This bar went our of business some time ago and is permanently closed. Judging by the Council notices in all the windows, business rates probably hadn't been paid?

We recently discovered this tapas place near work. They do really good value lunches - patatas bravas, pintxos, croquettas and pots of stews and we go there regularly. We recently found out they've started opening in the evenings on Thursdays & Fridays so went to check it out - they have a full tapas menu and happy hour sangria, wine and beer. It was really nice food, as authentic as most of the stuff I've had in Barcelona, friendly service, great atmosphere and cheap drinks. A real refreshing alternative to the suit-filled chain bars in this part of town!

2 Ecclestone PlaceThis Spanish tapas bar & restaurant proved a real gem of a find in Pimlico – granted, a friend that accompanied us on the day actually recommended it, having been there before. And it did not disappoint – with a wide menu selection offering too many delicious & tasty, authentic dishes, with some of my ‘favourites’ being Albondigas (meatballs in a red wine & tomato sauce), Tortilla Espanola (Spanish omelette), Chorizo al Vino (Spanish sausage cooked in red wine), Pollo a la Mostaza (Chicken in mustard sauce), and Patatas Bravas (Potatoes with spice tomato sauce), to name a few. Attentive, efficient staff on hand, with both indoor & outdoor seating available. I’d go back without a doubt! Highly recommended.
