Very good place to have hand tossed burgers and gourmet pizza . Totally mouthwatering menu. Ordered many times during midnight using just eat, deliveroo and uber eats. Very good taste and good customer service.Thank you braw burgers and pizzas team.

My order took a long time but im only 6 minutes drive avay from the store and also my food was cold and burn and i ordered sweetchilli dip i got ketchup and the dessert was small also the staff on the pone was rude.

Scam restaurant, please don't place orders in this restaurant and don't waste money. My friends and I stayed up late waiting for them to deliver, occasionally calling them, they kept saying they would deliver immediately. I kept waiting until they closed , but they still didn't deliver the food to me. I applied for a refund and even retorted that I was scamming money. They can't even provide evidence that the order has been delivered or that they called me. When I saw that there were so many people whose orders were not delivered on Google Review, it was obvious that it was not me who was scamming money, but they were scamming money. This kind of fraudulent restaurant should not exist, they profit by deceiving others of their money. I really don't want anyone to be deceived again!!!!!

Amazing food every single time! Super quick service and such lovely staff too. Definitely our favourite burgers for take away, the portions are huge!! And really generous with fries too. There are some poor reviews on here but it’s clearly not on the fault of BrawBurgers. Will order here again and again. Best take away in broughton / canonmills by a mile. Can’t recommend it enough. We usually get the burger meal for 2 which is incredible value for money. And with the discount they have running now we only paid £24.99 for two cans of juice, two HUGE cheeseburgers, two portions of fries, and a complimentary cheesecake. 10/10.

Scam do not order !! ordered on deliveroo. Was meant to come at 5am, it is now 5:25 and still restaurant can provide no update on location. Phoned up and they said to wait another 5 to 10 mins however still no sign of food. Deliveroo cannot refund as deliveries are done by the restaurant so probably £30 down the drain.

Ordered food for a customer to our premises. They couldn't get in contact and instead of coming into the venue they left the food in the street which then got stolen and refused to refund the order. Terrible customer service.

Uber eats order: I ordered a small pizza, 2 garlic Mayo, and a coke. Food arrived on time. The pizza was tasty and obviously made with care (pizza dough/crusts 10/10). The best part of my order was a slice of complimentary raspberry ripple cheesecake which was a lovely bonus (not ordered). This was a 10/10 takeaway and I would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Good pizza, I had the BBQ chicken and quick liked it. The dough was perfect for me, soft but flavorful. Also quite a fan of the garlic mayo. Real happy I tried it. My only complaint was that the togo container for the chocolate cake was a little small so the frosting all stuck to the lid, negligible issue but one that should be addressed.

Ordered more than 2 hours ago, the status is “preparing” for 2 solid hours, first time I called she said it’ll be delivered shortly, an hour later that I called it was busy and is still busy and no bloody food. Ordered via deliveroo and the reviews were good there. So so bad and I see that’s what they always do and then reply with lies. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE They should be removed from apps too cause they’re fraud.

This place used to be amazing but in the last year or so it's heavily gone dowm hill. Received the wrong order and when i called up they told me they would bring the right pizza out (not a fresh one but the one that they left in the restaurant) they would also collect the wrong pizza that i had, i can only assume to deliver to the correct person which is just nasty. Who wants to eat a pizza that's gone on a wee road trip for the past hour or so? Nasty. We also got a burger which was soggy and inedible. Definitely avoiding this place for now. Shame it's not as good as when it first opened. Those were braw days. Now we are in Raw days. P. S also 14quid for a tiny pizza is a rip off

Received the wrong order. Tried to eat it, but honestly I couldn't - pizza was chewy and cold, burger patty was dry and cold, bun was soggy. I had one bite of the burger and two slices of pizza because I was so hungry, but had to throw it away because it tasted so bad. McDonald's would have been a better choice.

