BRGR in Glasgow City

BRGR know is a cool spot… They know their stuff! They make very good burgers. The meat is tasty and the bread is soft. The people who work there are friendly. Service with a smile and an atmosphere that is as inviting as their mouthwatering menu. A must-visit for burger aficionados! 10/10 would recommend!

We loved the sides, loaded tots & loaded fries. The burgers were average & quite expensive for what you got. This was an Uber eats order so can't comment on the restaurant or their staff.

What can I say ? Food is always top notch, staff are great , kids meals are a great price considering the portion size. My only negative is that they need to hurry up and open one over In paisley 😂 thanks again guys

Brilliant, bargain, gluten free cheese burger. The jam-packed filling was in a decent gluten free brioche bun 🍔

The owner must be desperate New workers everyday some been there for long with stinky attitude

They advertise a fake Big Mac as The Bigger Mac and it taste like absolute dogs-hit . 8 quid wasted. I also ordered the coleslaw which was about 2 quid and basically consisted of a tiny piece of chopped carrot and celery . I should have sent it back but the staff had already made an erase of my order by giving me order of the table next to me which I then proceeded to open. When realising it was not my order one of the staff members just came over and mumbled something picked up the opened order and passed to the table adjacent , as if that was completely normal and acceptable. I would not have been too happy if a stranger had been poking around my food but they seemed to just accept it. The staff then decided to disappear for a good 20 mins and turned up the shocking music they had on up to 11 . What a bizarre /awful experience.

There is something about the atmosphere in that place. Kinda young vibe. Casual restaurant with very decent burgers. Been there once so far and I will go back. Big chunk of a cheeseburger + some Infused chips. Served with a smile. Not expensive. Can't go wrong with that! Thanks xd!

Place has gone very downhill since last tried. Cheese is overwhelming on the burgers and the chips have become disgusting when they used to be outstanding.

We were so lucky to go on a Tuesday, when they sold two burgers for the price of one! They were really really really tasty, and the service was amazing.

Very understated little place, quite basic but the food was lovely

Disgusting and potentially dangerous. Ordered food around 9:30 not knowing that they close at 10. What I got was simply unedible, a burger patty while pile of salt on it that made me bin the whole thing and got sick. Fries that I only took for the blue cheese lacked the cheese. From that one bite that I took of a burger I can tell already that it's just terrible quality, meat is though and dry. The cost is also the same as 5guy or more. The only okay thing was the milkshake but after seeing what they did to a burger I'm not sure it was a good idea to drink it. Meal was over 20 pounds. The refund I got? 1.50. Honestly just think of charging back at this point.

What a gem. The chips were incredible, as is the curry sauce, loved that the sauce was all the way through the chips. Onion rings slapped, they were whole onions and the batter was crunchy. The burgers were great. The 'big mac' was so big I couldn't get my mouth around it. Milkshake was also decent. Great experience, was surprised and definitely recommend. A young lad served us and was absolutely delightful.

Good, it's Halal, and they have 2 for 1 Tuesday (for burgers only).

Quality has went downhill, not as good as it used to be, fries not the same, chicken burger is bad quality. Avoid.

Worst food experience. The burger was just 2 inches thick. The chicken strip in the burger was just 1cm. Burger had no flavor and it was dry. The milkshake they offer are quite nice but really tiny

This is the first time I’ve felt the need to leave a review for a restaurant. What a poor service we received tonight. After our order was taken we had to wait over 45 minutes for our food to arrive (there was only one other table of 2 in the restaurant!). Once the order finally arrived, we opened up the burgers and they were so cold, as if they were made a while ago and just sat out to wait. We had asked for a couple of the burgers to be plain, which didn’t happen. The dips we had ordered weren’t given to us so we had to go up and ask. We then had to wait 5 minutes for the dips to be brought out. I witnessed one table, who came in just after us, walk out before there food arrived as they were waiting so long! I really don’t understand what went wrong with the service considering how quiet the restaurant was. Shocking! If I could leave zero stars I would.

Staff were welcoming. Milkshakes were sooòo good I had 2, also vegan milkshakes on menu.

I was surprised at how much gluten free food was on the menu here, the staff were very friendly and there was some very interesting art on the walls. Its rather small inside but that doesn't take away from the atmosphere at all.

Very well priced delicious burgers and fries

Had an awesome burger today. Son has multiple allergies but that didn't stop him enjoyung BRGR with the rest of us. The guy who served us very good with allergies. Wrote them down , spoke to kitchen then advised on unsafe item but found an alternative. 👏👏👏 great service. Will definately be back.

