Very disappointed with the service here. gave me the wrong order. Missing items and they are not answering the phone. Took them very lonh to complete a simple order as well. Around 40mins for one meal

Shop was really dirty , stuff just talking with friends and food taste was really old

If you want a cheat meal this is the place to come. I ordered a peri peri chicken burger with 3 side dishes. Delivery was fast and quality of food was good.

The food was undercooked and dirty

They make fresh burgers piping hot and serves with good quality toasted buns, just the way I like.

I’m never re visiting this specific branch I ordered a burger meal and he just sat there not making the food and a couple mins went by and a family of four came in and the staff decided to make their order before mine when I came first

The wait time is not realistic, asked us to wait for 10 mins and it took 30mins. Lost my lunch break.

I used to order from here occasionally, and they were alright at first, but now they seem to be going downhill. It looks like they might be struggling. The place could definitely use some renovations. When you walk in, it sometimes looks like half the place is falling apart, and a closer look reveals even more issues.

Visiting this chicken cottage with family yesterday I had bought some chicken wings and burgers and was told to wait 5 minutes I am waiting 20 minute and once I eating the food it was not cooked! I am waking up with very bad pain in stomack and toilet problem also the young person look he suspected drug. This is not good as my childran are sock

The two brothers that work here are extremely nice. Always eager to start a conversation and never have an issue to serve. It's been clear they have been raised right, with how they treat their customers. Now, when it comes to payment and food. Yes, prices are a little prices and yes, they only take cash. But in this economy, that's fair. When it comes to the food, I am happy to disclose that every single time I have come here, the food was fantastic. The fillet burger is delicious. The fries, crispy on the outside - fluffy on the inside. The seasonings on the chicken are immaculate. The chicken strips, I have to be purely honest, they are out of this world. I am truly serious when I say this, you will never taste chicken strips this good anywhere else but here, in this Chicken Cottage. Of course, I have to mention that this is also the only place in the area trying to help fund the genocide that is happening in Gaza. With other businesses not having a care in the world, this one does. Thank you for your service guys. Keep doing what you're doing because you're doing it right.

this place used to be number 1 but now has really started to downhill. doesn't even taste like chicken cottage anymore. everything is too salty, there's no quality, no card machine anymore. cheap chilli sauce. I wish them all the best but I won't be going anymore

Fast and good customer service got my food under 5 minutes. Pleased with customer service they provided with excellent food but however I would recommend getting cash as they only accept cash and I hope they improve their chicken wings with more crispy texture and more flavour. Also add more seats as I had to do a Takeway and eat on the bench. But apart from that nice meal and well recommended.

Amazing food, and it's not even that costly. Their whole chicken is my favorite and is for £12. It's enough for 2 people. Their Peri Peri fries are delicious as well.

Extremy rude customer service from the horrible young lad running the till. DO NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT and make cutomers walk to the cash machine. once i finally managed to order my food and reached out to take it the horrible guy made a point to put the food on the counter and ignored my hand, digusting behaviour and very childish. stay well away!

I ordered directly from their website but regretted it immediately they do charge more for delivery than on ubereats so that was a fault of my own. But one reason I ordered from the website I thought the service would be the same. The food arrived cold and over 40 minutes which should be the latest for asap. They put a number for their store on the receipt and online but it cuts instantly when you call? I called about over five times. Not only that I was charged more for having a specific flavouring of my fries and this was not there either. I would not recommend.

Simply can not go wrong with the spicy mountain burger meal- I find it easily one of the best fast food burgers I’ve ever had.

The burger was fairly good but the price was quite absurd. 2 burgers for £13 is quite a lot in my opinion but other than that it was pretty good and was made quickly. I am just basing this review off the burger which I tried so the other options may/may not be good.

Ordered through JustEat, and all of my food was delivered cold. I called the shop immediately, saying that "drivers pick up the food without thermal bags" and offered to cook me FRESH food. I took all the food back, explained who I was and what I was bringing the food back for and then in front of my face prepared "fresh" food that was just as cold as what was delivered. Absolutely disgusting service. Shop is more than happy to serve lukewarm meat products to then blame delivery drivers for their own shortcomings. The person who I'm assuming was in charge for the day stated that refunds are only handled through JustEat, and did not wish to grant me an in person refund. I then stated I wanted a short note signed by him stating that the restaurant verbally accepted liability for delivering my order cold. Even after verbally confirming the restaurant accepts liability, he was not willing to provide any written proof of this. All he was concerned with was ending the conversation instead of providing any form of customer service. Absolutely disgusting service, cold and disgusting food. I've also put in a formal complaint through JustEat regarding the overall service and food hygiene safety.

