Just visited for bottomless brunch-excellent nothing too much trouble Could have any combination of drinks and food as long as in the same package- staff excelent

Bradmans is always fantastic. Amazing wine and sharing platters, great atmosphere and friendly staff. We recently did their new bottomless brunch, which was so much fun and amazing value.

Superb location for Saturday lunch, sat in the riverside garden we were served by very friendly staff an excellent platter for for 2 comprising of meats and cheeses, good wine and beer selection, all for a very reasonable price, certainly good value for money.

Very cute place Nice variety only had drinks.. Don't understand the prison cell down stairs 😂 but each to there own lovely seats next to windows to people watch Not the cheapest place to go but good atmosphere

Brilliant experience and great staff. The cheese board was amazing and didn’t disappoint! A great choice of wines (we went for the Rioja and a recommended choice by Gary) Gary (one of the owners) interacted with us many times whilst sampling a few bottles (lol), sharing his wine experience/advice and allowing us to have a sample before buying the bottle to make sure we made the right choice. We really felt welcomed and this place is a little nice gem in a great town! Would recommend to anyone!!

It's always a highlight for me to come to Bradmans when I visit my family in the Peak District. They certainly know how to mix cocktails and can easily match, if not surpass, many of the cocktail bars in the much bigger European city we live in. It's a joy to discover limoncello spritz on the drinks menu, something I'm not used to finding outside Italy. And they make a mean mojito, too. Can't wait to come back.

This is a fantastic bar with a great selection of wines. The window booths are great for people watching whilst sipping a glass or two of vino. The hosts Gary and Josh are very warm and welcoming. Check out the amazing charcuterie boards also. Looking forward to visiting again.

Popped in here for a glass of wine, and ended up staying for a fabulous platter of cheeses, meats, chutney etc etc. Most definitely enough for two, possibly it would have stretched to three, but there was only the two of us!! Post grazing, we made room for an Espresso Martin(i) too....you'll get the joke if you visit. A lovely place, very clean, great staff and as already stated, great food. We'll definitely return.

Very well decorated and well set out bar with an extensive menu of great quality drinks, we sat out on the rear terrace enjoying a few drinks before going for dinner.

I spent a few hours sheltering from the summer showers at Bradmans....what a find! The team were really helpful and welcoming. They advised on the wines to sample which I accompanied with one of their amazing charcuterie boards, delicious! The team and venue were fantastic so it's well worth a visit.

My Husband and I visited Bradman's for drinks with my Mum and Grandmother that were visiting for the week. We were immediately impressed with the upmarket decor and warm welcome we received. As I've said in the title, the service was second to none! All bar staff were relaxed and friendly, with nothing too much trouble! Our barman was nice enough to bring our cocktails down to the outside terrace to us (somehow not spilling a single drop! Very impressive considering the stairs he had to do); and he was incredibly understanding when I realised I had accidentally ordered the incorrect drink - this was changed immediately, at no extra charge, and still with a sincere smile on his face. The cocktails were perfect - presented beautifully and had the right amount of hit. We thoroughly enjoyed whiling away the hours here and look forward to returning.

Nice place but I would say seeing they’re a wine bar the options are limited. Also it was very chavvy and laddy. Didn’t really give wine bar vibes plus the wines we tried were not good. I think there are nicer bars in town

Spent time in here on Fri 23rd Sept & again on Sat 24th Sept 2022. We came back a second time because our first visit was an outstanding example of how staff should treat customers & they looked after us perfectly. Good advice on various wines & cocktails (Old fashioned was best) we enjoyed this place so much that after our Italian meal (next door) we went back again so 3 visits in all. Brilliant place & certainly well run by Gary who should be recognized by the company as he has got it just perfect & certainly a big bonus to Matlock. Try this place it is well worth it.

Lovely wine bar with great bar staff and some very quirky features and a lovely view over the river. Had a lovely bottle of wine and a lot of hell picking it. The wine came with olives cheese and pretzels and cost £27.00.
