Placed order online at 3.30. Called to check order went through as taking longer than normal. Told delivery after 5pm. Website said from noon. If we had known we would have ordered elsewhere. Not the first time delivery has been messed up

I ordered and was told 30 min wait. Food arrived an hour after I ordered, I live within 2 min walk of the kebab shop yet they took ages. Delivery driver couldnt find my address and I was waiting outside for a while to meet him, he then didnt know how much to charge me! Food didn't come as I asked for. I had to call a few times to see where my order was. Very poor service.

By the looks of the establishment I did not expect much but as my brother in law needed to find a halal place and we didn't have much time we had Botan Kebabs. And oh man I am so glad we had it, I got a Chicken Strip Wrap, my sis got a Chicken Strip Wrap with Halloumi and brother in law a Combo Kebab. Big portions, fresh ingredients, very tasty! Usually when you ask to add halloumi to a chicken wrap you'll get less chicken and get charged extra anyway but the wrap was just bigger which is what it should be. Overall we're all very happy and pleased with this place. Thank you :)

Worst customer service ever my last order was nearly 2 hours late and was freezing by the time it came,tried to speak to the manager he listened to my complaint didn’t say anything and just put the phone back to the person taking the order. Very rude

I ordered a delivery from Botan, the staff at the shop took my order and were very pleasant . The delivery took 30 mins to arrive delivered by their staff . Very pleasant again . The order wasn't piping hot . But the overall kebab was great , nice salad ,meat was fresh and not dry . The only complaint I have is that the great tasting chilly I ordered as extra was extremely small . 👍👍👍👍

I called to say I had just been informed my mother has passed away and I needed to go straight to the hospital so I was forced to cancel my order. Now they will not serve me because apparently I did not pay for my order I did not even have. Just disgusting

Wonderful customer service. An order of ours had an issue involving an allergy (likely a misclick during the order on my partner's part). The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and arranged for a new meal to be sent out. Great food and even better people.

Used to rate this place, but it's gone down hill. Ordered delivery and the kebabs were stone cold. One kebab was completely wrong compared to what we had ordered, including the salad selection. Meat was not good and chewy. Had purchased extra sauce and it came with none? Complete waste of £30. Total rip off and last time we'll be ordering from here.

Finally, a kebab shop that does good chips. Crispy and crunchy, some of the best I've had. Portions are also very generous.

Omg literally the best kebab me and my partner have had. The wraps were so full of chicken chunks that the wrap wouldnt stay shut and the chicken tastes amazing had seasoning and was not dry. Cheesy chips where also amazing still crispy and cheese was properly melted ! Will defo order from here again!!

Simply the best kebab here or anywhere. Been visiting this place for years and everything about it is perfect. The food is always excellent, the chips are perfectly cooked, kebabs are delicious. The guys working there are a credit to their craft and a great friendly bunch. The food lifts the spirits and fellow diners let me tell you the food has an aphrodisiac quality....the good lady always seems to be in the mood after a Botan. If cocktail makers are called mixologists then these guys are kebabologists!!

Use to love this place and the older owner fantastic but the 2 other regular members of staff terrible and the messed up several orders including 2 meals from 20th may 2020 threw a complete kebab away due to wromg sauces and order not being correct and unfortunatly couldnt eat. Such a shame as use to be best kebab around and again depending on who is serving the staff can be very rude when i complained

Really nice food! There is a but, Not greasy, lovely salad, onions were very tasty and not too strong! I had a kebab, I love their wraps, their wraps are massive! My but is I ordered a large kebab and I thought it was like a small/medium so I do wish their LARGE kebabs are actually large! That’s my only negative!

Fantastic food i have tried everything in the menu I loved it. I have tried kebab everywhere but Boton kebab was best. Staff very friendly and represent good well cleaned place too for eat in and their delivery service is super fast as well. I will highly recommend this place !

While I don't eat Kebab often, I do enjoy a nice kebab from botan after a night out with mates. they are the busiest kebab shop in Leatherhead and normally the food is nice and hot when served. Only ever had 1 bad experience which was likely related to the amount I had drunk as opposed to their food.

Delivery was horrendous, couldn’t follow a satnav correctly! A gentleman had driven and explained there was a lost man at a mini roundabout (100yards away) and had to collect him to bring him to the destination where he was suppose to be delivering food. After an hour off telling him to driver straight over the round about he just wasn’t following instructions and wasn’t listening to my directions via phone... useless. #COLDCHICKEN

It used to be good. Don’t go there as the shop doesn’t look hygenic enough. The food can make you sick because of their oily fries, additionally the burger has too much water flavour. Also they use hand for their buns and patty, rather than using any kitchen tongs. Burger, Chips and Drink for 6.30, which is too expensive. You have to pay extra for cheese on Quarter Pounder (£ 3.70), whereas other kebab shop charges £3.20 incl cheese. It’s a proper rip off! Also, he puts little bit chips in the Box. I would recommend you to avoid this Kebab Shop.
