pretty decent food and service: not cheap but not very expensive either. Fairly quiet. Convenient for the hotel.

Normally I stay at the Park Plaza but due to the railway strike our company had us staying at the Crown Plaza. I ate at the Urban Brasserie and had the Murgh Makhani suggested by Sandra. She and Molly were great. It was a very tasty and enjoyable meal. Thanks!

We found this place to be convenient while we waited for our plane and before we could check in. Food was fine as was the service. A bit busy.

We had dinner in here last night. Creto who provided service to our table was wonderful and caring. We ordered lamb and noodle. Wow!! The lamb and rice was filled flavor. The “schichuan” noodle was so tasty to the point that I couldn’t believe it was cooked in outside of China, as we all know Chinese food from outside of China is not Chinese food. A wonderful and high class dinner from London airport! What a surprise!

Staff was friendly and the drinks were decent. Unfortunately the bar wasn't open very late so we had to take our drinks over to the nearest seating area outside of Caffe Nero.

At 9 pm Terminal 4 was nearly deserted, so I was pleased to find Brasserie open. The vegetarian burger was one of the best I've had, and the service was quick and friendly.

we had one night here on our way to somewhere else and as we weren't planning on going into London, we had dinner with friends/family at the bistro. I've had some pretty ordinary meals in transit hotels - usually adequate or they make up for bad food with quantity. The Aromi restaurant was a complete surprise - a good selection to choose from with vegetarian and gluten free options. They also have a very reasonable fixed price menu. The staff are very attentive and professional and the presentation really good. Top marks Hilton T4!

Most delicious and complete breakfast at an airport hotel. Great variety of breads, cereals, yogourts, fruits, hams, cheeses, eggs, etc. etc.

Always a delight visiting this Heathrow restaurant, great food, contemporary setting...love this place.....I wouldn't contemplate dining at Heathrow's terminals when this place is far far better

We had breakfast here which was okay, a little stingy on the serving size for the cost, staff was okay, not overly efficient and like the Chinese restaurant assumed we wanted to pay the 12.5% service charge added to the bill, which we did not.

We ate dinner here - the food was extremely good. My husband had the tikki masala, and I had their special soup and a sandwich. It was very well done.

The hotel is tremendous but the restaurant can let it down.Great that it is open from 5am but unfortunately unlike other Airport hotel restaurants I have experienced there isn't any hot food at this time! What a shame because everything else is good including friendly staff and good serviceThe bar area at night here is also excellent

Service at times is very slow. On my last visit there was also no buffet and the selection of the menu has reduced compared to previous visits. The hotel itself is conviently located within walking distance of Terminal 4. The BT Openzone Internet is not working reliably which is a real pain for business travellers.

We went out to lunch at the White Bear. I have been before but it was so long ago, long before it became a Heartwood Inn and I cannot even remember what year I last went in this pub was that long ago(although I did go for the Christmas market at the end of 2024) TBH,it is a nice pub lunch but with a twist. The decor is nice. I liked the addition of cushions on the seats to elevate the comfort of the back of the seat. It was very peaceful inside. The service is good and the staff were friendly and attentive. Requirements were handled well. The food was exemplary, the gluten free range has improved massively which is a good thing. There are quite a few options on the menu if you are gluten free. If you have ever been to TGI Fridays and needed to accsess the gluten free menu it is similar to how it is done here, just scan the QR code on the menu to find out. For my mains I went for the Chicken Roulade,it was delicious and flavourful. I added a bit of mash as an extra and that was delicious. The vegetables and tomato sauce were nice, despite that I originally requested not to have the tomato sauce, the tomato sauce came with the dish on a separate plate with the veg so I could try a little bit which was nice of them. The dish is part of the lunch menu but I was impressed about how good value it was,you would pay more in the Harvester for chicken! Onto desserts,I had the blackcurrant, rhubarb and elderflower and the vanilla ice cream. It was clear which one was the best. And drum roll…it was the vanilla it was very tasty. Blackcurrant was my second favourite and then the rhubarb and elderflower. TBH,they were all delicious and I would have the same scoops again. For drinks I went for the apple juice and orange juice(with no bits)which were delicious. The toilets were nice and the garden area is beautiful. I would highly recommend the White Bear in Ruislip. I hope to return soon.

We had an excellent experience. My husband and I ordered the bisque, the filet, the duck, the apple tart, and a bourbon old fashioned. We were impressed with the presentation and the flavors were unique and delicious. We were waited on by Raul and Liam, both very professional and also polite and personable. We highly recommend this place!
