bp in Sheffield

Lpg 129p, petrol 132p...considering cars converted to lpg use 10% more of it than they would of petrol it makes ZERO sense to get it there as you'd be running at a loss. Spoke to the manager about it but she is THICK as a plank and claims they sell plenty of it 😂😂😂😂

Today I went to fill my car with unleaded petrol. The pump was clearly not allowing petrol through as I pulled it out of my car and saw quiet clearly that only air was coming through until the got to £2.71 when petrol then pumped out of the pump all over the side of the car. When I let the customer service person know on paying she told me that this could not happen! Well believe you me it did and would I be scamming BP out of £2.71 if I was a dishonest customer? Your customer service was very poor in my complaint to them and so I am highlighting it here. I will not use the garage again and would advise people to read this complaint with care.

Terrible garage. Used the car vac which didn’t work. Refused a refund and told to email the owner. Avoid!!!

Just for the attention of all…. I have today visited this site to fill my vehicle with LPG fuel It cost 119p per litre Morrisons charge .79!!! A bit of a no brainer?!?! I calculated today that it equated to £16.00 more to fill my vehicle! Take note…. No wonder people are protesting at oil costs!!!! Last time i entertain BP

I've used this petrol station for many years. Plenty of pumps, good car wash - don't use the brushless one it doesn't clean the car, can be a queue for the car wash especially at weekends. Many different services inside, including the usual food and drink you'd get in a petrol station plus it sells alcohol and there is fresh food baked inside. Open 24 hours for most things. Fuel price is average, doesn't always have E5 - super unleaded. Most of the staff are pleasant and welcoming, although one person in particular can be awkward to deal with. I've had several bad experiences in which she was either rude, totally unhelpful or just didn't seem interested in her work or all of those. For instance once the automated car wash stopped half way through so I had to get out and ask her for help to which she said she was going on her break once the other staff member came back and couldn't leave the counter. There was a queue of cars waiting to follow me through the car wash so I had to find a manual release to get my car out. She shouldn't be working in a customer facing role with that attitude.

It's a good petrol station with most things you need. Also got a subway inside. And car wash. Burger King next door

Has a incredibly rare post Box installed during the very short reign of king Edward VI in 1936, before he applicated the thrown 11 months later to marry an American Wallace Simpson, hope it was worth it. I suppose it was ultimately for the best as it meant that the Queen's father king George took over meaning the Elizabeth was suddenly first in line for thrown.

I visited today and the service was shocking. A long queue to pay with only one person on the till. The other lady was putting flags up and constantly on the phone and sounded like family call. She was oblivious to the customers waiting. Will avoid this station from now on.

I have recently had a terrible experience at this BP station . whilst going through the drying cycle of the car wash I heard a loud crack and my windscreen splintered . i immediately went into the shop to raise the issue and was basically informed by the very rude manager that this couldn’t have happened as there are sensors on the car wash and therefore my windscreen must have been damaged before entering the petrol station . This is categorically untrue . my windscreen was in perfect condition prior to entering the car wash and i am not in the habit of lying . i drive a company car so wouldn’t be paying myself to have it fixed so therefore would not be attempting to scam the garage for the cost of repair !!!! I have absolutely no reason to fabricate the incident . i subsequently escalated to the regional manager who responded in exactly the same way as the manager . The damage occurred in the car wash and there wasn’t ANY damage prior to this as he claimed . Customer service and attitude absolutely terrible . I won’t be returning and i advise anyone considering using the car wash to do so with caution !!!

I go here quite often but the place seems to be drifting into chaos, staff don't talk to each other re problems, I did ask why no fuel and was given 4 diff reasons ...here are a few issues I have been having, the pumps always seem faulty and just stop working when filling up, they sometimes leak so make sure you wear those disposable gloves that you can never find because they aren't replaced. BP ultimate ran out and was out of services for around 4 days. If I use another BP garage I always seem to get better miles out of ultimate then this place, I'd love to know why? Staff at night are a total joke, really bad and unhelpful often pretending pumps don't work just so they don't have drive offs! Used to be a great garage but needs new pumps and, in general a kick up the backside!

Your BPme pay at the pump app at Leppings Lane, Sheffield has not been working for over 2 months. Numerous calls to BP have assured us that the app is showing as working on their system, but it is obvious that you have turned it off to force us to face the chance of contracting Covid-19 by entering into your shop to pay for the fuel while you parade your Spar and other products in the hope to gain a sale! Your manager has the cheek to remove her mask and approach me to within half a metre and lie to me that the app works, while I show her two different phones, one Android and the other an iPhone with the identical error message telling you to go in and pay at the till! This is not acceptable, thankfully Shell also have a Pay at the Pump app. Guess where I will be filling up from now on. Having been an avid supporter of British Petroleum for over 30 years, I think you should hang your head in SHAME BP!

One of the better petrol stations around. Costa and subway available and a decent range of groceries. Staff are always friendly. Lots of fuel pumps here so your visit is usually quick.

Best staff ever, polite, friendly, and can't do enough to help, especially the night staff👍 after the years living near this petrol station they are like friends to me. Subway, Costa machine, 24/7 booze, and really safe. Best petrol station by far. Thank you Spa/BP petrol station and staff

I got sold an over year out of date lucozade! Not happy

I won't be going here again! You have to open the boot on my car to access the petrol tank. Stood 5 minutes in cold trying to fill up - woman cashier looked at me blankly and another came out, circled me and then went back inside. When I went in to ask and complain about it, they told me I 'had my car boot open'. Realised that some steal fuel this way by having tanks in boot. Think it was bloody obvious what was happening. in my case as woman came out. No apology, no nothing.

It sell's fuel and the olny fuel i use. All the best for Tallulah
