Brick Lane Bagel in Epping Forest

I went collecting for a veterans charity at the Ideal Home Show at Olympia and the Brick Lane Bagel company were brilliant looked after the veterans over the two weeks and were throughly nice people

My husband and I popped in for brunch and it was incredible. The ladies that served us were happy and helpful. Most importantly the food was sublime! I had a Big Daddy bagel which was cooked perfectly (amazing considering the small size of the food prep area). We would wholeheartedly recommend and if we're ever in the area again we'd be sure to pop in.

Needed a quick bite to eat so stopped off and had the hunters chicken bagel. The food was delicious and customer service was excellent.

I purchased a salt beef bagel here today only for the lady to cut my bagel & handle the salt beef & pickles without washing her hands or even wearing any gloves. The lady then took my money, got the change out of the till & carried on serving another customer who also wanted a salt beef bagel only for the lady AGAIN not to wash her hands or wear gloves. Very basic level of food hygiene missed here. Won’t be going back. Go back to basics sweetheart. Wash your hands. Simple 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Bagel really tasty decent portion of tasty salt beef. As a chef I think product is good however the service is terrible woman behind counter just speaks to you like an idiot like it’s too much effort to serve you! They forgot my cheese so went back and he just used excuse it’s busy. But they have a terrible order system she just shouts orders to him so they get mixed up. Other people commented on how rude the woman was. Great potential let down by staff.
