I love the BP but the queuing system is a disaster. They only have one front of house who rushes around albeit with a welcoming smile, clearing/cleaning tables whilst simultaneously trying to seat guests. Impossible task for one person resulting in longer queues even when tables are otherwise empty. With no seating for guests with disabilities while they wait, the extensive timeframes mean it is not disability friendly. I’m sure people would rather find their own table rather than queue out of the door! Come on management - you are better than this and so is the BP!

Went in the Oak for drinks after a meal down the road on a Saturday night. The place was empty, which was fine as we were able to get a nice seat by the fire. Staff friendly as always
