This place is amazing! It made me feel like a king! I never felt so personally well-treated by a restaurant!

Love the place, close to my work. They are always friendly and make a special GF burger for me.

The food arrived 1 hour 15 mins late and the burgers were soggy. The waffle was tasteless and had minimum sauce on it. We ordered peri peri fries but got cheddar loaded chips instead. We called the restaurant to let them know, the staff was too rude and he asked us if we have ever had burger before.

The waffle was also soggy and had minimum sauce on it, I was very unhappy with the service and phoned the restaurant and the staff behaved very rude over the phone and even dared to ask us if we were eating a burger for the first time. Terrible customer service, please do not order from this place.

I had the worst service ever! I called and spoke with one of the rude staff members at the front desk. His tone was unprofessional, and it was clear he didn’t know how to treat customers. I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes for my order, and when I finally received my burger, it was soggy and difficult to lift. When I called to express my disappointment, the person on the phone asked me a ridiculous question: "Have you ever eaten a burger before?" I will never order from this place again; it was the worst service I have ever experienced.

Good customer service by the staff, but terrible pizza and over priced for 10.99!!! Pizza tasted average, but very overpriced for a small pizza! Seriously add a springle of basil and origano

Second time personal takeaway, really good guys, even when was busy they accepted my order and made it really good, definitely recommend but please be patient to them, they are really busy especially during nights and trying so hard to make everything on time 😎

I ordered delivery and this was one of the best burgers and sweet potato fries! Can definitely recommend, worth the money :)

Classified as “takeaway” but you actually can’t put in an order and then go into the shop and TAKE-AWAY the food yourself, if you want food from here, even if you live on the same street and are willing to collect it you can’t, you have to pay £4 for delivery

Double Great burgers exactly what I ordered they were massive, beef cooked well, crunchy bacon , the crispy onions, extract chorizo for the spicy & blue cheese on the top, I didn’t had time to eat at work we’re kinda busy, We really enjoyed. Shout out to the person who went way and beyond for the support and great love for the business & costumer.

Pizza is absolutely gipping, this place needs to up its game. The cheese fries have the consistency of a brick and the mozzarella sticks have the consistency of a rubber boot never order from here unless it’s the last option. Braw burgers and especially stone willys are a last resort, they are the old but not necessarily always faithful. But the food is pretty much always rancid. Cheers you mugs.

Waited for almost a hour, phoned the restaurant for information on delivery and the woman was very rude, say we can cancel and was very persistent we should do so. I ask for a time for when it was coming and she said it was on the way already, even though we live 7 minutes away, I ask for a ETA and the woman again was persistent that we should cancel the order. Not impressed for late night food. We have been waiting for over a hour, still waiting- not expecting this to show up now. Go somewhere else.

Ordered my food not too long ago and as usual never disappointed this place is open until 5 am usually and much better than McDonald's and food quality than any other late night takeaway in Edinburgh. I love this place I love the massive burgers and lovely crunchy but fluffy inside chips too! Highly recommend the rosemary & salt chips always decent portions of food & lovely big patties on the burger's delivery is always fast and on time and staff & delivery driver are friendly as well will be back

I’ve had a few late night deliveries from here and every time the food and service is brilliant, literally can’t fault them. Dealing with Deliveroo is the only hard part when you order. Would recommend and go back. James

Ordered for the first time after being recommend to from a friend who is a frequent customer and was fast and hot and I even got a free cheesecake, will be ordering again!

Ordered through Deliveroo and nothing arrived. Escalated to Deliveroo who contacted restaurant who said they delivered to the customers hand. This a total fabrication. Do not use this company. Company now saying that Deliveroo driver delivered and has photo. However Deliveroo say that the company uses its own drivers and when asked them for proof of delivery restraint refused. Very shady

Ordered here through Uber eats, got the "big cheeseburger". Thing was absolutely massive, like I can eat but this was something else. Really tasty food, chips were super crispy despite being delivered honestly maybe the best delivery chips I've had so 10/10 there. Milkshake was amazing aswell. Even gave me a complimentary cake along with the food and a nice message too which is always a lovely touch! Literally the only criticism I have is the burger meat was slightly dry and overdone. It was so slight in comparison to the whole order it still deserves a 5 star rating. Highly recommend! 🎉

My order took a long time but im only 6 minutes drive avay from the store and also my food was cold and burn and i ordered sweetchilli dip i got ketchup and the dessert was small also the staff on the pone was rude.