Took forever to deliver food. Chased, assured it would be 10 minutes, took another 30. All told, 1 hour 15 between order and delivery

First impressions are the place needs a clean and tidy. Floor needed a good sweep, you could see the fans above where the burgers are cooked hadn't been cleaned in days (I used to work in Burger King). Bottles of soft drinks lying about on the floor in the customer area. Burger was OK, good size, a bit dry and had a couple of hard bits in it (nothing worse than surprising food texture). Chip portion size is massive but they didn't taste great and had a bit of an old oil smell. Perfectly edible, just not very nice. I was torn between 2 and 3 stars but thought about it and I wouldn't go back here so 2 it is. Also a tenner for that was OTT. Go to Five Guys instead.

Overall the food was pretty good. Downside was the lentil burger i had, there were too many flavours going on with coriander, goats cheese, flavoured veggies. Too much.

Order took 2 hours to arrive (1 dirty fries, 1 burger, 1 hot dog, 1 portion of fried chicken, 1 milkshake) which was 1 hour later than quoted arrival time. My partner and I called 3 times and each time the woman answering the phone was very rude/hung up on us when we asked the status of the order. She was no help whatsoever. In fact the third time we called was because she said she’d put us on hold to check where the driver and simply hung up and never called back. The delivery driver got lost and called us so we had to give him directions to our flat. When we received our food it was not as described/inedible/deadly: -My girlfriend ordered an Oreo cookie and cream milkshake - she received a Nutella milkshake and had a severe allergic reaction, having to use her epipen -the milkshake came with a blank unfilled in label, you might kill less patrons if you fill this in -Fried chicken was so over cooked and cold you could break concrete slabs with it -dirty fries were supposed to come with bacon, grated cheese and “drizzled with jalapeño cheese sauce”…it wasn’t drizzled with anything. It was stale chips with inedibly hard bacon and some grated cheese - there was NO cheese sauce at all -“bbq pulled pork with melted cheese” hotdog came in a stale bun with no cheese and no BBQ sauce, simply dry pulled pork and sausage Bitterly disappointed, especially with the customer service from the woman on the phone…oh yeah and almost killing my burd. Absolutely shocking company. Avoid at all costs ordered at 20:20pm. Told me they lost the ticket from just eat at 21:35pm and that they would get it cooked in 15 minutes and delivered 10 minutes after that. Food finally arrived 22:50pm, cold, and with only half the order. I phone up to ask for a refund but the woman on the phone kept telling us it was impossible for the food to be cold in apparently the 40 minutes travel (2.4 miles) to my flat, and that all the food had been delivered.

Good burgers delivered by Deliveroo

The pizza is delicious. We live close by so pick it up, meaning it's always hot. We stick with a margarita, and there is always a really good amount of cheese on the pizza, and the crust has a lovely hint of garlic.

Avoid! Ordered at 1755, just eat app said between 1845 and 1905. Called at 1930 hours and told half an hour. Food arrived at 2020 hours. Very poor quality, buns and lettuce were soggy, patties were dry and tastless. Fried onions were out of a tub, dry, crunchy and supposed to be cider (thistly cross flavoured). Could only taste the burger sauce. Not worth the wait. No apologies and staff rude on phone. Food in the bin.

Burger was soaked in sauce, bang average taste. Crispy “Chicken” has more breadcrumbs than any chicken in it. Delivery wasn’t as bad an experience as the actual food. No doubt better placed spending your money on McDonald’s instead.

Just received the thinnest most miserable chicken burger ever. The crispy coating was literally thicker than the chicken. Absolutely awful.

