Estuve aquí con mis amigos el fin de semana. Pedí las patatas fritas cargadas de búfalos imposibles (opción vegetariana) y me trajeron la versión basada en animales. Debido a toda la salsa no pude ver visualmente la diferencia que me llevó a comer un poco de pollo. Cuando fui al mostrador a comprobar parecía que nadie sabía que existía la versión vegetariana de este plato ya que tenía que mostrarles el menú con él puesto. Este error se corrigió rápidamente y se me proporcionó la opción vegetariana, un reembolso y una bebida gratis. Aparte de ese encantador lugar.

Impresionante, impresionante, impresionante visita. Visité por mi cuenta - cuando en Cardiff, para un concierto en el cercano Cardiff Arena (Patrulla de Nieve). La calidez de bienvenida del gerente Craig, y su equipo fue realmente excepcional - realmente te hizo sentir como en casa, apreciado, y bienvenido. La comida, bebidas y servicio eran TODOS de primera clase. Fácilmente, mi bar ‘Go To’, cada vez que estoy en la ciudad. Gracias a todos - Team BD Cardiff. Diolch.

Not impressed - Cluck Norris chicken burger not nice - chewy stringy chicken thigh - and where was the 'Cajun mayo' and the coriander?? A rip off at £13.75 with no fries. Indifferent and lazy reponse to my feedback - I won't be going there again

My father and I did the beer school today, and the duty manager Jack who took the session was amazing. He was very informative and welcoming. The cheese and beers paired really well. Would really recommend.

Purchased a travelzoo deal (sharing platter and flight for 2) as christmas present for my husband. We had the feast grazing platter which was delicious. Hubby had both flights as I don't drink beer lol!. Good choice of usual brew dog beers for the flights. It wasn't busy when we visited but staff friendly and ensured everything was ok. Would definitely recommend you try it 😉

We had previously booked our secret Santa meal here in December, however the weather at the time had other ideas. The manager at Brewdog moved our booking without hesitation and we finally sat down this weekend. The service, food and oversell atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. No complaints, whatsoever. The manager even kept us Christmas crackers aside from our original booking. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!

Attended the beer school. And had an amazing experience with Dan. Full of knowledge in the Cardiff bar and a really good fun day.

Not the best brewdog I have been to, it was ok. Food wasn’t nice and hot but I guess it’s because they leave it there for a little bit with keeping it warm. Good drinks as always but could be better overall in this BD.

Visitamos con amigos el fin de semana en Cardiff. Visitamos un par de veces durante el fin de semana, así que esta es una mezcla de todas las visitas. El ambiente es bueno, y el personal era conocedor y servicial. Había una buena elección de cerveza, pero como la mayoría de los perros cerveceros no se sentía como una gran relación calidad-precio. Almorzamos y mientras las hamburguesas estaban bien, los bollos estaban muy fríos, no tostados para que absorbieran la salsa y se volvieran desagradables. Probablemente no volveremos a visitar, ya que hay mucha elección local.

Ben was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. We had a great experience and the pairing of the cheeses to beer was amazing.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Brewdog in the late afternoon. I had been postponing the visit since I arrived in Cardiff and took the opportunity to celebrate two months since my arrival here. And what a pleasant surprise! I had a cider that was wonderful, but the "Instant Dinosaur" beer was on the menu, and I couldn't miss the chance to try those 8% alcohol and very, very flavorful! Even though I didn't order food, I rated it 5 stars because beer is also food for me, and if you disagree, disagree from your own home hahaha The service was great, and the space is for all audiences (we, gays, love that). I'm already ready to return many more times.

We were a group of 4. Our chicken burgers (Cluck Norris Chicken Burger) with chips were the worst we have ever had. They were tough and overcooked in extremely old oil. The skin of the chicken hadn't been removed before being deep fried. I absolutely do not recommend this place for a meal. We have found places not far from this place that serve extremely good meals.

Have always trusted in Brewdog to have a good experience. This one was lacking. I know its a Saturday, but... Seitan wings being out of stock for 2 months? Take it off the menu then. We order cauliflower wings and burgers, all to be accompanied with chips. All our mains arrived and our chips arrived after we had finished our main element of the dish. Order at the table, loads of items said out of stock. So we went up to double check about the seitan wings, which yes we're out of stock, but there were items (drinks) which said out of stock on the website ordering which were directly in the fridge. Its gonna be a while before we go back to Brewdog which as I said, was always a sta0le for us. A good meal with a good drink. But that was sadly spoiled on Saturday.

