Shocking cheeseburger no taste and ghe ribs were horrible this is the first time it's been this bad it was also half an hour early!

They used to charge you 50p for a card payment on an order under £5 now it’s £10 they are an absolute disgrace in all my years I’ve seen several owners of this chip shop these are by far by a long way the rudest and worst

If you traversed all of the British Isles you'd be hard pressed to locate a more astonishing chip shop than Bredbury Fish Bar. This is not a chippy, this is the chippy, the preeminent chippy and all other iterations of chippy's fall flaccidly to the wayside against the earth shattering grandeur of this establishment. I cannot recommend this purveyor of food strongly enough - words are not sufficient. It's imperative we continue to finance this operation for the good of humanity.

Really really good Chinese food, and also very consistent every time, which I find is a downfall of Chinese sometimes as it can be inconsistent. But not here, never had a bad meal. Also they make some of the best salt and pepper chips I have ever tried! 😋 🌶 🧂

I don't know if i should even do review as based on experience pre Covid, bits and bobs since lockdown ended and perception updated latest menu. We've had meals that were excellent, salt and pepper ribs, BBQ ribs, chilli shredded beef and all that has been very good. A snack i had was chop suey roll and hot/sour soup lovely. Fish and chips had few times and I've not found the best. Fish greasy. And I'm old and definition of a good chip is hard to find from most takeaways. But i hear management has changed? Not so sure. Then latest menu there is one choice of fish and it's £5.40 i think. All takeaways getting expensive. But that's going some on fish. But that stands out as one item , overall the increases on all menu items is not that bad compared to other takeaways in area

Great for a Chinese meal. Nice and hot and we're able to cope with .y garlic allergy. Really enjoyed the meal. We will return.

Excellent pricing and value for money! So good we had a 2nd meal this week. 1st meal for 2= cod & chips, Chicken & Blackbean Sauce with bolied rice. The Cod & Chips were huge, easily enough for two peeps. Large portion of rice. All piping hot. 2nd meal = beef/tomato soup, chicken/ sweetcorn soup, combo starter for 2, Special Garlic sSauce, Pork Curry both with plain rice. All absolutely gorgeous! Would highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waited over 1hour and 25 minutes for our food !! After been told it would be 45 mins It arrived hot thank God ! But sweet and sour face was watery! Not good service waiting that long

Very friendly and efficient staff. Large portions for the price. A wide variety of dishes including Thai, Cantonese, Chinese, English and Mongolian. Tasty and well cooked.

I like the chips, it's rare these days to find good chips and they sure know how to do it well at a great price. I always go with large chips and their large portion is the best around so will keep my custom

I like the fact that you can call ahead and they greet you at the door upon arrival with your order in hand. The fish and chips were as traditional as you can get, they've been doing this a while, you can taste it!

Absolutely disgusting attitude off the main lady at the front with the glasses , she threw my bag off food at me on 2 occasions and was very nasty towards myself . Portions are tiny and the price is sky high !! I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star as this place is appalling , there were flies everywhere and it was very unhygienic

Love this place, once got caught out, because they delivered early. Can't complain tho, they were quick. Food is always nice. If I was to remove a star, it would be because they only accept cash. I'd they utilized delivery and food apps i think they'd be incredibly busy.

Fish was tasteless Luke warm with soggy batter, disgusting i couldn't eat it, only went because Matt's plaice was queing down the road, normal chips are nice but salt and pepper chips were bad too, i should have gone to Go Thai down the road but it's a long wait there too.. With good reason, fish bar was almost empty, proof is in the eating! This place has gone to dogs since changing hands recently, avoid.

Really poor takeaway the food is never the same as, over cooked food and constant price rises, I wouldn't mind the rise by nearly £1 on some item's if it was cooked right new takeaway me thinks.

Me and teddy think its its bobbins, horrible staff and 1 of our cats is missing.

We have been here a few times and only the odd meal was nice. Tonight when we ordered the chips were half cooked the sausages wernt all that nice a and the noodles did not even get ate. Iam sorry too say we are never ordering again..

Great if you want to order something and then find there is a shed load of gravy and mushy peas lobbed in there (no mention of this on the menu and had it been I wouldn't have ordered it) turning a £6.40 meal in to something I'd normally get for a couple of quid, time for a rethink of where I buy from me thinks.

It was the worst place I have eaten I got food poising from s sausage I bought which was not coked well at all, I would highly recommend anyone to not go there. Also the younger employee that works there is rude and not welcoming.
