Brewdog Tower Hill in City of London, Westminster

I love the bigger BrewDog bars. the beer choice was good, and the few beers that I had were great. We also shared a burger that was well cooked and presented, and also a generous portion of Korean loaded fries. These could have been hotter(temp) - but looked and tasted great.

Very nice place with a good music. Beers are served well and there are many type of them so you can taste all night different types. We had a food there as well. Pizza was really good but burger was too much salty so I didn’t enjoy it. Toilets were clean.

Wonderful pub with a great selection of beer includes flights at a reasonable price. Food was good and waitstaff were friendly. All around great lunch!

Trevligt ställe för att prata och dricka något gott! Här finns mycket att välja på. Väldigt många goda ölsorter! Man kan beställa till bordet via en knapp eller så kan man beställa med mobilen ”order & pay” (man skannat en qr-kod) registrerar ett konto och betalar med kort eller Apple Pay. After our initial happy visit to a BrewDog with our dog (Canary Wharf) we are now seeking more and visited this place. Staff friendly and made our dog welcome - important to us. The pub itself is tastefully decorated and drinks reasonably priced. Enjoyed.

Con un po' di colleghi siamo stati in questo pub per una serata all'insegna delle birre e, considerando la quantità di tipologie disponibili, siamo sicuramente incappati nel luogo giusto. Pochi minuti prima delle 20 hanno srotolato i maxi schermi per proiettare la semifinale di Euro 2024 e nel frattempo abbiamo cenato con degli ottimi hamburger e patatine.

Best staff ever! Was there on a sunday, the place was quiet and they were just absolutely fabulous! Good drinks as well!!

Husband and I popped in for drinks one evening whilst on a 4 day city break and due to level of service from Toby, we came back for food and drinks the next 2 days too. Toby was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, nothing too much trouble and made us feel very welcome, a rare find in the city. Toby is very professional and an asset to Brewdog and really deserves this feedback. In fact, all the staff were pleasant & helpful, including a lady called Claudia too who went out her way to let me sample their locally brewed beer. If you are an Ale fan, although they have spirits, wine & ciders too, Tower Hill Brewdog is def worth a visit. Mixed age of customers, (we are 52 & 60) but good atmosphere, good fried chicken/burgers, vast choice of drinks and great staff. Well done to Toby and his colleagues.

Food was really nice! Drinks not so much. We ordered 2 pizzas & Korean BBQ fries. Was so filling and delish. Would order food from Brewdog again. Drinks, not so much. We have been to Brewdog (different location) before but we did not like the drinks so i think its just because they do their own alcohol, its just not for us. Their cider was like flat dark fruits, and the Bramble & Raspberry gin with lemonade tasted like sparkling water. I honestly think we just don't like their drinks! We would go somewhere else if we wanted to have a night out, but the food was no problem.

We’ve booked food and drinks trough the app. The order didn’t go to the kitchen and bar. After a while we got assistance and they put the order trough, after 15 minutes. Then we’ve waited additional 15 min for 2 beers and soft drinks. In total we waited 30 min for drinks!! Then they told us that one of the courses was unavailable due to poor delivery. I won’t recommend doing the order trough the app. And do NOT give a tip in advance!!! When the system has a bug you should put some effort into serving the customers that have paid. The food arrives after 50 min. Then it was cold. The burger was over well done(hard and grey) and cold!!!! The fries was warm Only the beer was good!!!!

Ottimo Pub: locale accogliente nonostante sia enorme. Abbiamo pranzato con un ottimo pasto (gli hamburger buonissimi). Bagni grandi e molto puliti. La gentilezza della cameriera (cosa rara da trovare nei locali a Londra) ha reso il pasto ancora più piacevole! Consigliato

Located very close to the Tower of London (behind Wetherspoons "The liberty Bounds") this venue is a must for all beer lovers. They have an extensive range of both keg and cask (its not just a Brewdog venue) and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. It’s quite extensive inside with lots of seating and food is available.

Service was A1, we had Noah and he helped us all evening. Would recommend to anyone in the city for business. Absolutely amazing!

Just attended beer school with Ewan at the Tower Hill branch. Absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and informative he definitely knew his stuff. He was engaging and made it interesting would definitely recommend

We stopped in for dinner around 5:00pm on a Sunday afternoon. My wife was in a wheelchair and their lift was not working so we had to assist her to the lower level. The staff were friendly and the meals were good. Two of the waiters assisted getting the wheelchair back up to street level when we left.

My partner and I had an excellent experience at Brewdog Tower Hill yesterday (Sunday 10th September)! We were immediately greeted at the door by Ewan, he kindly offered to stamp my Beer Visa and supplied stickers too. He recommended 3 different beers relating to my interests and mentioned about the various beers they make in their on-site brewery too. Thank you, Ewan! 😁

It is a good place come in, have a tasty burger and a pint in a central location. However, I was disappointed with a very narrow selection of both drinks and food at the place.

Received a warm welcome on arrival and seated in a booth almost immediately. Provided menus and then we waited... and waited... and waited until we could catch the eye of a server. No issues at all after that though. Drinks arrived quickly and food arrived hot and tasty. We'd made use of a bottomless brunch offer and when my wife ordered prosecco, our server asked if she'd like a bottle to save coming back to top up her glass! Really unexpected and a sensible suggestion. My beers were replaced with good regularity! This would be a great venue for a large party with games available to play and a really great choice of food and drinks. We'll definitely be back.

Great food let down by non existent service. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant with table service where the waiter has completely ignored diners. Well I have now, an utterly bizarre experience.
