That’s right, my taste buds experienced their own creation myth with each sip of that heavenly brew. The latte was so smooth and rich, it was like Leonardo da Vinci himself had crafted it, using only the finest beans cultivated by monks in the highest mountains of Peru. If coffee could end world hunger, this latte would be the first candidate. It was so good, I half expected a choir of angels to descend and start singing "Hallelujah" with every sip I took. I’m convinced this bacon could be the key to solving international conflicts – just gather all the world leaders at Brew & Tucker for breakfast, and we’d achieve global harmony by lunchtime. In conclusion, breakfast at Brew & Tucker isn’t just a meal; it’s a transformative experience. It’s like discovering fire, inventing the wheel, and landing on the moon all rolled into one. Very light, modern coffee and eating house. Unusually both the tea and the coffee were really good. They were house blends and you could buy the coffee to take home. Very friendly, pleasant staff.

We heard good things about B&T so thought we would have a drive out. Had to say we were surprised to be asked to wait to be seated, just two of us and only 6 small tables and a few benches to choose from. The greeting was warm and polite though and we didn't wait long. We read how the drinks will be 'how the auzzies like them 55-65°' but when my mocha arrived it was barely warm and can't say I could taste the coffee which is a shame. The real hot chocolate that my husband ordered was much better. It was hot and tasty, tasted like charbonel and walker, that was nice. The bagel I ordered was clearly frozen and I don't even think it was a New York bagel but it was frozen inside still and toasted outside. Both of us chose 'butter' on our bagel and toast but what we got was definitely not butter. The shop itself was very tatty and tired, cobwebs, pendants not fitting to the ceiling, lightbulbs blown and others don't match (when you have feature lighting this matters), cables taped to the ceiling in the toilet. When it came to the drinks, the people making them do not know how to steam milk, the screaming of the steam in the metal jugs is a sure fire way to tell..any Barista will know that's not how to heat milk and you can hear when the milk is burnt. Got to say I was disappointed having heard good things. The menu does look to have good things in it which we didn't try and some great sounding items. I think with some basic Barista training and some TLC the shop can be brought back up to reputation and it would definitely be worth another visit.

First visit here and left with a feeling that it was ok. Sat upstairs (which was cold) as there wasn’t a table for 4 downstairs, that was fine. Service of ordering and being delivered wasn’t to long of a wait, however my order was wrong, soon rectified. Food plates I felt should have been warm at least, not cold. Then I think we were forgotten! No one came back to see if everything was ok or if we wanted anymore drinks (which we did) We popped into the Sainsburys local for a water before our car parking was up after we left. Like I say it was fine, just not attentive.

We hired the upstairs for our child's first birthday party. It was an amazing venue, they had decorated it so beautifully for us, everyone commented how amazing it looked. The service was exceptional, so stress free, they took care of everything with such ease and great communication for any questions. Highly, highly recommended!!

Exceptional coffee as good as you’ll get in Melbourne! If you love your coffee, do yourself a favour and pop in for one at Brew and Tucker. They make the bold claim of serving coffee like they do in Australia. How fabulous to discover that they really do live up to that claim!

The food is delicious, fresh and very high quality. I recommend the bagel because the flavours go very nicely together. The prices are very good for the value. The staff are very friendly, the the overall atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant. The facilities are very clean.

Lovely place..fab coffee. Dropped on this place after a visit to Frodsham and what a lovey find. Coffee was great…even purchased a kilo of beans for home. A few negative reviews with regards to portions etc…I had no issue…they have a clear menu with clear pricing! You get what you pay for!! Lovely atmosphere and qwerky staff! Will pop back in if in the area again! Thank you.

Coffee and atmosphere was great. Was just a little disappointed by the service as I had to go to the counter to change an overcooked egg.

Very expensive for what you get and how it's served. Also, not being from Oz, didn't much appreciate the large framed sign over the washbasin saying: WASH YOUR HANDS YOU FILTHY ANIMAL.

Ordered muffin shame about it being stale , obviously purchased from Costco a few days ago , Latte was black ,hot chocolate not very nice .

