Bravo! Bravo! in Hillingdon

Nos dieron la comida buffet como parte de un parque, el hotel y la comida de oferta. Obviamente este comentario sólo tratar con el buffet que estaba lejos de ser perfecto. Poca variedad para empezar, 2 posible principal,, pescado que hecha o chili, que era muy bueno. Con solo 4 o 5 lados vegetales o arroz este era simplemente no era lo suficientemente bueno. Desayuno en el mismo lugar era realmente muy bueno. La parte del restaurante donde comer su comida era precisión por un comentario anterior como un "café supermercado. No fue un gran comienzo de nuestras vacaciones ya no estaba destinado a ser un regalo. Evitar el buffet de la noche si puedes, pero tienen el desayuno. El personal era educado y servicial.

The food was good and the service OK. The menu has reasonable choices but the prices were aimed at a captive customer

British Airways sent us here. Terrible service. They put us in the section reserved for people with a voucher with a buffet that wasn't the worst I have seen but certainly not worth to be remembered.

We had an included three course meal - £34 for two not a bad price - but selection slightly restricted - we were not offered the buffet.

Yo y un grupo de colegas probamos este restaurante del hotel mientras estábamos en el Park Inn by Raddison. Fue una decepción. Sí, había 10 de nosotros, que no hubiera importado que esperar un rato, si estaba lleno, pero cuando hay 5 camareros y otros tres mesas en un restaurante mesa fácilmente 50 no empieza a preguntarse por qué todo nos llevó mucho tiempo. Esto incluye el agua del grifo, tuvimos que pedir lo mismo cayeron miembro miserable de personal tres veces antes de que lo que nos molestó a cualquier agua de mesa. Luego fue imposible tomar cualquier otro ojo, parecía que todo era evitar los clientes y cayendo en los bordes del restaurante con sus ojos.

El desayuno es muy bueno. Por desgracia no sirven café con leche que tiene que llegar desde otro restaurante que nos llevó mucho tiempo. El no son tan amable como los otros sitios en los que he estado, es como si no quieren estar allí. Casi no te dan una sonrisa. Las opciones de desayuno es muy bueno.

Breakfast choices are good, but staff is really beginners. Every morning there is a long queue in front of the restaurant. Haven't had dinner there, but the overal hotel experience wasn't really good.

An over priced Buffett serving low grade food...While staying at the hotel I used this once.... Never again. Service was terrible, atmosphere like a school canteen. Food is very mass cooked with no care, taste or quality.Hope this place has been sorted should I be back in the hotel again.

I really wouldn't bother - we ate there on the first night and the second night we had a curry delivered!

Buffet choice is disappointing. Can be long queues and food not always that hot. Staff sometimes forget they have sat someone where they sat you and when you come back from getting your food, someone is sat in your seat!

We ate here as a family of 4 following a busy day at Legoland & initially weren't planning to eat in the restaurant but laziness got the better of us (how I wish now that we had followed our gut instinct!). We weren't offered any drinks at all at any point during the meal and the food was massively overpriced. Food like penne pasta with plain tomato sauce probably costs pennies to produce, so does chilli con carne with fatty mince and undercooked rice. The food on offer was of poor quality and uninspiring considering the £18.95 price tag per person - plus a 10% service charge that is slipped in at the bottom of the paperwork... Having eaten in plenty of different buffet restaurants, I had expected a wide choice of food and good quality ingredients; however, I was left feeling unsatisfied and insulted - there is no way that the entire cost of producing the food that my family consumed would even have passed the £5 mark, yet we were charged £60 (as children under 8 are free). My advice? Avoid this place, it's awful!

Staying in hotel for a night after legoland. Too tired to look for outside food as the lady at reception offer me about 16pound per head buffet at bravo bravo. Food was ok but need a lot improvement. Service was really bad. The bill came @ 18.95pounds per head plus service (which I don't even been offered any drink). When I ask the waitress(Indian waitress) about why my bill was 18:95 instead 16:00 she said I have to get the voucher from the reception and pay from the voucher, so I mention to her that the reception didn't tell me anything about the voucher but I offered the waitress that I could go to the reception and get one and the waitress reply ( sir the bill already in system and I can't change it) and went to see the manager to speak about the situation and come back and expect me to pay the bill or sort with reception. Really I sort with the reception? Went to reception meet Maria wonderful lady very professional, she sort my bill out. Really sad when you have clean and nice hotel with professional front of house and ruin by service in restaurant( small issue unsolved professionally).

