This cafe was noisy, messy and expensive for what you get. I had a jacket potato with tuna and onion and the potato was hard and yellow inside and tasted like it had been cooking a long time. The pot of tea was literally one cup and the soup lacked flavour. Table was dirty on sitting down. Won’t bother going again

Popped into the café for some tea and cake. It is a small area, but there were a few tables empty. Had to order at the serving area, had a pot of tea for two and a cake slice each. The tea was good, with plenty for a couple of cups each, and the slices were very tasty. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Expensive prices and satisfactory offerings - the coffee was average. Overpriced. Cakes an absolute rip off - tiny portions, overpriced and not actually pleasant. It’s okay if you’re desperate for a drink but much better offerings nearby at local cafes. The seating outside is a big plus! As is it being dog friendly. That said, I won’t rush back.

Visited with family in the summer for a bite to eat in the cafe. Prices are an absolute joke and quality of the food average at best. Poor customer service, manager could do with brushing up her people skills. Wouldn’t recommend eating here 👍🏻

If you want a coffee while you are shopping at the garden centre this is probably fine but we foolishly went there for lunch as we were advised that you could eat outside. We had two beigels and a ploughman’s sandwich. Everything was of the poorest quality and we left about half of what we bought as it just wasn’t worth eating. Stick to the coffee.

A lovely Garden Center with plenty of choice all year round. Friendly staff, especially in the Cafe. I visited here a lot during lock -down accompanied by a lady I was supporting who had dementia. She absolutely loved it because she could take her beloved little dog with her and enjoy a lovely cup of tea and a slice of her favourite cake. The staff were always welcoming and friendly.

No service with a smile here. Rude staff for whom any communication with customers is too much trouble. Happened multiple times over last couple of years. Not improved - won’t return. Ruined the garden centre I’ve been going to for 40 years.. All vegan and gluten free options also from the menu removed.

I visited with my elderly parents- both in wheelchairs for a browse and a coffee and cake. All the staff were helpful and friendly but one young lady in the cafe was brilliant, SO friendly, welcoming, helpful and a smile all the time. Oh, the Coffee and cakes were good too! When you’re inside here it’s hard to believe how close to the City Centre you are, it is quiet and relaxing.

Very regimented for Covid, but that's acceptable. Can't say for certain whether staff were wearing face coverings or not, but think not. Very curt service. Customer relations need to be radically improved if they are to attain an acceptable or good standard as demonstrated by other garden centre cafes - such as The Yurt, North Aston, Oxon. Cake and cream tea good. Tea ok. Coffee might as well have been instant, and at full coffee shop prices I was not impressed. China plates but cardboard cups, plastic cutlery and wooden stirrers. No. Put off by all of that. Must do better if they want to be taken seriously. Won'tgo back unless someone reports a massive improvement.
