Absolutely delicious food, great venue, lovely staff and excellent value. A hidden gem!! The crab croque (crab toastie) was sooo tasty!! And my mum loved her bacon, Brie and cranberry toastie. Can’t wait to go again - the cakes looked fab!

What a wonderful experience. The staff were really friendly and had time for a chat and a laugh. The food was delicious especially the crab sandwich. Brilliant service and they made our dog very welcome too.

I don't know quite how this cafe does it - but it might have something to do with the fact, the chef told me she has spent many years in France- but she serves up the best Croque Monsieur I HAVE EVER EATEN! Proper gruyere and proper ham making the most guey cheesy interior with the crispiest and crunchiest thinly sliced proper loaf bread put through a panini toasting machine. I had the extra egg which adds something a bit special to proceedings. My wife also loved her salon toasty made with a similar passion and the coffee is perfectly made, with good beans and served at the perfect temperature. A secret little find that is well worth the trip off the beaten track. The cakes and brownies were a blooming lovely finish too. Good luck to this team, they deserve all the success they can get.

Wonderfully relaxed but with delicious coffee and cakes. Fabulous takeaway options too - mozzarella and pesto toasted sandwich was perfect for a picnic by the sea - thank you

Called in for a quick coffee and now found our favourite cafe in Cornwall. A nice afternoon coffee, not an arse kicking espresso like seems to have become the norm. While my wife had the sweet lemon drizzle cake, which she thoroughly enjoyed, I went for the savoury, a slice of homemade pork pie served with mustard and chutney, Perfic.

Stopped for lunch and it was simply delicious. For a small venue there's a great choice and a warm and friendly welcome to match. Save room for some cake or take some with you for later!

A brand new venture in the grounds of Trereife House, Newlyn, Cornwall. We had lunch here 2 days ago and had the most fantastic locally caught crab sandwiches. The service is friendly and inviting and the staff are great. Do try it. Coming out of ,I known it deserves your support as a new enterprise.

Just had The Drake and the Mrs Perryman. Both came with plenty of chips, the actual duck dishes were outstanding, really nice. We will be returning to try another dish when we return next year. We were lucky to have crispy skin as well. We spotted the sign for the duck Truck while we were driving to our cottage in Tintagel and decided to give it a go during our stay. We were not disappointed. Top local produce, by the farmer. Keep up the good work, we'll be back