Scam restaurant, please don't place orders in this restaurant and don't waste money. My friends and I stayed up late waiting for them to deliver, occasionally calling them, they kept saying they would deliver immediately. I kept waiting until they closed , but they still didn't deliver the food to me. I applied for a refund and even retorted that I was scamming money. They can't even provide evidence that the order has been delivered or that they called me. When I saw that there were so many people whose orders were not delivered on Google Review, it was obvious that it was not me who was scamming money, but they were scamming money. This kind of fraudulent restaurant should not exist, they profit by deceiving others of their money. I really don't want anyone to be deceived again!!!!!

Amazing food every single time! Super quick service and such lovely staff too. Definitely our favourite burgers for take away, the portions are huge!! And really generous with fries too. There are some poor reviews on here but it’s clearly not on the fault of BrawBurgers. Will order here again and again. Best take away in broughton / canonmills by a mile. Can’t recommend it enough. We usually get the burger meal for 2 which is incredible value for money. And with the discount they have running now we only paid £24.99 for two cans of juice, two HUGE cheeseburgers, two portions of fries, and a complimentary cheesecake. 10/10.

Scam do not order !! ordered on deliveroo. Was meant to come at 5am, it is now 5:25 and still restaurant can provide no update on location. Phoned up and they said to wait another 5 to 10 mins however still no sign of food. Deliveroo cannot refund as deliveries are done by the restaurant so probably £30 down the drain.

Ordered food for a customer to our premises. They couldn't get in contact and instead of coming into the venue they left the food in the street which then got stolen and refused to refund the order. Terrible customer service.

Uber eats order: I ordered a small pizza, 2 garlic Mayo, and a coke. Food arrived on time. The pizza was tasty and obviously made with care (pizza dough/crusts 10/10). The best part of my order was a slice of complimentary raspberry ripple cheesecake which was a lovely bonus (not ordered). This was a 10/10 takeaway and I would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Good pizza, I had the BBQ chicken and quick liked it. The dough was perfect for me, soft but flavorful. Also quite a fan of the garlic mayo. Real happy I tried it. My only complaint was that the togo container for the chocolate cake was a little small so the frosting all stuck to the lid, negligible issue but one that should be addressed.

Ordered more than 2 hours ago, the status is “preparing” for 2 solid hours, first time I called she said it’ll be delivered shortly, an hour later that I called it was busy and is still busy and no bloody food. Ordered via deliveroo and the reviews were good there. So so bad and I see that’s what they always do and then reply with lies. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE They should be removed from apps too cause they’re fraud.

This place used to be amazing but in the last year or so it's heavily gone dowm hill. Received the wrong order and when i called up they told me they would bring the right pizza out (not a fresh one but the one that they left in the restaurant) they would also collect the wrong pizza that i had, i can only assume to deliver to the correct person which is just nasty. Who wants to eat a pizza that's gone on a wee road trip for the past hour or so? Nasty. We also got a burger which was soggy and inedible. Definitely avoiding this place for now. Shame it's not as good as when it first opened. Those were braw days. Now we are in Raw days. P. S also 14quid for a tiny pizza is a rip off

Received the wrong order. Tried to eat it, but honestly I couldn't - pizza was chewy and cold, burger patty was dry and cold, bun was soggy. I had one bite of the burger and two slices of pizza because I was so hungry, but had to throw it away because it tasted so bad. McDonald's would have been a better choice.

First impressions are the place needs a clean and tidy. Floor needed a good sweep, you could see the fans above where the burgers are cooked hadn't been cleaned in days (I used to work in Burger King). Bottles of soft drinks lying about on the floor in the customer area. Burger was OK, good size, a bit dry and had a couple of hard bits in it (nothing worse than surprising food texture). Chip portion size is massive but they didn't taste great and had a bit of an old oil smell. Perfectly edible, just not very nice. I was torn between 2 and 3 stars but thought about it and I wouldn't go back here so 2 it is. Also a tenner for that was OTT. Go to Five Guys instead.