Delicious! I've had the dangerous burger a few times now (highly recommend)! Also used the option to make your own. Pizza is really nice, tomato sauce is rich and almost smokey. Not the cheapest place in Edinburgh but definitely worth it for a nice takeaway treat. Food comes hot, fresh and on time. Will definitely keep ordering from here and recommend to others 👍

Ordered two burgers, both of the buns had green mould on, and the chicken burger was pink and undercooked. Asked for a full refund which was given without evidence even being supplied which suggests they had other similar complaints the same night. Avoid like the plague

3/10 food with not the freshest ingredients Meat dry, cheese not melted, back bacon in a burger, shop-grade brioche. 2/10 asda-grade cakes - Avocado burger, sent with no avocado in it. + Delivery on time Overall wouldn't recommend

Away in Edinburgh working tonight and ordered the Blue Aye burger, then I looked at the reviews and started to think I'd made a bad choice.. I'm surprised at all the bad reviews, the delivery was fast and the food is perfect, for me it was a good experience and ill definitely recommend the burger 🍔 👌

the food is not worth the money, small portions the roll was soaked with a lot of oil or fat... the sweet potato fries were disgusting ! the food is not very good, I do not recommend the only thing that was good was the timely delivery.

Ordered off Uber eats, burger wasn’t worth the price, pizza was rubbery and the chips were poorly cooked and horribly seasoned.

Avoid, although I had no issues with delivery or my order it was the quorate tasting and looking food ever. I ordered a burger and chips and let's just say threw it away very quickly and eat something else at home. Listen to the bad reviews and don't waste your money

Terrible service ordered 2 hours ago, said 20 minutes on the phone an hour ago and no answer since. No sign of food and ignoring calls, avoid this place by far the worst experience I’ve had when ordering food this place needs taken off all major delivery applications, Disgraceful service.

My order arrived after 2.30h and I had no chance to get in touch with the restaurant as the line was constantly busy (and they didn't even bother to notice they were running late). Nevertheless it was tasting awful! My chicken was very dry and burnt. Won't order again for sure!

Ordered 2 burgers and piri piri chips. It came extremely late. They were not suitable for handling customers complaints over the phone. After waiting for 2.5hrs for food, they hadn't even made it yet. And then rudely said we can cancel it if we were to ask for a refund. Food actually came after nearly 3hrs of waiting. The spiced lentil burger was the worst I have ever had. The bun and the burger were burnt and had no taste whatsoever. Very disappointed! Would not recommend this place at all!

Would not recommend this place. Our order was accepted through the uber eats app but it didn't arrive for 1.5 hours. I called them to ask about it and they said it would arrive in 15 mins. After another 30 mins, I called again and they said actually their order machine's printer was broken so our order was never printed, even though it was accepted and they were too busy and didn't notice it. They said they could sart preparing the order now. I then asked if i could get a refund for the order since it's been over 2 hours already, and their resposne was - if you're talking about a refund, you can cancel the order and we just won't make it. I asked for them to continue with the order anyway, which came after another 45 mins. The veggie burger was burnt and dry and the peri peri chips was just chips! After taking close to 3 hours for the food to arrive (at 11:45pm), it was extremely frustrating that the food was not satisfactory either.

Not even worth one star. Ordered 3 burgers at 7.30pm and hadn't turned up by 10pm. Wouldn't answer calls and have ended up with no food. I would have been forgiving if we had some kind of communication but absolutely nothing.

Great food and plenty of it. Should put some extra effort into dressing the Burgers properly. Mine had all jalapeños in one spot. Only one piece of salad on it and not enough sauce. Chips were great. Haggis balls were brilliant. Packaged really well too.

Please use another takeaway - did not honour advertised discount! Meant to get a 20% DISCOUNT for 1st time order. When to pay and they refused to honour it and paid full price. Hate these kind of false promises. I will never go back again.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! Ordered through Just Eat, the accepted the order and all was well. we were going out half hour later to the Festival of lights. They kept delaying the order so we tried to cancel as we would not be there. They refused to cancel. We left as late as we could and the food was still delayed for a further 15 minutes. While we were gone they then said that the food had been delivered... to who exactly!?!?!? Now they wont refund our money back and I am complaining with JUST EAT. Companies like this deserve to out of business in the current climate as they take peoples money and then don't deliver and keep the money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Not a good experience with Braw Burgers 😕 ordered through uber eats with promise time at 25-30 minutes but was over an hour and a half late. When I tried to call the restaurant the line said it was busy so I couldn't even check up my order. When I eventually got through to them, the man didn't apologise for the lateness of my order and wouldn't let me cancel it. When it eventually arrived it was freezing cold and the burger bun and chicken piece was burnt. Never ordering here again 👎

