Boston Brothers in North East Lincolnshire

I attended the HSM Bottomless Brunch in May and could not fault the service of the young lady who served us. She was attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty. The pre ordered brunch (I had french toast) wasn't great though. The French toast was actually pancakes and they were both hard and cold. Was not a deal breaker however as we came for the brunch and definitely got our money's worth. What an absoulte shame my subsequent experience with your doormen and your absoulte refusal to acknowledge any of my messages let down what was a fantastic day up until that point. I am still awaiting the reply where you explain at what point it is acceptable for two male doormen to come into the female toilets to forcibly drag me out when I'm unwell? I completely acknowledge I'd had too much to drink, but I was in a cubicle being sick, was not in anyone's way and did not refuse to leave. I told the doormen I would leave after I'd been sick but that did not stop them from ENTERING my cubicle and dragging me out. Absoutlely disgusting on so many fronts and tbe actions of your MALE bouncers was highly inappropriate. To make matters worse you've then refused to acknowledge any of my emails or messages RE this matter, shows your priorities really. Would strongly advise people to avoid this establishment, once they've taken your money they don't give a damn and clearly an establishment that things it's appropriate for two men to storm into a female bathroom and drag someone out who is clearly worse for wear.

Absolutely excellent food and service, presentation was fabulous, we will most certainly be back! The chef truly a keeper

First visit and really enjoyed the all day brunch. Very clean venue compared to others within the local area. Staff very nice and helpful- Reasonable prices for food and very well prepared. Will visit again

The last time we visited Grimsby this was a standard high street bar. I love the new branding and decoration. Infact we liked it that much we decided we eat there aswell. I was unsure about what the food was going to be like but when it arrived it looked great and tasted really nice. I find it hard to get a decently cooked chicken kebab they are undercooked or cremated but this had just the right amount of char to the outside but perfectly cooked on the inside. My partner had the pie which seems to change each week and he was pleasantly surprised when it was chicken balti flavor. He ate all of it and commented how nice it was. The cocktails looked great aswell. Grimsby you've got a gem there and the next time we are in town we'll be back to support it.

Called in more to see how the place has changed since last up this way and grab a beer. Drinks are a hell of a lot more expensive than surrounding venues...£3.70 for a coors!! Blimy. On walking on, the bar staff member was back to the customer, tapping away on her phone ..oblivious to customers waiting to be served. Had to attract attention as waited ages for her to check. Like the atmosphere and the inside is so mich better than it was. That said, time to lean is time to clean!. Back garden had overflowing ashtrays that had clearly not been emptied for days..overflowing with ashen water. Empty glasses dotted around the floor. Bin bag dumped in the corner. Smashed glass and dimps all over the floor. Bin overflowing. All simple things that give a poor impression. Seems a lot of money spent but absolutely no interest or effort by staff.. a shame.
