This was our first visit to Boston Tea Party, and we were blown away by it. I had the tastiest Chai Latte ever, and we had two delicious lunches, served by Aaliyah, who couldn't have been nicer. Fantastic menu for veggies and vegans. Wish there was a Boston Tea Party near to where we live! We'll definitely be back!

Aaliyah was very nice and enthusiastic, food was great. BTP never disappoints

I cannot praise this place enough. The staff perform a miracle every day by carrying food and drinks orders up the stairs with a cheeky smile on their faces. You can order with a qr code scan so no need ti stand in line. I love this place@

I came today and had a hot chocolate, worth waiting two years for , would use you guys more but you not accessible, if your a wheelchair user, I don't have a phone that can scan QR codes and when I have wanted a drink from you no one is around to ask, is it worth considering putting a bell near the window so wheelchair users can alert you that they require help

We came for our friends birthday brunch. So tasty and the menu comes with pictures so we knew exactly what to expect!! The service was so friendly (Nick was lovely) and the atmosphere was peaceful. Will definitely come again!!

Helpful and friendly staff. Large room with relaxed atmosphere where adults and children and enjoy an easy lunch. I wasn’t able to order via the app as there were no options to flag dietary restrictions so I went to order downstairs. At first they were a bit short thinking I was just fussy about the QR code but then became very helpful and liaised with the kitchen staff to help me find a suitable meal. The place was clean, staff were efficient and despite the chaos my family brought in the already busy caf, they kept order. Very good!

It was ok. Food was greasy though and not that great. Had much better from other Branches of Boston.

Very lovely place to have food and drinks. Kind staff that help and check on you. Recommend for people to meet up. Oscar was a big help.

One of the best brunch spots I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend. Kitty and the rest of the staff were really friendly. There are plenty of seats but the room is spacious and airy so doesn’t ever feel too loud or busy. The food is spot on, the sweetcorn hash was absolutely delicious and proper fills you up - really good value for money. Wish I lived here so I could come back more often! Thanks so much 🙂

A solid brunch and breakfast spot! Loads of seating options and usually not full. The staff are kind and attentive and you order from the table using a QR code so it’s a very smooth process. The food is always yummy and tasteful however on the pricier side of brunches in town.

Had the Boston sausage muffin, hash browns, mocha and green smoothie. The Boston muffins were very tasty and good value for money. The smoothie was also nice. The mocha, however, was way too foamy and not great, unfortunately.

Great food as always, there was a long wait after ordering because it was a busy Saturday lunchtime. Lovely atmosphere, very warm on a winter's day, friendly staff - including Nick in the white shorts! My partner says: "Please be aware, however, that the 5 minute tea timer is 3 seconds premature so adjust your pouring accordingly..."

just came in this morning for breakfast and a coffee and i have to come on here to praise the staff. the blonde girl in the cat t-shirt was absolutely lovely and so attentive to our needs! very nice atmosphere inside and our food was good!

Came in and received exceptional service from Joshua Peters. He explained through all the allergens when he learnt that I couldn’t have dairy, and even offered alternatives. Every person that brought over our items did so with smiles on their face. Amazing service, from a great team, especially at this busy time of year

Lovely chilled out pace to relax and eat. The breakfasts and lunches are always delicious and there’s plenty of variety for vegans and vegetarians, which I really appreciate :) The chocolate chip cookie is also unbeatable

Had a lovely lunch here— the atmosphere is lovely, and the vegan toastie is a go-to. Raspberry and Mango smoothie is a great choice, and the staff were fab too— Oscar was so helpful and accommodating!

I usually really like Boston tea party and the easy way you can scan to order. However, I went into the Exeter cafe today for breakfast and the waiter was a bit abrupt with me. Apparantly there was a queue but this was not obvious at all and there was no signage. I have also never seen it busy so was not aware that this is sometimes the case. I ended up going somewhere else.

Incredible brunch, Jazz was very sweet and we all had a great time! Someone in our group had the vegan brunch and the eggs were cooked very well (which is hard to do at times!) Will be coming again!