The beer was good but the burger I ordered was completely drenched in a chilli sauce which made it very difficult to eat (a complete mess) and meant that I couldn’t taste anything else. No mention of it being drowned in sauce on the menu. It was too loud which made conversation difficult. Disappointing.

Quality Craft Beer and Food, not cheap but worth it.

Loved the beer samples and platter food. Good to compare and contrast! All very good value and a nice vibe. Will go back to try some of the stronger ones next time.

Went to the Beer School on Sunday. Ben was a fantastic host, very knowledgeable and entertaining. Learned loads and also sampled some different beers with cheeses to complement. Would highly recommend

I have a love-hate relationship with Brewdog. This bar is mostly love. A genuine craft beer beacon with the better beers from Brewdog and really decent guest beers. In amongst some lesser beers. Avoid the lactose lol.

Un grupo de amigos se reunió en Cardiff para una pequeña celebración, tuvimos un buen almuerzo juntos y luego tomamos una copa antes de todo hacer nuestro camino a casa en el tren. Siendo un fanático de la cerveza brewdog decidimos probar una en este bar. Había dos jóvenes sirviendo cervezas ese día, recuerdo que uno de ellos tenía el pelo rosa. Sirvieron a algunos de mis amigos mientras yo estaba esperando cortésmente ser servido. Cuando fue mi turno me sorprendió descubrir que me negaron el servicio sin haber hecho nada malo en absoluto. No hice escándalo y simplemente fui a otro pub de al lado. Un amigo salió poco después y dijo que había hablado con el bar y que nos servirían ahora, lo que es un comportamiento extraño. Estaba muy disgustado con toda la situación y nunca más tendré nada que ver con brewdog.

It was a really bad experience, I would recommend tiny rebel or mad dog as they offer better beers and better atmosphere at the same or better price point.

Went for bottomless wings and beer as a fathers day gift. Had a great time and staff were helpful to get us settled for bottomless wings, arrived early so had a drink at the bar before table was ready. The wings were amazing! Really tasty and staff were quick to offer top ups despite it being busy due to euros. Recommended the black heart beer and buffalo wings! Had a slight problem with one bartender's customer service but the manager Ben was really apologetic and dealt with it amazingly so night was still a big success, thank you!!

I come in here on Tuesday as I was trying to get someone to help me charge my phone even just up to 5% so I could make sure I got home ok. I walked in with my friend and just politely asked the guy with pink / ginger hair if there was a charger I could use he just bluntly said “no”. I said is there anywhere you know where I could use one? (As most shops were closed) and again he just rudely said “no”, wasn’t even annoyed that he couldn’t let me charge my phone for 2 minutes but just the attitude he had a weird vibe.

Good beer, good atmosphere, food was left in the oven too long. Poor cuts of chicken unfortunately. Beef burgers looked good but chicken burger was poor

Love a Brewdog bar, this was great. Great service - they had Pin Badges and Postcards too! The beer as usual was fantastic. A great setting.

Excellent visit as always! :) Food, drinks and service was brilliant, every time we come to Cardiff we ensure we stop by! Brewdog offer so many various drinks, all of which you’re able to sample before purchasing. A great way to get a taste of the beer before actually ordering a pint!

Great location, very busy (not at all surprised) but quite cramped. No complaints about the beer or the truffle fries (maybe a bit greasy but very hot). Loos do need regular checking! A very kind lady was sharing her packet of tissues to use as loo paper. Come on Brew Dog….that’s an easy niggle to sort out on a busy day!

Went for a drink last night. Lovely venue. Well located but not too busy on a Saturday evening. Great selection of beers and drinks from the BrewDog range. Very well trained staff. Great vibe and clientele. Highly recommended.

We reserved a table for the kids eat free, table was clean and the servers were amazing. The food, wow, even our boys ate their food and they’re fussy. Went to a Beer School night. It was a good laugh whilst we learnt about Brewdog & their beers.

