Had the tuna toastie and a latte. Toastie came with small salad and crisps. There wasn't any cheese in toastie so the tone was very hot. It actually burnt my tongue abit. Otherwise, it was nice.

We tried this place once before, very bad experience, so after almost a year we decided to give it another go, we’ll, the staff were still extremely rude,i have said before Catherine is very fussy and asks a lot of questions about the food etc, so when the questions started (which I’m used to) the attitude and arrogance of the server OMG, take it or leave it attitude, so I left it and walked out, so I still don’t know what their produce tastes like, we drive into Ballymena and had lunch at the Tullyglass House Hotel where we had a lovely experience

I have been to this lovely little spot many times. On an early Saturday morning things didn't turn out so well. Called in 10.30ish with my sister (who had traveled few miles) for coffe/scones. Bit of a que inside we were offered a table by customers who had finished and were leaving but politely declined as large group in front of us. When we eventually got to be served staff member informed us she couldn't take our order. That much I had worked out as no free tables. My big gripe was no offer to stand by until she would sort out next available table (were at least a couple). There were a few more people behind in queue so therefore they would have to leave also. This is not good for business. I suggest they sort out/rearrange their wonky table set up ASAP! I'm afraid I won't be back which is a shame as I live in the village and like to give all the local businesses my custom.

Lovely cafe; great food; good service; funky decor and lovely crockery. Only negative - it is tight for space (but they can squeeze folk onto tables outdoors if dry(

The Easy Ramblers had delicious tea, coffee and snacks on Sunday 5 May. The best cappuccino EVER, according to my husband. A lovely venue, with excellent service.

We have always enjoyed a coffee or lunch in Brew, usually on our way to the north coast and the staff have always been so friendly and the food is great. On this occasion I was there with my sisters and we enjoyed coffees, hot chocolates and delicious traybakes. This was after 2pm and the cafe wasn't busy. After about 50 minutes we ordered another hot chocolate and traybakes. As soon as the hot chocolate was finished it was abruptly lifted off the table and we were asked to leave as there were 4 ladies waiting for a table for 4. The ladies were locals and were already sitting at 2 tables of 2. We were absolutely disgusted at how we were spoken to. If we had been asked nicely there wouldn't have been a problem. One of the ladies apologized to us when she realized we had been asked to leave so she could have our table. Not good Brew!! We will be back as we enjoy the food so much but hopefully we'll be treated better next time.

Ballymena performance running would like to thank the staff at Brew Broughshane for their excellent service over the many Saturday mornings we have visited (after a very tough training session) The menu in Brew gives our athletes a great variety of choices. The service is always very professional and extremely friendly. I also noticed that a lot of keen cyclists frequently call in another positive testimony to their menu, service and immaculate coffee shop. Many thanks to all the staff there a winning team 🥇 We Look forward to seeing you all soon. Robert McGaughey Ballymena Performance Running Coach

Certainly a nice place for an ice cream on a sunny day if you're around Ballymena.

First time trying this Chinese, fancies somewhere new. Ignore the good reviews, they are from over 3 years ago & the place has certainly went to the dogs. I ordered chicken curry, fried rice & salted chilli chips, this was to share between 2, as we usually do. Service was fast, priobbly because they were quiet at 6pm on a Friday, maybe that should have been the tell tale sign. I had rang the order through & collected, the place had an odd old musty damp smell, if I had known that 1st I wouldn't have ordered. I was so disappointed when I got the food home. The salted chilli chips had a strange aniseed smell & looked like they had been scooped out of a bin. I know they likely weren't but they didn't look fresh & looked dirty with all the spices chucked over, no veg like I usually get from my usual Chinese. The chicken curry came in a small foil tray, such a small portion, definitely not enough to share. The actual curry sauce had a nice flavour, at most I for 4 very small bits of chicken. The fried rice needed to be fried more. Although the meal cost £13.10 there were no free prawn crackers. Needless to say I won't be back.