Was a reasonable burger, certainly a good alternative to other fast food chain outlets, would be good if they had some proper big juicy burgers (maybe I hadn't studied to menu fully to see other options), but it was still nice. I had a bacon & cheese burger

I don't really comment often but I had to this time. This is the worst overpriced chicken burger I have ever eaten in my life. It was tasting like nothing I don't even how this is possible. Even the fries were tasteless.

This amazing place saved the day as we required an Allergy Menu, which was not forthcoming from some of the neighbouring eateries in the West End apart from The Black Rooster. My halloumi burger with sweet potato fries was excellent.

Can't get any private space to eat in as it's being invaded by the delivery app people. If you're dining in, might as well order on just eat. You'll get served faster. Just go wholesale only and be done with it?

I love that when we came, a server welcome us with warm and kind gesture. Answering my questions regarding the halal chicken promptly too. I ordered classic burger, which definitely a good deal it came with thick patty I just hope the seasoning was more on the stronger side. Do not missed out the kid's menu, so worth the deal. It is only £3.5 but came with large portion and drink. So satisfying and my kids dig the sweet potato fries! It was crunchy but moist and sweet inside.

Excellent burgers (and chips) at reasonable prices. My daughter is a vegetarian and loves the large selection of vegan burgers they have. Highly recommended.

Food was amazing. Amazing staff and service. Nice halloween decor.

Unprofessional and hostile staff and horrible food. Waitress was incredibly rude and not welcoming at all. She had an attitude. Not only that but the food was rotten, burgers had no taste at all. They were so bland, no sauce on them at all. Won’t be back.

Dinner time on a friday. The place was empty. How strange, I thought. It all makes sense now. In a party of four they got one order wrong. The chicken burger then came undercooked. It seemed the staff did not understand what I meant when I told them the meat is not properly cooked. They re-did it, and this time the meat was properly cooked, and still we were disappointed. Chicken nuggets were bottom of the barrel. I've had better chicken nuggets baked in the oven from frozen. The fries are plain, unsatisfying, pale. Better of walking to Bread Meats Bread just down the road. Better off going hungry, too.

Don’t try and order at lunch time you’ll wait over an hour for a cold burger! I’ll not order from here again. If you can deliver, don’t take an order

I paid twelve pounds for their meal deal. The burger was pathetic. Pathetic portion size. Pathetically put together, made with the cheapest of the cheapest of ingredients. The chips were sadly devoid of any seasoning and my delivery driver tried to steal my can of Fanta.

Small chain burger joint which is surprisingly cheap for the burger quality. If you fancy a cheap smash burger in the west end you could go to an independent place but you do a lot worse than this. Vegan options are class too.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Looked like staff hate to be there. Atmosphere is not for food. Staff just standing and chatting away to each other. Wanted to eat inside had to take for takeaway instead.. was told to wait 20min for takeaway, ended up waiting 40min. Girls are absolutely disrespectfully towards customers. Was treated like rubbish. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Quite expensive for the size of burgers. Overpriced haloumi fries. Taste OK but cold and "tired" bun. There are better options around. Now second visit. Waiting times over half an hour when there is barely anyone here.

Having not ate all day, Mr Chef was feeling hungry. So as he walked along Great Western Road, the glowing lights of BRGR lit a path for his stomach to seek out a tasty meal. Mr Chef went for the Big Cheese, he loves the Big Cheese. But what surprised him today was the portion of fries on the side. Mr Chef loved how fluffy yet crisp they were. It was like biting into a deep fried version of his favourite pillow. Although the flavour was nothing new, they provided the perfect comfort needed for a rainy evening in Glasgow. A simple burger meal done well. Mr Chef approves 👍

I got one burger from the Christmas menu, it was quite small compared to the burgers that my friends got for the same price. The waiting time was around 20 minutes or longer but we were not in a rush. The food tasted great.

Terrible service, we waited almost 2 hours for two burgers and two chips. They kept saying they were very busy however I’d expect it to always be “ very busy” on a Saturday night, and they should not take orders that they cannot fulfil. When the food arrived is was cold and portions were small. We had others plans that we were not able to make on time due to the severe delay to our food. Very disappointed, will not be going there again or recommending to anyone.

I was here recently to try their festive menu and i was very impressed! The fries with all the trimmings were fantastic, and the chicken burger was delicious. The staff were super friendly and lovely. The place is looking all festive! Definitely worth a visit

Burgers are mediocre, can't complain for the price paid.

Extremely slow service. I ordered at 19:30 and the order is still not here. And this has happened twice before. It seems that I will die from smoking first before they bring my order.