I booked a table for 4 people for 8pm. When I arrived they wouldn't let my 15 year old son in as the Brewdog in Cardiff. No under 18's after 8pm they said. Even now I can't see that written down anywhere. I can't comment on the food or service as we ate elsewhere.

Let me start by saying this bar was just something else, a warm welcome, great food - with plenty of veggie/vegan options - the plant based burger was awesome, & cooked perfectly. The bar staff were so friendly & chatty - & more than happy to let me have a taste or two, of the many brews on offer, happy to chat/discuss all things beer & BrewDog - felt kinda sad to leave & go to the gig in the end. Can not recommend enough!!!! We had a fabulous time at the beer school, where Ben delivered a knowledgeable and funny experience. The world would be a better place if everyone was like Ben and staff at Brew Dog Cardiff! :)

Paid £19 for 12 wings on bottomless Wednesday because you have to book at least 4 days in advance. I was allowed to order as many wings as I want off the menu but they claim they need a booking for bottomless Wednesday incase they run out….. strange. It was dead in there too.

Great place. Enjoyed everything from start to finish.Huge selection of drinks to choose from and excellent menu options with attractive offers. Also dog friendly which is an important thing for me.

Update from a visit on 13.01.24. Not been here for a while as have moved from Cardiff. The urinals in the gents were absolutely disgusting! Obviously not been cleaned in weeks. Love the bar, however they're policies make no sense. They seem obsessed with bookings. I was here on Saturday afternoon 27.11.21, and they turned lots of people away. I counted at least 25 empty seats. Just let people be aware that they may only have time for one drink before the table is taken. (If indeed the reservers bother to turn up). I walked in and was offered a table until 1530. Fine. I was one person on a table of 8! Crazy. What happened to first come first served? Makes me so angry. It's a really bad way to treat people who just want a beer or two. It must be nice to be making so much money that you can afford to turn away business.

We attended the Beer Tasting School today and it was fab! Ben was funny, informative and knew what he was talking about. The hours just flew by! And of course, the beers were great 🤗 We highly recommend a tasting school or just a pub night there. We are definitely coming back!

Great place to have proper vegan bar food with a numerous selection of craft beers.

Didn't even get to experience the venue. Made a booking in November to come with an old friend from up North - we are both big Brewdog fans. 2 days before our booking we get an automatic cancellation email to say our booking is cancelled. (We have already planned the day - prepaid train tickets to and from cardiff etc). We had a 12-2 booking with train arriving 11.30am leaving 4.30pm. Contacted the restaurant who advised they had decided to change the hours for Thursdays a week prior but only telling me with 48 hours notice. They apologised for the change of time and asked if we were flexible with time (they only open from 4pm). I advised our situation and received nothing from the restaurant. The date has now passed. Very disappointing. Be careful - an advanced booking does not mean you have a booking.

Thursday night we went there though because it's nice and quiet. We know the reason now. Staff member was drunk or something else. Was more important to flirt with a woman. When I said sorry, can I order answered back "you can wait" Beer tasted like dish water. Obviously, I didn't finish it. When I told him to taste horrible, I got an answer, "Your loss" Worst experience we ever had. Highly recommend don't go there!

The best choice of beer in Cardiff at the moment. Really good staff complement this.

Did Wings Wednesday, all worked well for three of us with plenty of follow up orders delivered promptly. In London we could choose different proteins but were told we had to stick to the same one here. Dissapointed with what seems to be a national policy of reducing the serving volume of higher ABV beers, presumably to keep the prices on the board from going sky high.

Came for wings Wednesday and was pretty disappointed. I’ve been before several times and was a big fan however the recipe seems to have changed for cauliflower wings, and consequently, so has the quality. Either that or they were just bad this time. Can’t complain about the initial portion size which is great however that first portion was over cooked. We also got seitan wings and the first portion was overcooked and the second portion was undercooked. In terms of service, it was way to hard to get a second helping, the staff made no effort to offer a follow up round of wings so had to awkwardly stand waiting to get their attention to ask for more. Unlikely that we’ll be back which is sad. No photos as I forgot to take some…

Came here for the unlimited wings. They bring you 12 and then you go to the bar to ask for "top ups" of 5 at a time. But they take 15 to 20 mins to bring each top up out so by the time they bring the 3rd plate you're probably done. (No, it wasn't busy in here) Honestly, wings were delicious and they would have got a much better score but I went to the bar after and started talking to the server about how good the wings were and he looked at me like I just called him a tosser, shrugged and said "OK, what can I get you". Obviously when he handed me the card reader it was asking if I want to tip... lol. Not the best experience I've ever had but I ate 22 wings for £12 so not a totally wasted evening.

