Love Brewdog Stirling! Beers are good, staff are lovely and wings are the best ever!

Neave was really great. Recommend the sauv blanc, absolutely delicious. Had a good few drinks with the gals 🥂

Niamh and Keir were so friendly! Accommodated our whole group and suggested drinks that complimented our palette. Such lovely staff!

Went for some drinks with friends and it was so lovely, Niamh behind the bar was very funny and friendly and we absolutely loved her as our server! She was really attentive too, she noticed I hadn't finished my drink (I'm just a slow drinker) and offered to get me something else if I didn't like it. The atmosphere was so nice and whoever chose the playlist that night had great taste.

Popped in on Saturday afternoon for some food. Was told straight away that due to only one staff member being on duty as the manager was out sorting something that no food could be served. I said I would just have a pint until food could be ordered as chicken wings were the purpose of my visit. I noticed the manager return and then both staff decided to have a smoke then only returned when more customers arrived. At no point did the waitress think to come up and inform me food was back on. After others ordered food I asked for a shared of wings to be served a regular portion. The staff in the stirling brewdog used to be consistent and professional. The food and beer are good, but customer service is at an all time low.

Totally agree with the previous reviewer, what a dismal spot. Located right next door to Wetherspoons, which was full and buzzing, this place was half empty on Saturday evening. En route to Glasgow for a flight, I ordered a beer and some chicken wings. One staff member was trying to serve the small queue, the other seemed absorbed in the rigmarole that is the computerised till, while offering apologies to several tables for I'm-not-sure-what. Chicken wings never arrived and 40 mins later I was forced to abandon ship. The place was atmosphereless and half empty, and any chef who can't get chicken wings to a table in 40 minutes deserves a kick in the nuts. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

We normally enjoy sharing two pizzas during our visit however there were no pizzas available, no hot dogs available. There was wings but with only one choice of sauce. Although I really like the Stirling Brewdog bar when compared to the food offered in Glasgow and other venues it is a bit lacking in choice.

I loved the place. The Lost beer was delicious and the food, although it took more than 30 minutes, was worth it because it was really delicious. The service at the bar is good, but they lack staff for the number of people there. I definitely recommend it.

Normally I absolutely love Brewdog and have visited many all over the world - always found them friendly and welcoming - good food, great beer, friendly staff and chilled atmosphere. Unfortunately Sterling brewdog lets them down massively. Grotty bar, no food, staff very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Extremely disappointed. Definitely would not visit again

Booked a table for a Saturday afternoon drink and a bite to eat - arrived to find a flustered member of staff who informed us that they were the only member of staff working and that they wouldn’t be able to serve food until later. Had a couple of drinks, went for a stroll and came back after an hour. Went to the gents and a member of staff came in and deposited a roll of toilet paper outside the cubicle for some oddball who appeared to be friendly with the staff. Said oddball then opened the cubicle door mid-dump and asked me to pass him the toilet roll as he didn’t want to stand up and get “any sh**e over him”. Gave me the boak big-time and I immediately lost my appetite. Thankfully they were still struggling to serve any food - won’t be back.

Sorry but not for me. I'm a massive BrewDog fan but this Stirling outlet is substand. It's small and feels smaller due to its low ceilings and mezzanine. We booked a table for a family meal meal but on arrival and entering we decided the atmosphere and ambience was not suitable for a family meal

We ended up here one evening by chance because we generally like Brewdog beer and the selection of freshly tapped beers is very large. We never thought we would come back again (we were only in Stirling for 2 evenings). You have to wait a bit for service, but given that the store is very large, there are few staff. And when we're on vacation, we don't have a problem with waiting; It was always communicated to us. The beers are great, we were even allowed to try them before we decided on one >> That's really great! The pub food also surprised us extremely positively because we didn't expect much, but we got extremely good food. Really good chicken wings (the friend loved it) and my vegetarian hot dog was terrific! Not a sticky bread, but more ciabatta-like. And also sauerkraut and sauces. I'm sad that I can't get it at home in Germany. On the second day we tried the vegetarian cauliflower wings (Cauliflower) with the Korean BBQ >> MEGA DELICIOUS! I wish that vegetarian alternatives would also be on the menu in pubs in Germany! And so deliciously prepared too! Great recommendation if you're in Stirling!