Used to enjoy this place a bit more in the past but the double & bacon burger is advertised 7.50 on their site yet when I went to order from either uber or eats it was 10pounds. Did not think it was worth it when it arrived. The burger was still surprisingly small for the upscaled advertisement being a double and costing as much. I felt it was rather greasy, as I type this it is difficult for my fingers not to slide making typos, knowing I'll need to degrease my phablet after this. The toppings are minimal with a large portion of the beef taking up most of the burger. I didn't like the striped bacon, ended up having to destripe the fat as this burger didn't need anymore of a lardy texture. Sauce super minimal, could barely taste any and worst part about it the 2nd beef pattie had a fair bit of unchewable grissle which I had to pull out mid chew. An additional 3pounds for chips which were good delivered not soggy but slightly small portion and 2pounds for delivery and processing fee I was left seeking I had missed something. Ahhh yes, a drink maybe would have brought up value but that wasn't included. The only really tasteful and pronounced ingredient in this burger were the pickles on this occasion.

Good price, good selection, plenty of vegan options and most importantly for me, gluten free burger buns. The burgers are only £5 and they have great chips with cheese or peppercorn sauce and even gravy. They also have great sides. Good quality, price and ample selection. Would recommend

Fantastic burger place. A wide variety of halal burgers (just ask the staff for the halal options). The parmesan and herb chips are delightful. Have dined as a sit in and takeaway guest and it never disappoints. Been as many as 20 times, I have never had an issue apart from a wrong order on my chips once. The management swapped over immediately. 5 star’s all the way

I usually really like this place but I was a bit disappointed. Poutine was good but my burger wasn't the best. Seemed like it was thrown together with no coleslaw and 2 pieces of lettuce and a few bits of pink onion.

Good food, bit slow on the service, there was only 1 server at the time, would revisit!

Missed an item in order, didn’t charge for it but when you wait almost two hours it’s pretty annoying.

I ordered a Falafel burger via Deliveroo with an extra patty which is under the vegetarian options. They gave me a falafel burger with an extra MEAT patty. As a wise vegetarian once said, “Pooja, what is this behaviour.” Well in this case, you are Pooja. As a result, I couldn’t eat the burger and had to eat a microwave dahl. Decent burger at ok prices. Milkshake wasn't up to much. Macaroni cheese was very poor. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. More like mac milk.

Ordered double burger with jalapeño and chilli cheese fries top class bit dearer but well worth it. Order didnt take to long to come and burgers are much better than branded fast food joints. Nice clean setting and staff were polite. Will definitely come back.

Ordered drty box and a burger and fries took over an hr to arrive food was cold called shop to complain and was told it was hot when it left. Total discgrace £30 order and thats the cheek i get. Food in the bin. Need to sort your deliverys out. 1 star zero stars if i had option

The food is absolutely amazing and very well priced, all the burgers are just sublime and the chilli cheese fries are mmmmm so tasty. The milkshakes, although a little pricey, they’re extremely yummy. Not too thick and a beautiful flavour. The staff are very kind and helpful too. Lastly, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely. Highly recommend.

Poutine was just soggy chips! No sign of cheese curd or gravy, so gutted cause have had nice poutine from here before. Dunno what they were thinking tonight but won't be ordering again.

On two occasions never received full order and food was cold, on 3rd occasion they just cancelled our order without any reason! Happy mistake for us as came across NYC burger and grill which was amazing huge portions and burgers are so tasty.

The haggis burger is amazing. And what's wild to me is that as a Canadian, I can tell you they have potine that matches some of the better places here. Crispy crispy fries, nice really hot gravey, and cheese curds that are melted with just a bit of a squeak to them. Beautiful. Keep it up and I hope to be able to make my way back over someday.

Love this burger place so much. Get cheaper food during the week but not that much more expensive at the weekend. The staff has always been helpful and have food ready quickly. Not massive choice but standard burgers, loaded fries and sides. Would recommend the milkshakes too! Phone ahead if you're going to collect.

We have tried the vegan burger which was really nice. We tried the sweet potato fries the one without any sauce. The staff is really helpful when you ask for recommendation. Dionne had a great suggestions. Kieran was smiling and very friendly. They are adherent to the government guidelines of social distancing.

Pass by this place every day for work and thought it would sell great American burgers. Ordered tonight. I ordered blue cheese brgr and partner chose bbq burger. and chips. They came late. They were TINY. for the money paid! My blue cheese: no blue cheese taste whatsoever. More like salad cheese sauce. The bacon tasted weird also. The burger...I couldn't eat the last bit as I had to spit it out due to the beef having large bits in it that weren't chewable. My partner was disgusted by his also,. The chips were soooo oily and it was like the salt just fell over in the chips. They SHOULD TRY EATING THEIR BURGERS BEFORE SELLING THEM. IF I AM SICK IN A FEW HOURS I WONT BE SUPRISED. DO NOT TOUCH!

Magic..... Been a few times now, good food, decent price, staff are friendly and polite ..... Will defo be back.