Overall the food was pretty good. Downside was the lentil burger i had, there were too many flavours going on with coriander, goats cheese, flavoured veggies. Too much.

Order took 2 hours to arrive (1 dirty fries, 1 burger, 1 hot dog, 1 portion of fried chicken, 1 milkshake) which was 1 hour later than quoted arrival time. My partner and I called 3 times and each time the woman answering the phone was very rude/hung up on us when we asked the status of the order. She was no help whatsoever. In fact the third time we called was because she said she’d put us on hold to check where the driver and simply hung up and never called back. The delivery driver got lost and called us so we had to give him directions to our flat. When we received our food it was not as described/inedible/deadly: -My girlfriend ordered an Oreo cookie and cream milkshake - she received a Nutella milkshake and had a severe allergic reaction, having to use her epipen -the milkshake came with a blank unfilled in label, you might kill less patrons if you fill this in -Fried chicken was so over cooked and cold you could break concrete slabs with it -dirty fries were supposed to come with bacon, grated cheese and “drizzled with jalapeño cheese sauce”…it wasn’t drizzled with anything. It was stale chips with inedibly hard bacon and some grated cheese - there was NO cheese sauce at all -“bbq pulled pork with melted cheese” hotdog came in a stale bun with no cheese and no BBQ sauce, simply dry pulled pork and sausage Bitterly disappointed, especially with the customer service from the woman on the phone…oh yeah and almost killing my burd. Absolutely shocking company. Avoid at all costs ordered at 20:20pm. Told me they lost the ticket from just eat at 21:35pm and that they would get it cooked in 15 minutes and delivered 10 minutes after that. Food finally arrived 22:50pm, cold, and with only half the order. I phone up to ask for a refund but the woman on the phone kept telling us it was impossible for the food to be cold in apparently the 40 minutes travel (2.4 miles) to my flat, and that all the food had been delivered.

Good burgers delivered by Deliveroo

The pizza is delicious. We live close by so pick it up, meaning it's always hot. We stick with a margarita, and there is always a really good amount of cheese on the pizza, and the crust has a lovely hint of garlic.

Avoid! Ordered at 1755, just eat app said between 1845 and 1905. Called at 1930 hours and told half an hour. Food arrived at 2020 hours. Very poor quality, buns and lettuce were soggy, patties were dry and tastless. Fried onions were out of a tub, dry, crunchy and supposed to be cider (thistly cross flavoured). Could only taste the burger sauce. Not worth the wait. No apologies and staff rude on phone. Food in the bin.

Burger was soaked in sauce, bang average taste. Crispy “Chicken” has more breadcrumbs than any chicken in it. Delivery wasn’t as bad an experience as the actual food. No doubt better placed spending your money on McDonald’s instead.

Delicious! I've had the dangerous burger a few times now (highly recommend)! Also used the option to make your own. Pizza is really nice, tomato sauce is rich and almost smokey. Not the cheapest place in Edinburgh but definitely worth it for a nice takeaway treat. Food comes hot, fresh and on time. Will definitely keep ordering from here and recommend to others 👍

Ordered two burgers, both of the buns had green mould on, and the chicken burger was pink and undercooked. Asked for a full refund which was given without evidence even being supplied which suggests they had other similar complaints the same night. Avoid like the plague

Away in Edinburgh working tonight and ordered the Blue Aye burger, then I looked at the reviews and started to think I'd made a bad choice.. I'm surprised at all the bad reviews, the delivery was fast and the food is perfect, for me it was a good experience and ill definitely recommend the burger 🍔 👌

the food is not worth the money, small portions the roll was soaked with a lot of oil or fat... the sweet potato fries were disgusting ! the food is not very good, I do not recommend the only thing that was good was the timely delivery.

Avoid, although I had no issues with delivery or my order it was the quorate tasting and looking food ever. I ordered a burger and chips and let's just say threw it away very quickly and eat something else at home. Listen to the bad reviews and don't waste your money