Fantastic beer and great food but the place is minging! I'm a big brewdog fan boy and love the bar in Bath so thought I would try cardiff. Really disappointed as this place is just filthy, dirty walls, dirty sticky tables and the gents was disgusting and this was a visit on a quiet Saturday afternoon not a busy Saturday night. Sort it out brewdog! Get a lick of paint on the walls and run a mop over the place for fox sake.

Went here for unlimited Wings Wednesday; I must admit it is certainly “High Risk, High reward” as I had to cancel all my plans the next day but it was so worth it. The wings were delicious, the sauce was delicious, larger was delicious and I bet the decor, lighting and atmosphere is delicious. Coupled that with their speedy service, the workers know what we are here for. We had so much meat, it’s like a ‘twink’ during Pride week. Would definitely come back here for more wings.

Went to try Wings Wednesday. Very poor quality. It was supposed to be all you can eat Wings. First 10 brought out were luke warm. Took 40 minutes until the next 5 arrived. The Wings were not great quality or particularly tasty. Would do better to use genuine Frank's Buffalo Sauce. No excuse for slow service as only 1 other person during our 6- 8pm sitting was eating Wings. Server's struggled to smile as well, not great in an expensive hospitality outlet. Beer was OK which I guess is the reason to go here, we'll be giving it a miss in future as there's plenty if good alternative beer on Westgate Street.

Decent food, but service was poor from a couple of servers due to forgetting an order but covered up saying oh it's still being made. Brought this up but just kept being told it was coming etc. Food tastes good and always reasonably priced.

I recently visited BrewDog in Cardiff for a flying visit during the day. The staff were very helpful and chatting, helping me understand the different offers they had on at the time to get the best value for money and the food was excellent. Would definitely return back to BrewDog in Cardiff next time I'm in the city.

Nice bar, staff were nice and friendly. Let down by the wings on wings Wednesday they were extremely overcooked to the point it prevented us from wanting any more. Ruined the point of having unlimited wings. Based on our experience I would not recommend this deal.

Terrible beer, terrible service. Ordered and paid for a drink to only be told I couldn't receive it after paying through the app. Owner has responded claiming I peeled off the QR sticker, which is laughable. If their staff was competent enough to remove all QR codes then this could have been avoided. Terrible reply from a terrible business. Avoid this place!

Took payment via app and then refused to provide drinks as they said they weren't doing table service, despite QR codes on the menu. Then refused to provide drinks even when a receipt was produced to show they'd been paid for. Very disappointing

Walked in and got sat down for dinner and asked to order our food on the app after looking at the menu and deciding what we wanted we then realised that they didn't actually have any food available and after suggesting to the door man that they mite want to mention to people on the way in to the restaurant that they don't have any food he replied."you should have asked if we have any food left "which to me is a ridiculous comment for a restaurant who serve FOOD to make.

We are massive brewdog fans and regularly go to Brewdog pubs to eat and drink. Unfortunately Cardiff Brew dog wasn't good. We sent back food twice and left feeling very disappointed with what we had been served. #gutted

Just heading back from brewdog originally £18 go or a double gin and tonic + pint of beer - including tip ( not so clear on that) refunded to a degree but yes cost of living crisis inflated by places like brewdog, maddness

Use to love to visit this place with quite a few friends when visiting Cardiff but they no longer take cash only card payments so won't be going here again, nor my friends

Lovely friendly pub just out of the town Outside seating and close to town centre and the train station. This pub offers ales and staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great atmosphere and speedy service, really friendly bar tenders and great ales! I always go for 'Cardiff's favorite' and it never disappoints.

Used to be a great place, still is I expect but they are now cash adverse and so have lost our future trade. We are older clientele and sadly it seems some companies really don't want our money anymore. It's a shame, but there are other, wiser companies who realise who has all the money and are happy to take it off us. You must be losing a small fortune. Older people are used to freedom and choice, we like it and we have lots of money to spend. As a business man myself, I can't believe this company actually turns customers away because of the their choice of payment. Foolish indeed and it won't end well.

