Our first time at Nando’s and it did not disappoint! No fail comfort food, service was fast and staff was friendly. We also ordered the chocolate cake because we did not want to walk around for dessert anymore, and it was also good!

I was eating with my family, we were visiting the city. We went there and had a very bad time, the service was not bad at all but because we were tourists they made us pay a fee that we did not want, the food was not bad but I asked for it without spicy and when it arrived it had spicy powders, to go to the You had to go down one floor in the bathroom, so if you couldn't handle it, they were dirty. I WILL NOT EAT AT NANDOS AGAIN NO MORE SWIMMING

Scarce food, small quantity. And the worst thing is that they charged us taxes for not being English. In short, if we are tourists they charge us more. A scam, an elegant way of stealing. Nando never again

Valuation as little as possible. -10. Terrible treatment and attention. Not to mention the tax they charge you for being a foreigner and eating in London. A fee that you are not obliged to pay, but that here, in this place, you are forced to pay. You have to order online and when you go to order it turns out that the food is sold out... It had been recommended to me and what a disappointment... I won't be back...

Super delicious food. You take your own order, napkins, sauce and the like, which is very nice. We ordered bottomless soda, which can be recommended. We got grilled halloumi sticks, garlic bread, a beanie burger and a burger wrap. Can definitely be recommended!

The waiting times at Nando’s are far too long for what’s supposed to be a fast-food experience. I had to wait 15 minutes just for a table, and then another 35 minutes for the food to arrive—almost an hour in total before I could eat. As for the food, it’s not really to my taste, but that’s a personal preference. The staff were fine, but nothing particularly stood out in terms of service. Overall, the long waits and average experience don’t make it worth it for me.

In June 2024 we ate at Nando’s because we love this chain. My friend had a Burger and for me some chicken drumsticks. After this meal, I got sick, I first thought it was food poisoning because the symptoms looked similar. However, after a week it was still there. After consulting my doctor, it turned out that I had caught bacteria. So I had antibiotic treatment and a whole bunch of different treatments and tests. Currently, in October 2024, I have still not recovered from this problem, which is long and exhausting. I'm mainly writing this comment to warn people and to warn the restaurant to be really careful about this kind of thing because it ruins my life. The restaurant remains a warm place, where the team is attentive and where the young French man is really very friendly!! We had a great time, but be careful with your dishes!!

Great restaurant and delicious food. The only issue we've had is the waiting time for the table, which was 25 minutes.

Never miss with nandos food, yet this branch is tight and they forced us to sit near the kitchen area because we were two and the restaurant was full yet would not offer us another location The food is great as usual,but we did not enjoy the environment unfortunately

(Visited in June 2023) It was the third most delicious food I ate while traveling in the UK🧡 Still, it feels greasy, so I recommend choosing four types of sides instead of two and ordering the refreshing ones.

While we don’t eat much Nandos in Singapore, having a meal here was a good change, and a reminder of how good their food can be 👍🏻 Ordered the chicken butterfly, fries and broccoli to go with our dinner, and thought it was actually a good addition! The chicken was very tender, though it is definitely small and not filling for one. The chips were one of the best we had around London, absolutely loved them 🤤 I would return here for sure when we are having a chicken craving - a healthier alternative to the fried chickens with amazing chips 👍🏻

Extremely courteous staff, smiling and helpful in explaining how the place works which, for those who have never been there, may not be immediate. Really delicious and high quality food considering the relatively low price. We took a platter to share with 4 sides, all really good. I absolutely recommend you drop by. In the end we spent around €16 each which, for a dinner in central London, is more than honest

New York City needs Nandos. Popeyes, KFC, Canes, whatever you chicken chains you can name, Nandos got em beat. Butterfly chicken, four thighs, corn on the cob, spicy rice, and the best French fries I’ve ever had in the UK for a reasonable price? Plus a bunch of other options, sauces, and ways to customize your dish, I’d take the fam here every week if I could.

Tummy filling with an unlimited supply of Coke.The unlimited part was my favourite among all. Loved it ☺️

We went and the waiter very kindly gave us all kinds of information and recommendations, asking what type of food we liked in order to advise us on a dish. The food was very good.