We were accomodated due to a delayed flight and were given a voucher for Bravo Bravo. Glad we were, the food was delicious (especially the salmon). The staff were very helpful, shout out to Cleston :) Atmosphere was very calming after a long day.

We were staying at park inn hotel to catch an early flight the next day so decided to try Bravo restaurant. The food is of good quality and taste very fresh. It was quite busy in the evening but we were very well looked after by a nice chap called Cletson. He was very friendly and professional and advised us about places to visit in london. We will definitely visit again.

very good food, tasty meat, good rink selection. the room service in this hotel is also very speedy, and friendly service all around.all in all a good experience

We were accommodated by British Airways at the Park Inn due to a flight delay and were given a voucher for a three course buffet meal at the Bravo ! Bravo ! restaurant.If the word 'buffet' had not triggered the alarm bells, the queue to get in should have done. We were led to a table in a works canteen / holiday camp type environment.It took me until halfway through my soup to discover that it was, in fact, mushroom. My wife's salad contained rice that was hard although in fairness, my main course of curry and rice was edible.The drinks were expensive - needless to say, these, unlike the food, was not free. My wife's wine glass had a massive stain running down it but the waiter did replace it.We retreated to the pub over the road called the Three Magpies and looked longingly at the nice comestibles on offer. We settled for some good value wine and ale instead.My early morning flight the next day meant that I couldn't sample breakfast at Bravo ! Bravo ! but that wasn't too much of a disappointment.

We went for the buffet as we were to,d there was a carvery here there was beef and Turkey to choose from but only roast potatoes and carrots for veg so quite disappointing. There were other dishes there to try meatballs curry pasta ect but I just wanted more veg.

The staff were very efficient & helpful. The breakfast was buffet style with both hot & cold dishes available. There were plenty of first rate staff available if you wanted any help. This is the first hotel I´ve stayed in where the plates for the hot breakfast were actually hot & the foods were replaced constantly; there was never an empty tray of anything. The food was of a high quality. perfect - nothing to dislike

We ate here twice for the buffet breakfast. Plenty of choice everything was fresh and service was good. Could do wi some vegetarian sausages or burgers tho

We enjoy coming here as a family, the children are always made to feel so welcome. The restaurant was very busy, however we were still given excellent service by the waiter, Cletson. Food wasn't great today but staff were very friendly and welcoming as always.

This is the worst hotel ever i have visited. I am an Asian and they treat us for the colour of the skin. Everytime at the restaurant they never cleaned our table. We were a large group and when we told them to clear the table for the rest of our colleagues to sit the waitress rudly said us to go to another table bt we stayed in that table with used dishes. At the restaurant it took 1hr 45mnts to get our meal and the others who came after that got the meal before us. 4dishes were delayed by almost 2hrs. They didnt even bothered to come and ask whether we got our dish until we made the complaint. The way your staff act as if we spending their money. This is not what we expect! Worst hotel ever.

This is the coffee shop, restaurant of the Park Inn hotel close to Heathrow airport.Breakfast is good service also good.The breakfast is mostly western with noodles and rice.

This was our first visit to the Bravo Bravo restaurant. We had the buffet. You could have soup, salads, carvery beef with a selection of vegetables plus a choice of shepherds pie, oriental chicken and rice , fish in sauce. A good selection. Then there was a selection of deserts and cheese and biscuits. The food was good. What made our visit so good was the customer service offered by Cletson. We were met by Cletson at the door and shown to our table then throughout the meal he was very attentive and friendly. His professionalism made our evening. Thankyou.

There is a 'cafeteria' style ambience to this place. We took the buffet recommendation and found the selection of starters to be adequate and main course selection to be better. A little surprised that even at 9pm the dessert choice was extremely depleted. The roast beef carvery was inedible but fortunately there was plenty of other options for main course!A large cola consisted of two small cola bottles at premium prices. A request for aglass of Pinot Grigio resulted in being told that was only available by the bottle, but that was then corrected. Overall a reasonable experience.

