Bournville Cafe in Birmingham

Los desayunos tienen un precio razonable, pero cuando salimos, nuestros abrigos olían a aceite de cocina. Café muy básico, sin lujos. Mucha gente parece venir por sándwiches de desayuno para llevar, probablemente mejor no comer.

Un brillante café tradicional. Mucha elección y muchos asientos. Los precios de los alimentos eran muy razonables, de buena calidad y porciones generosas, El personal era muy amable también, así que sin duda recomiendo

La comida asquerosa no come aquí. El personal es grosero cuando llamar para quejarse el personal fue grosero. La comida salada y el pan era duro no toque

¡Fichas adecuadas! Limpio y amable, encantador menú acogedor también. El único pequeño problema es que su ropa toma el olor de la cocina

First visit today. We opted for all day breakfast. Great price really enjoyed it. Loved loved tinned tomatoes!!!!😍 Such friendly welcoming staff. My only negatives ....I'm a bit of a coffee snob so would have loved a proper coffee ( not machine ) and a little bit of the greasy spoons smell. But overall a really pleasant visit. Will definitely go again.

Lovely food lovely people I would recommend this cafe it's clean it's cheap foods good and staff are friendly what more could you ask for from a good old English cafe

Ordered a sausage brioche priced at £6.50. Out came one cold sausage on a bread roll. I know costs have gone up a bit, but I felt robbed. I will continue to visit as staff are lovely and hard working. Service is fast and ambience is very good but until they go back to more reasonable charges... I will bring a packed lunch and order a tea.

I like a breakfast or a brunch and also visit new (to me) venues. I was therefore keen to visit the Bournville Cafe after a very positive recommendation from a couple of my friends. On entering the establishment one immediately felt that the experience was going to be positive. The cafe was light, airy and spotless with some nice decorations and super toilets. Rachel, who has been in house for about five years, and Emma were cheerful and welcoming. Cups of tea were order whilst we read the blackboards to decide what to have. The mega breakfast was a bridge too far and so I decided on the large breakfast: sausage, bacon, egg, beans, tomatoes,mushrooms, black pudding and fried bread together with toast and butter, and my wife close the small breakfast which had smaller portions and no mushrooms or black pudding listed although she did get some mushrooms. A few minute wait and the breakfasts arrived with everything looking as though it had been cooked to perfection with the bread and butter forming a mountain. As was anticipated the food tasted as good as it looked and to make a reasonable dent in the toast and butter Rachel provided us with some jam. I am really looking forward to visiting again as I rate the Bournville cafe amongst the very best that I have visited in Birmingham and the good news for me is that the number 27 bus stops right outside. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic breakfast, served hot with a cup of tea, all 3 came together, this cafe is spotlessly clean with toilet facilities, and very friendly staff. All food is cooked to order and you don't wait long,the prices are real.y good, treat yourself to a fantastic breakfast I guarantee you will be back. Tommo

We turned up as a large group to this cafe this morning (around 20 people as part of a stag do) with no prior notice. Naturally, with such a large group size, we were apprehensive about whether this modestly sized cafe could accommodate our orders, without this disrupting their usual business. Not only were the orders delivered very quickly, the food very nice (I had a ham salad baguette) and it was reasonably priced. The staff here were incredibly organised, friendly and happy to accommodate our large order without it seeming to affect other customers and their waiting times either. In general, I was very satisfied and impressed!

I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich, bacon egg & mushroom. The food arrived on time & food was still warm. service was good. Bread was crusty as ordered

Nice egg and chips for a reasonable price. Food was delivered quickly. Chips could maybe have been cooked a tiny bit more but still ate them all. They were like proper chip shop chips which was a nice surprise.

I am a regular here and, in the nine months since the new management took over the quality and service have been maintained together with an expanded range of meals on offer...all at a reasonable price.

Nice, clean, comfortable establishment. Decent quality cafe fare at a reasonable price. Friendly staff who clearly try. Cafe supplied newspapers. And as i have said, importantly, it is clean.

Came into this establishment On a very busy Saturday was greeted by friendly and helpful staff there was lots of choice available including healthy options and a good variety for children to select from, the food was fresh to order and home made I would recommend and will be visiting again soon