It's one of those dungeon venues, where you descend below ground. Doesn't impact on the food, and the staff were great! But it makes the atmosphere feel a bit dreary and closed in.

For me Nando's is a fast food chicken institution. I arrived from Paris and I had a blast.

From the outside it looks closed. Went in anyway. There's only a dark counter in there for delivery service, I think. We then went downstairs to the rustic basement restaurant. Quite loud but very friendly service. Soft drinks can be ordered as a flat rate. You put together food and order it using a QR code on your cell phone. Is then delivered to the table. Cool thing. Dishes are listed on the menu with kcal. Very cool. Sauces and ketchup are taken from the shelf at the drinks counter. It was really cool there. I had a bowl. Crunchy vegetables but a bit dry. My companion's burger was also good. Can be done well.

Nando’s seems to have partially lost its way. I’ve been to this one before and try only to go out of peak hours as it gets very busy. That’s testament to its reputation as good chicken. I got ten wings to take away and waited 35 minutes. I could I was being served after orders placed online which was a little frustrating. I would’ve liked the flexibility to have chosen a mixture of sauces too at the till. That I didn’t realise that if you’re taking away you put your own sauces on. I requested some because the person infront of me did but I wasn’t prompted to by the server.who generally looked overwhelmed. The chicken was ok. It feels like other chicken places have improved their quality to compete with Nando’s and are now superior while Nando’s seems to be just trying to reduce cost as and such the chicken isn’t as good. Overall it was fine. Nothing particularly bad but I remember when it started out and was better than it is 20 years later.

We took a Full Platter. The chicken and sides were very good! Perfect quantity for 2. The staff were welcoming. Thanks especially to François, who, seeing us speaking French, tried to find out if everything was clear! We recommend without hesitation!

Great meal option in London. Foods and seasonings similar to what we eat in Brazil. I loved the Peri Peri pepper sauce.

Ordered directly through the Nandos website. Waited 25 minutes past the order ready time to be told there was some 'integration' issue and it would take another 10 minutes. Will not be ordering takeaway from this Nandos branch again.

By far the worst Nandos within their chain, whether it’s busy or quiet, lunchtime or after hours they never meet the time they state for food being ready, always stood around in a cramped waiting area for 15 mins+. It’s not the staffs fault, but the system they have there just isn’t working.

There are a couple of things that went wrong during our visit here. We were taken to our table and told to scan a QR code to order our food. Once we did that we were told that we shouldn't have but order and pay for the food at the cash till. The staff was nevertheless able to sort it out but, unfortunately the online order was not properly picked up and one of the dishes we ordered was brought with the extra spice sauce (instead of the one ordered). Again, things were sorted out by the staff but the overall experience was sub-par. The good was ok-ish but would probably not return soon.

Reliable food. Got 10 piece chicken wings with sides. New Mac and cheese was really good.

Got there at 19:45 and had to wait 40 minutes to have a table, acceptable since was a group of 6, but when got seated around 20:30 there was no more whole chicken. For a place that serves chicken as base, and at a Friday night at this hour it was not great.

Compact and cosy environment. Food was as you'd expect from a nandos. The layout is a bit odd, with the drinks machine around the corner of the ice and ice cream machine, so nearly never found it. Another solid Nandos

Delicious and spicy chicken! It ended up being a little spicier than expected but oh so good. There are extra sauces if you want to try other flavors and spice levels. All of them were good. Juicy and tender chicken. Place was clean. Service was great. The staff were very kind and helpful for our first visit to a Nando's!

I dine in regular as I work so close and I must say your staff Mohammed and Abdul the chefs everything about this place is top tier like street Nando’s I recommend everyone the vibes is right

Distressing experience for click and click here. Ordered for collection for 1pm on my lunch break, walked into pure chaos with a crowd of people also waiting for their orders that were delayed. Stood waiting for 30 mins and still no sign of order. Staff couldn't tell me how long despite me choosing a specific time! I requested a refund as I was conscious of time, really poor experience. You shouldn't have allowed for that many people to put orders through at the same time especially when you are also dealing with delivery orders! Won't be risking my lunch break like that again.