The A La Carte options are dull - and some replicated in the buffet. We chose the buffet to find much of the interesting cold dishes had run out at 1900 and were not going to be replaced and the hot dishes tepid.Cafeteria tables do not add to the ambience.Eat in the bar where the food is freshly cooked!Poor value for money even by Heathrow standards.

Absolutely horrendous restaurant. So expensive for a ridiculous amount of food. Me and my girlfriend stayed at the park inn hotel Heathrow after travelling from cardiff and was looking forward to a nice meal. What we got was nothing short of embarrassing. We walked into the restaurant and a guy lead us to a table while explaining we can order off the menu or all u can eat buffet. The menu had about 5 main course meals which were poor to say the least so we decided to go for the buffet. Possibly are fault for not looking at the buffet first but being hungry after travelling like were an thinking a buffet should have a wide selection, we couldn't have been more wrong. The choice of food was crazy they only had 2 stations of food and they were asking for £24 a head. I ended up having a slice of very chewy beef, sausage and chips you could use as elastic bands. When the bill arrived me an my girlfriend expressed are disappointed to the waitress and she asked if we'd like to speak to her supervisor which we did, he wasn't helpful at all an all he had to say was "that's how are restaurant is". I also explained that the quality of the food wasn't good aswell which he replied "I've only been called over to you because of the lack off food, nothing was said about the quality of the food". All in all this was the worst restaurant I'd ever been to. You'd be better off going to a mac Donald's.

We had a meal here last night and I found it a very mixed experience. The staff were polite, very professional, and genuinely helpful. The restaurant itself, however, struck me as a bit tired, and over hipped for what was actually delivered.The atmosphere was the first thing amiss. The restaurant bar was very, very busy and the noise levels quite distracting. While this did dissipate some in the course of the meal, it remained a lingering setback in the overall experience. We were seated at a far corner of the dining area, and found the tables to be more or less cafeteria standard, and our table was near a service entrance which was rather scarred and worse for wear.The food was good, though the portions were generally small. We had risotto which was thick and tasty, and had a sharp, well seasoned flavour. It was pleasant, but the portions as noted - small. For dessert we had the strawberry cheesecake and a cheese platter. The cheese platter was large and had a nice assortment of good quality cheeses and crackers. The cheesecake was firm, not overly sweet, and had a nice texture. The portion was adequate, but not outstanding for the price.In value for money terms it was okay, but seemed in the end a bit over-priced for what was received. Yes, it is a hotel restaurant and in London, and gave some impression of cashing in on a captive audience, rather than charging for quality. The 10% service charge tacked on didn't improve this impression any. All in all, I would rate the visit as a three and a half, with a little more care in the upkeep of the back tables, and slightly more generous portions the way forward.

I loved breakfast the most important meal of the day.Boy was there enough food here to keep the hungriest person full till dinner.Loved it loved it loved it the quality and quantity was outstanding.Keep up the good work its well worth another trip.I didn't feel rushed at all and could have sat longer than I had done.No one was trying to push you out to sit someone else.Cook to order was a good idea as I am sure lots of people like cooked breakfast me I love all the breads and the pastries.

Food quality was very good but the a la carte menu is very limited. Mainly geared towards an all inclusive carvery, which offered a reasonable choice.

I liked the cook to order omelette, the hot and tasty coffee and how spacious the restaurant was. Very busy, but I didn't feel rushed or crowded and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Definitely a plus for this hotel!

Same stuff day after day after day ..they need to try something inovative for the menu . Each hotel these days try to win guests from their stomach , this hotel .. Lost one guest .

many choices of food.. i enjoyed my breakfast during my stay. the tables were well arranged.the restaurant were very clean. and had a very nice ambience.the staff were nice to.

We were pleased with the buffet dinner and buffet breakfast that was offered. Both were plentiful and good quality.

A good choice of breakfast, and a reasonable buffet dinner for the price. My gripe would be that the staff don't explain anything to you about the choices, so we almost ordered a la carte until we realised what good value the buffet was. Can be difficult to get to the buffet when there are large coach parties eating together, so you need to be assertive! But the food was good considering it was a buffet.

Part of The Park Inn at Heathrow, the Bravo! Bravo! has an amazing buffet. You can eat curry or Singapore Noodles for breakfast! Very good value too.