Visited last night, the friendliest Brewdog we’ve visited - didn’t catch her name but she was fab, super attentive, friendly and smiley all whilst taking table orders, pouring drinks, sorting dishes and running food round. They did seem short on bodies for a Friday night. Just 2 people working all areas of the bar.

Had Itison voucher for Pizza fir 2 plus spirit and mixer each osbeer flight to share....only git 1 beer flight between 2 it used to be beer flight each...2 spirits and mixer more than double the price if 1 beer flight which dis not make sense in costing...disappointing

We love brewdogs and in other pubs we have never had to wait so long. Half an hour for a plate of cheeses sitting at the counter (the barman didn't worry about the time passing). And the place was half empty. They make you pay immediately for having something cold after more than half an hour.

We went tonight to try the new cocktail offer, 3 cans for £5. Amy at this pub was brilliant, she looked after us from the minute we walked in until the minute we left. Her knowledge was incredible, but more importantly, her friendly manner was second to none. You should look after staff like Amy, they are few and far between!!!

Stopped in a few times on our trip to have a some beers. Service was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Beers and price was good.

There was clearly a staff shortage but Angus behind the bar was nothing short of a superhero. I’ve never seen anything like it. He didn’t stop and was polite and respectful the whole time. Give this guy a pay rise!

Really enjoyed our visit to Brewdog Stirling. The food was good. However there was only one person serving and the bar was really busy. I felt really bad for the person behind the bar as he was completely run off his feet. He continued to smile though and was a really nice guy. He was trying his best but should have had some support.

Nipped in for a couple of beers, good friendly service, prices seemed to have gotten cheaper since last time I was in, good music playing as well, Silver Jews, Dinosaur Jr and Pavement were just a few of the artists I heard while enjoying my Hazy Jane 🍻

Great selection of BrewDog and other brand beers. We went for the beer flight. Didn't have any ourselves but the chicken wings looked amazing! Dog friendly.

Unfortunately after checking the menu much of the food was not available. After placing order on the app we then chased the order after 30mins to be told that the order had not been placed even though money was charged and order confirmation was received. Very poor quality control. Finally got food after nearly 45mins, was good but the mess up ruined the meal

We booked the wings Wednesday deal at 6pm took 45 minutes for our first portion of wings to arrive and they were burnt to a crisp clearly burnt to a crisp when they came out black batter. Then we are the first portion and ordered a top up which we had to go to the bar to ask for which then again took a further hour this time for 6 more wings to be made and almost laughable at this point these ones were severely undercoomed the battery still doughy that it took about 2 hours in all before we left essentially to make Wings, worst brewdog I have ever been to. I'm not sure if this was due to being understaffed or what but it was half empty and felt like a waste of money... Avoid this brewdog. I do not blame the staff for this I blame the management as the service was fine just the food and time wasted .

A mid sized Brewdog bar with a pizza, wings and hotdogs menu. Wife & daughter as usual had their wings, and I had the goats cheese pizza. A couple of half pints of the new Sad AF. Another visit for wings, a hotdog and some PunkAF. Great staff, great food, great beer 🍻

The team are always super friendly and attentive. If you don’t know what you want the team will help you find the right beer for you 🎉🍺

Visited here for drinks as it seemed the only place that had a number of free tables. The city pubs were all very busy for Halloween weekend. The decor is good and the staff were friendly. Plenty of drinks choice. The two beers were tasty but wasn’t too keen on their rums as they tasted of artificial flavouring so will avoid Brewdog rums!

Friendly staff Adam the Duty Manager was very helpful, the 4 pizzas were fresh and perfectly baked. We enjoyed a good mix of beers and sour beers and had a few flights to try some new styles, all in all a great night at my local.

Bar tender obnoxious attitude, place was nearly empty. Couldn't be less helpful, didn't know what bottle beers they had in a brewing. Then told us the beers were expensive, shame the idiot could be bought and doldrums by us 10 times over. Obviously we weren't his type of customer.

Love this place and never miss a chance to pop in here when in Stirling. Great vibe and as always great selection of beers! Never ate here so can’t comment on that.

Hier gab es die besten Chickenwings welche wir jemals gegessen haben. Angenehm scharf mit einer tollen Pannade und Blue-Cheese Soße. Zudem brauen sie eigene Biere - z.B. das IPA ist sehr gut.

The nicest and kindest service one could think of and of course fab beers! The pizzas are very filling although they may seem small.