Grilled chicken burger and wrap had burnt chicken, over cooked. Peri peri chips had too much seasonings. Disappointed in the food quality. Burger was so small. Wasted £13. Could have got better food from McDonald's or KFC.

Food was good but they take a ridiculous amount of time to deliver. The time shown was 35 minutes and food arrived 1hour 15 minutes later! You are much better off picking up or going elsewhere. They also have problems giving the right things when you order! Not a good experience.

Ordered from here a few times but the food just isn't fresh nor is it cheap. I'd recommend Mazaa or Roosters Spot. Both of those take aways have better consistent food quality.

I swear this is the best fried chicken I have had in years, the owner donated my bill to the Afganistan fund, absolute gentleman and the food was out of this world. Ordered a chicken burger with chips and some extra chicken strips and I got a small burger, old dry chips and they didn't have any chicken strips so they sent 6 tiny soggy oily chicken wings. Not impressed, will never buy again. Bad quality food.

Been here twice previously had an amazing experience, staff and the management are very attentive and patient especially since I'm sometimes indecisive, great atmosphere and seating to eat in available, very bubbly and up for a laugh, but also know they are working and remain professional throughout, Food is also fantastic especially chips with peri peri salt, and the filet burgers are cooked perfectly, not dry or chewy Thanks again guys!

Amazing service as well as food! Delicious fresh grilled chicken burger and the jalepeno cheese balls are too die for. The mozzarella sticks were on point ! Defo going back.

If the old man with beard is serving he is very stingy on giving Sauces and gives a dirty look if you ask for Sauces. Basically if you see the old man with beard serving don't bother going in.

I love this place! We've been coming here for years. The staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh and really tasty. Options vary to suit all appetites from small individual pieces to family-size buckets! Great value throughout.

I was craving chicken & chips, due to not many shops being open. but the sghite i bought, wooow the batter on the chicken tasted wack; like a very dry and old meterial .!avoid!.The customer sevice was good the brudda there was kool. I have no idea how often this place changes their oil ! You can taste it's old. I normally buy from KFC and what a difference. It simply tasted disgusting . Some of the chicken pieces tasted very foul and were inedible. I will be steering away from that place for good. Sort yourselves out if you want business!

Giving them three star because the chicken was not fresh I have purchased around 21:00 or 22:00 however the taste was fine as usual.

Disgusting 🤮 Ordered a half grilled chicken. The worker took a ready made chicken from a take away bag, ripped it open and chucked it on the grill. 5 minutes later I am served chicken that looks like it was half eaten by a dog ( not exaggerating). Finally when I ask for a refund the worker makes excuses trying to convince me the chicken is meant to be that way. Although I received a refund, I definitely will not be going there again and would not recommend the place to anyone.

THE WORST, OLD AND EXPIRED WHOLE GRILLED CHICKEN served to me as I came for the first time and didn't know their food would be so horrible; plus I decided to get the takeaway ...so they easily conned me thinking that a young uni going girl wouldn't say nothing !!! worst place ...should be shut down !!!

I asked for 4/5 items Saturday lunch time which were not available including grilled chicken, BBQ chicken wings and lamb ribs. The lady serving could care less and was so far away in thought that you didn't feel at all welcome. Unless you are desperate for fried chicken walk 1 mins up the road to pepe Peri peri and don't waste time or money on a business that doesn't want you there.

Me sirvieron pollo y papas fritas empapadas rosa cuando llevé a los nietos. No comer allí otra vez, cuando les pedí que el dinero nos dijeron que no! Lo único decente fue el perrito granizadas. Los nietos y nunca comí desde allí y nunca comer desde allí de nuevo.

Halal Fried chicken with good family meals at reasonable prices. Small space with only 2 tables to eat in.

They serve lovely crispy soft hearted chips. Amongst the best in West London.