Ordered from the alacarte menu one piece of chicken was cooked fine the other half was pink, when informed the waitress she took my plate back to the chef then 7 staff poked around the chicken laughing and gossiping. Waitress told me the chicken was meant to be pink, manager not interested. Still wanted payment! Have never made a complaint in a restaurant and was left feeling embarrassed and very disappointed. Cancelled breakfast booking in morning would never return.

It was an OK pizza, the wine was quite pricey but no more than similar places nearby. Service was good and it was handy for my room.

Excellent buffet dinner. Good quality food and dishes replenished regularly. Choice for everyone and some very tempting desserts. The addition of Christmas pudding was a nice seasonal touch. Bravo.....Bravo Bravo

Food was of poor quality and selection. My 11 year old ate hardly anything and was a waste of money. Breakfast was better.

The restaurant tends to lack atmosphere as it is on such a large scale, although the tables are well spaced. Friendly staff are quick to greet and show you to a table. The choice is between buffet or a la carte. The buffet was extensive and looked very good, but we opted for the a la carte and whilst the menu was limited, the food was excellent, well cooked and well presented. Service was attentive and quick and even though there was a regular turnover of diners, there was no pressure on us to hurry. Would definitely eat there again.

We tried to book a table using the popular Tastecard, we phoned in advance as they requested but was told we needed to book the day before to use that (first place, I've ever been told that). We asked again when we arrived at the restaurant but got rejected again. For those not knowing, Tastecard gets you 50% off lots of nationwide restraurants.We decided to go anyway and pay full price, as the carvery here used to be really good (20-10 years ago), under the hotel Excelsior name. We walked in, the staff seemed arrogant and the food looked awful. The only bit of meat at the carvery, was a small bit of beef the size of my fist, there was no fat (marbling) or colour to the beef at all, it just looked grey and dry. That was the only meat selection. There was barely anything else to choose from and to be honest I would struggle to pay the £11.50 the buffet would cost WITH the tastecard. The £22.95 just simply wasn't worth it, so we walked out without eating.The price isn't the problem, we used to pay £16-£20 at this same place 10-20 years ago (which in todays world, was more like £25) and would come from the other side of London to dine there and have a day out watching planes. However the standards then were simply a million miles away from that now. The local Toby carvery's have a much better selection and are better prepared, with a wider selection of veg and moist looking meat for a tiny £6. To charge £22.95 puts them on par cost wise with top Las Vegas buffets (The Wynn & Bellagio), which are excellent. The quality of that at Bravo Bravo makes me embaressed to be British, seeing as this place will be full of tourists, tasting our Roast Beef, we are meant to be famous for! DONT BOTHER, STAY AWAY!

Plenty of choice in this restaurant and reasonably good value. The restaurant got a little busy in the mornings, but we were warned to go down early.

Set price for all you can eat 3 course dinner at £22.95 per head. Children eat free. Good choice of starters, mains & desserts/cheese.

We were seated at our table to be told a waitress would be over to take our drinks order. Only 15 minutes later we had to ask for someone for drinks whilst staff were stood around talking. When we finally placed a drinks order we went up to the buffet which we was told was open until 10.30pm. As we picked up plates for starters they were taking away name tags and trays of food. We walked out of this restaurant which is a shame as food looked good. Very poor service considering its in a highly priced hotel and fairly high priced restaurant. Bad experience overall.

Stayed but one night to catch cruise transfer to Dover, July 6th. Bravo! Bravo! was the perfect choice, with baked salmon and beef rib, salads, pastas...and endless cheese including Stilton. Plus the service freshened up the entree selections readily. Strong coffee and decadent desserts rounded out our dining. Waitress was polite and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was good, as well. I recommend.

it's a buffet! i'm not found of buffets as the food is mass produced and left out. I once had canelloni there is was quite tasty surprisingly.I would probably recommend the Pulse bar is is right opposite, it's less expensive.

We live nearby and have eaten here many times. Sunday lunch buffet for about £10 - bargain. Kids under 8 eat free. Always good food. Drinks not cheap but overall excellent value for money. £20 for dinner buffet is also good value - good carvery and desserts.

The point of a buffet is to take what you like and leave for the others what you dislike. With this choice of food I was happy to try new dishes while the staff were cutting me good slices of meat. Even if the drinks are a bit expensive, service is ok.