First time at Nando‘s. Very good food and unlimited refills for the drinks. The sauces are unusual and very tasty. The option to order online in the restaurant and then get it delievered to your table is great. Would love to return, can only recommend.

Went for takeaway. Slightly weird waiting area and weird vibe. Long wait, and they don't announce when your food is ready, which is also weird. Food was good though.

Such better fast food. Choice of chickens with different spicy twists. Optional attachment, or without. Everything is fast, you pay via gr code and then they start bringing you the order. Interesting :)

They have no WiFi to order on the app which makes the app pretty redundant. The service was really good but there was an awful smell by the bathroom and drinks machine which made the experience not as nice.

Muhammad was really lovely and served me and my friends with kindness and accommodated for our requests with compassion :)

Was busy lunch but everyone was efficient and food was perfect. Abdul was the guy taking everyone to their tables and he was amazing and so helpful. Props to him!

I have been to 4-5 different nandos outlets and this is one of the best ones. The chicken was so juicy and fall of the bones. It was cooked to perfection. The service was good as well. If you are trying to visit here then keep a close eye on the signs as it is easy to miss. We walked right past it the first time.

The location is really cool and you can see how your food is prepared. You get your food also very fast even if the restaurant is full. It's not pricey at all and our waiter Mohammad was also very sweet and looked many times to make sure we are well. We are not from Germany but Mohammad was patient and explained us all we needed to know. They have good staff and the food was delicious

Its a very beautiful and cool location with delicious food. The waiters are so friendly and especially Mohammad was a very prudent person. The food arrived quickly and you can choose between many courts and supplements. Overall it was a wonderful evening with delicious food.

Thank you for the welcome and more particularly to François, when he realized that we were speaking French he chatted with us in French, he was very pleasant throughout the service, a big thank you and good luck to this gentleman. A very good team, fast service, a first for my children and myself, we are on vacation and have no regrets about the choice of our cousin. See you very soon

Great place, good vibe. Went to eat here whilst visiting London. The service was ok, I asked for my mash potatoes to come first as I wanted it for my baby and they actually brought it last. Disappointed and sad 😞. Otherwise everything else was okay. I got assistance onto the elevator for the baby change tables which was nice. Some of the staff are very nice and helpful. It's located in a basement, can feel noisy and cramped up.

I had dinner today and everything was perfect. I can't understand some of the comments I read here. I had some problems with the application due to lack of Internet and Mr. Miguel promptly helped and as the food took a little longer (although I didn't notice), once again the same man came to offer a complimentary plate of olives. I will definitely return.

Nando's used to be semi wholesome. You used to be able to eat fairly healthily here and it was value for money at the same time. However, my meal tasted bland and just above the likes of McDonald's. The food quality has gone down and the price has gone way, way up. Welcome to the new normal.

Really disappointed with our trip to Nandos. We've used nandos many times and never had an issue claiming our emergency worker discount but the lime Street store were adamant they weren't going to apply it. Firstly (and this may have been our fault) we handed over our blue light card which has been accepted in 3 other nandos, we were then asked for ID to prove it was our card which we did. Then after some thought the cashier said that they needed proof of the work ID, we don't carry this around but had a photo of both our work ID'S but this still wasn't good enough. We understand that systems are in place so that everybody doesn't try walking in to get a discount but it could clearly be seen that we were eligible

Great food and atmosphere as expected from nandos, but they need a better queuing system at the door during rush hour. Had a woman cut in the queue ahead of me by insisting she had been there longer even though she just arrived and the people working couldn’t recall who had arrived when.

Our every Monday lunch place, unfortunately you can't book, many times we are rushing as we have just 1h break. Every time we have to wait in the queue, but food comes quickly and it's good.

We had to wait some time for the food, because it was around lunch time but boy was it worth the wait!! Great service from the employees and the food justifies another trip to London.

Restaurant is located in the basement but very cozy interior. Food tastes like everywhere amazing. During the office breaks it will get crazy full. First come first serve. Butterfly chicken still the best on the menu in my opinion
