Good stuff. Only missed out on the fifth star because the toast was a bit soggy from the foil it was in, however it was packaged separately from the rest of the meal which was a good move and shows conscientiousness you don't see often. I do recommend them!

Walked in to Brenda’s cafe, for an English breakfast , sausage bap and a kids ( 5items for £5) breakfast - friendly greeting, great prices, good food , prompt service. Customer centric.

My first order, i was tad hesitant due to the distance (Chellaston) but, i need not worry. My order was exact , on time and still hot, even with the roadworks and most importantly tasted delicious . Perfect - Many thanks

Food lovely, hot on arrival but delivery REALLY slow. My sons order which was place after ours, arrived 20 minutes before ours. Would'nt hesitate to order again from Brendas but would collect next time.

An excellent cafe with a great selection of food options, the breakfasts are amazing and great value.

Ordered a vegetarian breakfast as I don’t eat pork and I got a normal breakfast with sausage and bacon. Cafe wasn’t very helpful! Told me to either make my way to the cafe to get replacement or reorder lol

Breakfast was okay, would of been perfect if they remembered my hash browns which was disappointing.

Went into store was asked if I wanted sauce and butter to which i responded with red sauce and butter on both.. I've ended up with 2 cobs that have brown sauce and red sauce on both that won't get eaten. I believe it's because the cafe is so noisy so staff can't hear. I'd paid 4 pound each for cobs that won't get eaten. It doesn't seem alot but they were bought out of convenience and I've had to cook my own anyway..

Great little cafe - called in to the cafe after being disappointed at the car museum nearby that stopped serving breakfast. The owner and staff all super friendly and great value breakfasts here at fantastic prices too. Couldn’t believe how busy it was - but food still came fast and hot 😋

Yesterday I went to Brenda Cafe to collect an order for delivery after I collected the food and came out the restaurant I had forgotten to shut the door because it was already opened and one of the staff which Is bit taller than everyone being really rude said me to close the door before you leave because it's cold and before i leave i saw that guy kept all his windows open when I asked y? He being pissed with my question and being rude again & again

Meant to order for delivery but mistakenly chose collection, rang up to see if it could be changed and was told they would deliver this personally for me for a small fee, absolutely incredible service and good food! Highly recommend

Ordered my food at 11am and it eventually turned up at 1.30pm had hairs in the cob and was stone.cold due to someone actually peddling on a bloody bike to get it here a waste of £25 will never order from here again You messaged back saying that it is not under your control what vehicles uber eat delivery drivers use but forgot to mention and take responsibility for the giant black hair in the cob absolutely disgusting 🤢

Food was beautiful, although could do with being a bit warmer and sausages are a little basic. Staff are friendly and couldn't do enough for you. When next in derby we will definitely be back 🥓 🌭 🍟🍳

I decided to give Brenda's café a try based on friend's recommendations and chose the big breakfast. The eggs and sausage were quite good, but unfortunately, the bacon and other items were overly greasy, to the point where I had to dab the bacon with a napkin to remove the excess oil. On the plus side, the delivery arrived well-packaged. Overall, it was ok, though the excessive oil was a downside

Don’t order chips with burger cuz they never give them you twice this has happened now

Do not try and have a delivery on a Saturday morning. Ordered online with uber. The delivery driver called me after he was at the resterant for over 30 minutes and I'm trying to contact the cafe by phone and just rings straight through and says that this number is no longer available when it does ring.

When I ordered was told 12/12.20 delivery it came at 13.45 and when arrived there was no sausages on one breakfast

Lovely cafe for breakfast and lunch foods! My partner and I were in Derby for a few days and came across this little gem! Ended up going two days in a row. Staff are super friendly and food was spot on! I ordered Brenda’s Big Vege Breakfast and my partner ordered beans and eggs on toast! Will be back for sure when we’re next back in Derby!

Brilliant food. I have grabbed "Brenda's big breakfast cob 3 times on the way to work this week. It is absolutely delicious and keeps me going for several hours. The shop itself is lovely, the staff are friendly and chatty. Lovely environment. If I could I would give it a 100 star rating. Thank you guys 😊😊

The food is decent and the price is okay but they can't do collection / delivery well at all. You can call up 30 mins before but they will still start preparing only when you actually turn up. I think the same happens to the drivers when you order on deliveroo / just eat. So they will keep putting you back in the queue until you turn up and stand there for 15 mins. And they say "we wanted to give it nice and warm and fresh" for you... They play around too much with the queue in general and can't push it out quickly. Also the ventilation is poor so even turning up for 2 mins means significant grease smell.

Loved the food just a tiny bit dry without sauce but other than that it’s mine and my partners favourite breakfast place