I usually try to write positive reviews only, particularly for small businesses, but unfortunately I had a poor experience with Braw Burgers. The main problem was the delivery time, which was advertised on Uber Eats as between 25-30 minutes but it was ultimately closer to 1 hour 25 minutes. This may be a fault on the part of Uber Eats, not Braw Burgers, but when I phoned the restaurant directly for updates, on more than one occasion I was given false information and unfulfilled promises about when to expect the delivery. The food arrived very cold, so it's hard to make a fair assesment of the quality. The portion sizes are very large and I think the prices are quite fair for the amount of food you recieve. I wouldn't describe the food as high quality or especially tasty, but again that may be (at least in part) due to the fact it arrived very cold. I probably wouldn't order from Braw Burgers again, but I do hope that other customers have a more positive experience than I did.

Ordered chicken nacho burger, that supposedly has avocado as well. The avocado was did not taste fresh and was way too liquid. I did not like the taste of my burger at all. My boyfriend had a beef burger, which was fairly good, but a bit dry. We also had the sweet potato fries and some cake, which were great :) . I am leaving 3 stars, because I think the price is too high for the quality of the burgers and the delivery was late 35 min.

Honestly the best burgers in town! So delicious. I tend to always go for the wee cheese with extra crispy onions and it’s like I’ve died and gone to heaven. Love them x Update November 2020. A few months ago I ordered my usual and I was really disappointed because the meat was very chewy and knotty. I let them know in an email just because I’d want to know if it was my business as I wouldn’t want to lose custom. I didn’t get any response and then I ordered again thinking it was just a mistake and the same thing happened. I let them know again and I didn’t receive anything back again. I won’t be ordering again.

45 mins late and dry as anything. Ordered fries , chicken burger , and beef burger . Fry's were old and dry, far too salty, chicken burger was literally dry burnt bits of chicken with absolutely no flavour. There was no sauce at all and the bun was soggy wouldn't feed it to my dogs. Everything was old and had been out for delivery far too long by the time it reached us. Disgusting.

Burgers burnt, very poor inside. Had a burger with 3 prices of meat, one strip of bacon and half a leaf of lettuce... Delivery was late one hour, phoned twice to ask for a time... They said that the driver is on his way, I'm leaving 2 streets away, but was late 1 hour... I wish I had taken photos.. Highly not recommend!

Good clean tasty food but staff was not forthcoming with any helpful information off the menu. Would have appreciated any recommendations or offered combos & meal deals, especially for non locals (I think the lack of a local accent would have given that away).

Burgers are great normally, but I just had a horrid experience. They must of had a busy night and my order got lost. Not a huge problem, but when I called to enquire about where it was, the call handler was very rude in the way he spoke to me. Also said he'd call me back in 5 minutes, 10 minutes went by.... No call.... I called back and he said the food arrived 30mins ago.... Obv not. No refund. Hopefully I can call tomorrow and get it sorted. I'll post update. So close to my free meal promotion too only had two more orders to go! Edit: reading through the reviews, looks like I'm not alone in my experience. If I don't get my refund, might chalk it up to buyer beware 😂

Too bad... I ordered the Blue Aye which was delivered without the bacon, a very small portion of cheese and the burger was burned, and the Big cheese delivered without the crispy onion and also almost no cheese. Unfortunately did not took any pictures so was unable to report on the delivery app. Do not recommend.

Food was very tasty but absolutely stone cold. The doorbell to the station had not been rung and it was only when another fire appliance came into yard and told the delivery driver to go ring it that the food was delivered having been sat in yard for 20-30 mins. Pity.
