Always a warm welcome when I visit this cafe and today we were met by Hannah with a big warm smile. Food is amazing. Great choice of sandwiches, panini’s, salads and jacket potato with varied fillings and of course an amazing array of cakes! Today’s choice was a hand carved salad with beautiful fresh salad. And my friend had the Chicken Caesar Salad. Bonnies never fails to impress. Would highly recommend.

Had a really nice panini and slice of cake each but I bought my husband the Yule log to take away. I didn’t look at it before I got home and was so disappointed in the size they gave me which cost £3.95. What a waste of money and if I had looked before coming away would have asked for my money back.

Pleasant enough place to sit but I think £8 for a toasted sandwich is a bit steep and £3.25 for a slice of cake. So family of four could be £45 !!!!

I had an exceptional breakfast sandwich (bacon, sausage and fried egg inside fresh, light and fluffy white bread). The only surprise was that it was served with a side of crisps and salad (which I hadn't expected at 9:30am). I thoroughly enjoyed my first ever breakfast sandwich for a little under £9. All of my friends' cooked breakfasts were enjoyed and although the full English looked expensive at £12.75 it included a coffee / tea. A smaller cooked breakfast was also available at under £9. Good service and lots of waiting staff. We will be back.

Had a full English breakfast with tea , the food was lovely however no one Pointed out I’d not chosen either tea or Americano that’s all part of the deal for £12.95 which they should have done … staff were great food piping hot as were drinks so perhaps this was an oversight

Food was lovely with a great selection, young waitresses were very helpful and efficient too. The only fault I found was when asked about the gluten free cake in the display cabinet. The GF cake was in the display fridge on bottom shelf uncovered with other cakes also uncovered where cross contamination can very easily occur. The lady doing the cooking heard my conversation with the waitress and came over to tell me that they follow food and hygiene protocol so the don’t cover it because they don’t have to.! So for that reason I couldn’t take some home to my husband who has coeliacs disease as if the smallest crumb from another cake was on it he would have become very poorly. Might seem a trivial thing to others but it’s a big thing for those who suffer. This issue was the only fault I had

The baguettes appear to be the half baked ones that need to be put in the oven before serving. My friends jacket potatoe was luke warm. The tent outside is drafty with tears visible. Don't think we will be back.

I have undergone surgery which results in that i can only eat small portions, i recently met my friend here for some lunch. As i can only eat small portions i asked for the 1/2 jacket potato from the Children's menu as this would be a perfect size for me along with a coffee. I was told i couldn't have this as i was an adult and need to order from the main menu, i explained the situation but still wasn't able to order the smaller portion, all resulted in me spending less money then i would as only had the coffee. Don't see why adults cannot order the "children's" menu ? i have been to plenty over establishments that are accommodating i think this needs to change.

Visited for breakfast on a sunny Saturday morning. Seating available inside or outside - some tables seem very close together if the place is full. Friendly service - nice big mug of coffee. Breakfast was generous - 2 egg, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, mushroom, hash brown, tinned tomatoes, baked beans & toast. Poached eggs not runny, but ok. Enjoyable breakfast - reasonable price - just over £20 for traditional breakfast and a small cooked breakfast. Shame that they don't offer eggs Benedict....

Visited today (14th December) for lunch with a friend. Greeted at the entrance and shown to a table in the heated marquee. Felt safe re COVID. One end and part of one side of the marquee was open, allowing the air to flow through. All the staff wore marks. Staff were friendly and attentive. Drink and food orders were taken and brought out promptly. I had the Brie, Bacon and Cranberry panini, which was delicious. My friend had the cheese and onion jacket potato, which she also enjoyed. I had a lovely latte and my friend enjoyed two of their hot chocolates. I can’t find any fault with my visit today and will definitely be visiting again.
