled pork sandwich and some quesadillas. Additionally, the staff was super friendly to us. Highly recommended if you are visiting Aberdeen.

Large group of us (16) went for a friends birthday dinner this night. The kids (6 of them) were super hyper and their behaviour was less than ideal but our waiter Josh was absolutely fantastic with them - very patient, seriously good interaction with them; laughing and joking the whole time. Kept them amused the whole time. He made what was shaping up as a difficult night REALLY easy and enjoyable!

Nice family pub, nice quiet atmosphere in the mornings, the small play area attached kept the children busy for as long as children keep themselves occupied that is... Good bacon pancakes for the kids, I wasn't hungry myself but will order food next time I am there.

I will not be visiting again as I went in at about 12:30 and was told that there was a staff member off sick I did have 7 people with me but the staff member said that was too much people so I asked could I reduce it to table of 4 and a table off 3 and he said no. It was almost empty then he allowed 4 people of the street in. It was disappointing as I had a couple from Canada with me. Normally do not need to book I was just beginning to be a local there as I recently retired .

Three times we have made our way out for a meal here and have been turned away, twice as the closed the kitchen early , then another as they are short staffed. Very disappointed

Regularly took people I support for lunches and dinners here. The staff are great and very welcoming to vulnerable and disabled people. Sadly yesterday was my last "professional" visit and I'd ordered steak which I couldn't finish as my client was becoming anxious so we had to leave. They were very short staffed yesterday but my steak was perfect. I will miss taking people there but will definately go back when I get the opportunity. Thanks again for being so welcoming.

We visited with my elderly father in law who is deaf and Hamish and Leah did am exceptional job of making it a lovely visit for us. They were attentive to our needs and served us so brilliantly. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent lunch for colleague leaving - really tasty.

As a regular attendee of this pub/restaurant I have noticed a clear deterioration in the standard of service in recent months brought about by insufficient staff numbers. On a recent visit I overheard a group complaining they had waited 90 minutes for main courses to be served despite booking a small works outing well in advance and actually pre-ordering their meals! The kitchen closes at 9pm but a sign appeared on the door advising it would close at 8pm. Regular customers arrived at 7.20pm to be told they couldn't order food as there were already too many unfulfilled orders so they left. No chance of drinks being served at table so long wait at bar as only one member of staff working behind bar, booking in customers and supplying restaurant waiting staff with orders. The staff on duty were doing their best but simply not enough of them and this was not a one-off event just a culmination of events over tine. This was, and can be a very welcoming bar but someone has to take a serious look at the efficiency of the place.

Had a first class early supper for 2 with our wee pal Tilly, couldn't fault it, hunters chicken, haddock and chips, bramley apple pie, and strawberry icecream, downed with a el pico sauvignon blanc, service was attentive also, well done.

Has a great place to sit outside, with overhead covering to keep the sun or rain off. Food and drink prices are reasonable plus 15% off food with your AA card benefits, as it is a Greene King venue.

The food was traditional British pub food while the beer was all keg based which is disappointing in a green king pub. The atmosphere was slightly anonymous in a motorway service station way but overall not a bad place. The staff were attentive

This was a great spot to eat after a quick tour of the city. The steak and ale pie was great. I had Belhaven for the first time and it was fantastic.

We had a late dinner and drinks here. Very good American style burgers (high praise for Europe, imho). The staff was very friendly, including our servers Enda and Elidh, who really went out of their way to make sure we as visitors to Scotland had a good experience. The restaurant was clean, neat, and well laid out. Recommended!

Recently went out for dinner with my partner at this establishment and we were both blown away by the amazing service of Jiri / Nick. They made us feel incredibly welcome and dealt with our order promptly, going out of their way to make sure the food was allergy safe. Food was delicious (highly recommend the bang bang cauliflower) and we'll definitely be back soon!
