BONZAI TO GO in Nottingham

Absolutely the best sushi in Nottingham. The have an extensive menu with interesting selections from hot to cold dishes. The red dragon is my all time favourite as it's packed with flavours! Everything is so fresh and priced very reasonably. Ordered on deliveroo and in person, both methods did not change their standard and quality.

They have way too many orders and when delivery driver comes most of the drivers don’t get their orders as their orders are not ready, excessive waiting times, it’s not good they should only accept how many orders they can actually handle.

Green dragon was amazing looked great on plate tasted delicious. I also liked the red dragon presentation was perfect!One of the best sushi

Don’t order from here ordered a teri bowl and I got mouldy chicken and I rang the women she was rude and ended the call twice

Lovely tasty food and arrived in good time. Just disappointed at the amount for one of my dishes. For £12 I was expecting a full salad with the fish but it was more a small side order of veg with the fish. Doesn’t feel like a mains. More of a starter.

Disgusting attitude from the woman who picked up the phone. I ordered the pad thai tofu but it arrived with chicken in it too, which wasn’t mentioned in the description of the item. I called up the restaurant to ask for this item to be refunded and the woman became irritated and started shouting at me when I explained what had happened. I wasn’t rude or demanding at all and she had no reason to respond in the way she did, they insisted i was in the wrong but when she passed the phone to another worker he confirmed that there had probably been a mistake with the order, but they wouldn’t remake it for me. She said she didn’t speak English and slammed the phone down on me, horrible service and i didn’t get to enjoy my meal, really disappointed

food was nice and hot, delivery was pretty fast!

It was Valentines Day when I ordered so I understand they will be busy but I don't know if its a fault on their side or Uber Eat as I had to wait an hour after the app said my order is ready to be collected. Food was still great quality. Around 5-6 delivery drivers were waiting for order which was not handled properly. I will still order again no doubt. Just wanted to give feedback so they can improve

Missing 12 pieces from sushi platter, seemed old or at least not at all fresh. Teriyaki chicken tasted like normal soup chicken, no seasoning whatsoever. Teriyaki ramen seemed kind of old, the way the noodles refused to change shape after putting it from the foam packaging into a bowl. Way too expensive for the quality AND quantity of the food.