Had two build your own ? Cheese and ham poor quality. Lattes served in small drinking glass and only lukewarm. Had to ask for sugar and was given two small sachets so had to ask again for more. Ketchup and sauce served in tiny plastic cups, really felt that sugar and condiments should be on the tables and not given out like rationing! Left feeling totally ripped off at over £20 for one slice of toasted cheese and a sliver of thin ham and one slice of bread with bacon and egg and two small lattes which were not even made with full milk. Won't be back

These lovely ladies couldn't do enough for me. When given a brief they executed it absolutely perfectly, I couldn't have asked for more. They kept me informed every step of the way, even creating a group chat which instantly put me at ease and they thought of everything. They ran all the decisions by me and made the party planning process effortless. I just turned up on the day and everything was beautifully decorated and I was in awe. Their style and choices just matched exactly what I was thinking and I loved everything they put together. They made it such a magical night for all my guests and everyone had the best time. I have to make a special announcement to whoever made the graze board as it was absolutely stunning and such great value for money, everyone at my party raved about this and it blew them away. The presentation and the food was absolutely gorgeous and so much detail (please see pics to do it justice) . Perfect accompaniment to the evening. To know that everything I needed came included as part of the package and was taken care of by these very attentive and friendly ladies made the party planning process so stress free and fun! It was great value for money and I would definitely recommend hosting your party here if you wish for it to be a stress free and enjoyable experience. Great coffee, superb food and friendly service (even when my wet coat created a lake on the floor). Recommended!

Have literally been served bacon when asking for vegan toast, and given cows milk, thankfully taken away before I drank it. Came for lunch for my 18th birthday and spend the rest of the day vomiting, and have previously felt unwell after going here. My guess is I was given cows milk instead of a non-dairy option which was asked for.

Can't get enough of this place; the hot chocolate is the best I've ever had and the wholegrain sour dough bread is absolutely delicious. The staff are warm and friendly, making you feel so welcome. Bring your kids too, there is a lovely park around the corner, or travel a little further a field to Delemere Forest. I definitely recommend a visit!

Bit over priced for what it was, especially as the millionaire short bread wasn't home made. Plus plates were chipped that the hot chocolate came on and staff were chatting quite loud amongst themselves behind the desk.

Just had the most amazing eggs and bacon on sourdough toast, so had to share! Great service, delicious food (cooked to my personal perfection 😉) and the best coffee around….would highly recommend! Thanks and we’ll see you again soon

Excellent long black. The toasted banana bread with butter was fine, but nothing special. Friendly people, nice environment. Maybe a bit pricey.

Ate upstairs, for breakfast. Food was fine, but a bit pricy for what it was, bacon was cold but couldn't tell if that was because it was on top of cold avocado, or if it had been cooked earlier. Upstairs room was also really quite chilly in January.

The food and coffee are both amazing here! A little slice of Australia without the long haul flight. Been before and will definitely be back again. I really recommend the "one plus" - I'm not a fan of vegemite but even I have to admit that in this, it works!

Really nice place to have something to eat & drink. The coffee is inspired from Sydney, Australia & it's best Coffee money can buy. IMO! 😉 Staff were great, served me straight away & was really polite & friendly. If im ever in the area of Frodsham or en route down to Wales, I'll definitely pop In for a Latte x2 sugars again. ☕ made my days work a lot easier.

Had a wonderful first time experience today. My mother in law and I went in for just a quick brunch, but we ended up staying for around 2 hours. The drinks and toast were so well presented and the drinks came out nice and hot both times. My favourite was definitely the chai latte. The egg was very nicely poached. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the staff were all so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be returning and bringing more family and friends!

Lovely little cafe in Frodsham.Serves meals / snacks, drinks and a selection of very tempting delicious cakes. Ordered coffee and cake. Would have been 5 stars but lady got our coffee wrong as we ordered 1 shot and we received a double shot which was too strong for us. Good quick service. Enjoyed our visit there despite the mix up over the coffee which they quickly changed for us.

This is a smart coffee shop on two floors with friendly staff and a good selection of food and coffee.We both had sourdough combos with my wife enjoying the avocado, vegetables, chilli and bacon with extra tomato and i really enjoyed the poached egg and bacon whihc was perfectly cooked.To finish we had an ultimate brownie, perfect and a very good blueberry bakewell.

I live in Frodsham and go to Brew and Tucker as often as I can. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere is great and the coffee is the best I’ve ever tasted.

Foud this place by accident & it was great.Excellent service from lovely ladies.Shared a tomato & feta cheese sourdough sandwich with chilli - delicious - wish I had added avocado.The tea tasted wonderful - mjust have been the cups - like the loose leaf tea in the special teapots.