Visited on a quiet Sunday night. Great service, great beer (and able to sample some options before finalising my choice). We also had the pizza, which was very nice. The accompanying fries were overly salty though. However, I am a big fan of BrewDog and enjoyed this visit.

My wife and I ate here after having a few drinks (great stout!) in the bar area, the staff were very friendly and helpful, my wife had the goat cheese pizza which she loved, and I had a really nice cheeseboard to compliment the beer, not cheap but very good!

Un bar très agréable, engagé pour l'environnement et contre toutes formes de discrimination. On s'y sent bien, dans un endroit safe, et le personnel est très agréable, souriant et attentif. Les bières sont bonnes et la nourriture aussi !

Si vous êtes à Stirling je vous recommande de venir ici, c'est inclusif, safe, cool avec plein de choix végane, les bières et la bouffe sont bonnes. L'ambiance est cool, la musique aussi sans être trop forte mais surtout l'équipe est extrêmement attentive, notamment pour la protection des client'es et des femmes. I came here for a few drinks one night while I was working in the area. They have a great selection of beers and they also serve food. The staff were friendly and polite. A great place for a drink.

I love this brewery, i would rate the stout in the photo as my favorite stout even over The abyss from Deschutes Brewery. Out of Bend, Oregon. I can say, it would be spectacular to have this brewery in America.

Back to basics bar serving good beer

Great brewdog in the centre of Stirling. Servers are super friendly. Fab selection of beers as you would expect. The food is also really good, the special Smokey Joe and the Goats Cheese pizza were tasty and especially loved the cheese board, the blue cheese was honestly one of the best I've tried, I wish I'd asked about the producer.

2nd night of our 2 night stop off in Stirling from Yorkshire. Sunday evening so not busy at all. We are trying to visit all the brewdog bar's in the UK. This smaller bar has typical brewdog decor so you know what to expect, what stands out is the excellent staff, efficient and very friendly...a credit to the company.

We were walk-ins. Lucky they were able to give us a wee round table for two. They took our drinks order, returned with the drinks, took our food order 2 pizza. 5 minutes later the guy asked us if we'd prefer to move to a slightly bigger square table. Appreciated that as the Pizza boards were big. Pizzas were delicious too, thin the way I like them. Good organization and attention to detail in a busy, popular bar.

A cracking afternoon at the Stirling BD today. Ross was a legend with the best customer experience I've had in some time. He looked after us, smiled (I could tell even with the mask) and made us feel very welcome. Well definitely be back when we can. It's rate to have a day off together and this made it special, thanks team.

At last - a pub in Stirling that serves something close to a dark ale (Jet Black stout). Disappointingly fizzy though. And the bar itself is awful. More like a canteen than a pub.

The staff behind the bar were lovely and so helpful and friendly at BrewDog Stirling. Definitely some of the friendliest BrewDog staff in the bars I've been too. Good choice of beers at prices that you'd expect from a brewdog bar. Will definitely return here when visiting Stirling again.

The two people that served food and drink were absolutely great, attentive and friendly. Pizzas is the main option here and some pretty good wings that carry a bit of heat. 20 odd beers available, booths and small tables. Pretty cool place really!

Staff were friendly and proper precautions were taken to keep both staff and customers safe within covid rules. Was a great pint for the end of a hot and work filled day.

Had a quick drink here after visiting castle and on way back to Edinburgh. Staff was really friendly and chatted all the time whilst we were drinking. Nice selection of beers to choose from.

Visited here for a drink on the way back to our hotel. Ordered from the huge selection of beer (roughly £5 a pint) then they proceeded to move barrels around forcing them to leave the front door open. The bar was FREEZING. We put our coats on as did at least three other tables. Another table actually got up and shut the door at one point. Asked for our bill, mentioned the cold and were told nothing can be done about it. I don’t think causing your customers who are paying good money to drink beer to sit in freezing conditions is a good business model. Staff were sarcastic when we left as we didn’t thank them on the way out - we left half our drinks as it was seriously uncomfortably cold.

As a craft beer fan (I'm starting to hate that phrase.) As a BEER fan I couldn't not come in here. Nice place but a bit loud and full of young 'uns. Couldn't get the app to work so just ordered (table service). Had a couple of beers which were lush, as expected, but oh so bloody dear. I'm told the food was excellent and not bad value, so it appears it's just the beer that's over-priced. I went down the street and had similar beers for half the price, in a less hectic environment. By the way, the staff were great.
