Excellent coffee shop with loads of homemade goodies. Visited d here twice during my stay. Lovely little coffee shop where I had the best croissant I have ever tasted (so good I had it twice). The owner is very welcoming and knowledgable on the area. Well worth a visit!

During a days cycling around Millport we needed to find somewhere for lunch - and Brewbaker gave us everything we needed. Excellent food and excellent friendly service. Lunch was fresh, healthy and very tasty. So good that we did more cycling and then came back for coffee and cakes / fuel for the journey 🚴🏻🚴🏻‍♀️

Brewbaker is a wonderful coffee/tea and bakery in the main street of Millport, looking out on the bay. Amazing coffee, and the bakery goods are in a word, excellent. Additionally they have hand-made chocolates. Funky atmosphere, like you're right in the middle of the making of the delicious things on offer. Don't miss it if you're in Millport!

We fell in love with this place. You always know you are in a good place when you see the locals patronising it. We were so surprised at the diversity of the food offerings, out of the ordinary for the usual Scottish bakery/cafe. We took refuge from the rain, had lovely cups of tea and various cakes. Absolutely perfect.

This is definitely a must, if you are in Millport you have to go here. The choices of cakes, chocolates and quiches are hard to make as you want them all. If you can have a coffee and a delicious cake inside, a lovely friendly atmosphere. Service and owner is very friendly, the high quality of food is consistent, I have been stay in Millport for a few weeks and visited here many times.

Stopped in for some lunch when cycling around the island and glad we did. The coffee was great with a rich roast but the coffee was knocked into third place by the banana and honeycomb muffin in second place and the quiche in first place. The muffin was moist and I only wish I bought one to take home with me. The quiche had a delicious crust, buttery and baked perfectly, this was enhanced by the sharpness of the cheese and sweetness on the tomato, rounding it off with perfectly set egg. The service was excellent, friendly and offering to fill our water bottles was a nice touch. The next time I’m in Millport I’ll definitely be calling in again and earlier in the day.

It was a lovely day for a walk around Cumbrae & by the time we had reached Millport we were very ready for a coffee & some cake. Brewbaker was the first place we saw & the cakes in the window were very tempting. We couldn't sit inside due to COVID restrictions (glad to see how careful they were being) but there was a handy bench overlooking the harbour just across the road. I had an apple & plum muffin & a mince pie while my wife had the chocolate brownie. All scored top marks! The coffee was great too. But what really, really stood out was the customer service. It was helpful, friendly & quick. So we were upset to realise we hadn't been charged for everything we'd bought & went back to pay for the missing item. But the lovely lady behind the counter refused to take the money, saying it was 'her mistake'. My wife insisted but we got nowhere. Rest assured that Brewbaker is going to be our first choice for a cafe stop next time we are on Cumbrae.

We were on Cumbrae for a nice walk and after a 4 mile trek from the ferry slip we were keen to get a hot drink and a comfortable seat, there was plenty of choice along the promenade but we were drawn to Brewbaker as soon as we spotted it. Inside is full of charm and character and the owners were incredibly friendly even on a quiet Thursday afternoon... there was a very enticing menu offering hot food, sweet treats and various barista style coffees and goodies, we ordered a cappuccino and a milk hot chocolate and took a seat, our drinks were brought after 2 mins and i really cant praise the quality of them highly enough.. my coffee was perfect and the hot chocolate was literally the best i have ever tried. the cost for our drinks was £5 which for the standard is ridiculously cheap. I feel this little gem has so much more to offer with the other menu choices so if you're in Millport and need a coffee or some lunch give Brewbaker a try, you wont be disappointed.

Our hosts took us to the Irvine Watersports Club, super value for money , along with great service at the bar - very friendly and accommodating. Cosy atmosphere and refuge on a wet stormy afternoon . Dog Friendly is always a plus+

This place with the scaffold doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s truly a wonderful place with freshly prepared food to a very high standard of quality, the enchilada wouldn’t be out of place in a great Mexican restaurant, same with the pasta in a great Italian