I use this place about once a month and it is always warm and inviting. The staff are obliging and the food - simple stuff on toast - the sourdough is the best - is always great and filling and I reckon good value.Why they serve vegimite when we have marmite is a mystery - but I am told some people like it!

I’ll start with the positive - staff were friendly and the cafe itself looks great - nice decor, layout and crockery. However we were reallly disappointed with the food. Ordered soup, which came in a tiny bowl with thin slice of sourdough cut in half. The soup didn’t taste home made and the portion size was ridiculous- it might have satisfied a child. It cost £5.50 - the mark up must be incredible! We also ordered egg on sourdough which was better but again the bread was sliced too thinly and the egg tepid. The coffee was good but served in a glass which I always find annoying as you can’t pick it up until it’s cooled down and then it’s not pleasant to drink. It could be a great cafe but at present it’s not and I wouldn’t go back

Just so that I was sure I was being fair, I have given this place two bites at the cherry and unfortunately it failed to satisfy on both occasions. When we first heard there was going to be a more modern cafe/coffee shop in Frodsham we were genuinely excited. The decor and the staff are lovely........but......the food is awful. This isn’t a preference or a matter of taste. The bacon is poor quality and not cooked through and so is fatty. The avocado smash still had small pieces of skin mixed in. The sourdough toast was cut so thin that when toasted there is no moisture left in the bread and it felt like biting into a cracker. The actual crockery also had that wet dog smell as though they hadn’t been washed properly.They in my opinion are seriously missing a trick here because this place could be a goldmine. If they actually tap into the local produce in the area and start putting some quality food on a plate and start paying attention to some of the feedback then....and only then would I return.On a slightly more positive note, the coffee is really good!

Been to B&T numerous times & it’s consistently good. However, I just think it’s so expensive given the portions of both food & drinks. I was really shocked to pay nearly £50 for 3 people today. A poached egg is £1.50 extra per person & a few cherry tomatoes are £1.00 extra per person....that’s excessive I think. I’ll have to save our visits there for really special occasions in future.

After a few visits to Brew and Tucker I can confidently say breakfast is excellent, with the coffee being a particular highlight. Freshly made toast with various toppings have been sampled and all have been consistently good. The coffee is the smoothest I have had anywhere. The pace to go to in this area if you are looking for a wonderful breakfast.

Called in here on Saturday for a quick drink and was very impressed. Really lovely place with a nice atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. The drinks we had smoothies and they were great. Would recommend here! next time we will call in for some food as the menu sounded really nice.

Went on Saturday for brunch with friends whilst staying nearby. Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere with a very relaxed vibe. Really nice coffee. We arrived early so not much of a wait for drinks or food and our food all arrived at the same time, despite ordering in 2 separate parts. Good choice on the menu, built our own breakfast. The server was also very honest, as she told me when she brought over our drinks that she'd charged me twice for something, which was refunded swiftly before I left. Would definitely go again.

My wife and I went here last week to grab a quick coffee. However my coffee was stone cold with any hardly taste of coffee at all ( obviously scrimping and trying to save cash by being mean with the amount of coffee they put in )I complained about my drink and the cafe assistant who served it just laughed at me and walked off , came back around 3 -5 minutes later smelling of cigarettes, so instead of replacing my drink preffered to go outside for a cigarette instead.WHAT AN ATTITUDE !!!! Avoid .

Went in out of the heavy rain to find a buzzy little coffee shop with charm and character. Really good toast (even better with Vegemite!) and coffee. A real find compared with boring corporate Costa 100m away. Deserves all the custom it gets!

This is Frodsham hidden little gem. To get fantastic quality coffee and scrumptious sourdough toast with smashed avocado you usually have to venture into the trendy cafes in a city. A extensive smashed avocado on toast menu with many additional toppings, organic cakes, fresh smoothies and top quality coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. The service is attentive but never overpowering and in your face . Love it !It's worth a detour from Delamere or perhaps a day trip by train from Liverpool or Manchester .

Such a great surprise to find a quality cafe serving excellent coffee in Frodsham, Cheshire. The owners spent time in Sydney and have brought the quality and service found there. As an Aussie who has visited this part of the UK many times, finding a cafe just like home was a godsend.

This cafe provides variety of healthy good tasting food which caters for veggies. The atmosphere is nice and chilled. Great place to go and relax and enjoy food/drink.