Used to be one of my favorite spots when I lived in Cardiff, plenty of space, good beer, decent food. Giving it a late five star review to counter the 1-star spam from cash-obsessed people.

Another business I won't be going back to. Won't take legal tender, gone cashless... Shame on you! 😞👎

I love Brewdog's ales, the bar/restaurant atmosphere is nice enough and the ordering process was easy enough. £13.75 for a small-ish burger (you'd expect a mammoth burger for that sort of money) then paying £3.50 extra for a small pot of chips is ludicrous, fries should be included as is standard in any other sit-in restaurant. The food was again, fine but nothing about it was mind-blowing to warrant the cost. £17.25 for a burger and chips is crazy in my view. Hence the 3-stars review.

Good beer and fantastic service. You can order from your table. Really good selection of craft beer. Have some games downstairs

Been here a bunch of times. The food may be rubbish... hence the lack of a fith star... but otherwise all good. Love the beer, staff and overall cleanliness. Will be coming here more.

3rd BrewDog we’ve visited including Bath & London all were terrible and this was no exception. Walked in no greeting. Two staff members standing on the corner of the bar ignored us. Found our seats, out of chicken wings and no soft drinks….keep up the 1 Star Trend BrewDog you’re smashing it! In response - shocking reply and use a spell checker.

First the good: wings were good. Pleased with those but, needs celery or carrot sticks to be included. Especially for the price. Not cheap. The long bar and seating was convenient enough. Very much like home at an American sports bar. Now the bad: there is a rainbow "safe space" sticker on the door which is ridiculous. And the presence of all the gay flags was ridiculous as well. Sexual orientation has ZERO to do with a restaurant unless that's your theme. Keep it and politics out of the eating venues please. Ultimately, I'd return IF the majority of whoever I was with wanted to go but if I returned on my own accord, it would be takeaway.

Nice place and great beer. However, the size of the vegan hamburger could definitely be improved. For the price, it was incredibly small and didn’t even include fries.

It was a large friendly group which made the experience really enjoyable. The young man giving the information was well informed and the information he gave was clear and easily understood. The pairing of the cheeses with the beers was a very interesting experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and learnt so much so my beer drinking will be much more pleasurable. Thanks to all involved.

Not a good experience. Staff indifferent bordering on rude. When concerns were raised we were met with hostility. Four us us could not eat our meals as they were immensely salty. I am a Brewdog shareholder so disappointed in this outlet. UPDATE, no acknowledgement, no apology, nothing! No care?

If you're going to brewdog just for a drink you're going to have no problem at all. Lovely beers, quick service from the bar. No problems whatsoever. If you're planning to have food I'd reconsider. While the food itself is nice, it is done with incompetence. The food we had, all of which were burgers, were served ten minutes between each other. If you know one dish is going to take longer than the other, you just put that on first. When my food comes first, I don't want to eat till it's all served. At which time it was cold. The staff also seemed very unapologetic in the fact. Giving excuses and no apologies. As I said, if you're going just for drinks, couldn't recommend more. For food? Cardiff has multiple better places. Head of Steam, Santiagos, anywhere. It's better that you try there.

Lacked atmosphere. Very bad and slow service. Bottomless wings were lovely but unfortunately portions became smaller and smaller throughout the night. Drinks expensive

Nice bar with friendly staff, especially Mr Perth (sorry we didn't get your name). A traditional BD that's worth finding, with a good variety of beers.

Gluten free beer on draft. Staff who are passionate about beer. A menu that can be customised for vegan and gluten free diets.

Customer service Zero Stars! Ordered and beer and a Prosecco! Immediately I noticed the Prosecco to be flat and said to the Barman my wife will send this back as it’s flat his reply “New bottle can’t do anything about it” so my wife complained so I took it back!! Can’t open another bottle as that is waste he says……fine refund my whole round so he did!! Great business sense that! What a moron and what a shame as looking forward to going there all day before returning to hotel to get ready for evening dinner!! All the best Brewdog it’s been a pleasure but if you’re staff are trained to fob people off I won’t be returning!!
